Welcome back everyone! As a big Skybound fan, I was really looking forward to this episode. I was not (entirely) disappointed!

Plot: Zane is trying to fix the portal door while Mr. Frohicky is trying to upkeep the monastery and constantly distracts him. Nya, Sora and Riyu journey into an ancient tomb in order to find their dragon core. Using seeker stones, they accidentally curse themselves where creatures called Howlers will follow them wherever they go until they drain their energy. The dragons end up saving them and taking them to a cave, home of Aricore, (I don't know how to spell it sorry) the last djinn in Ninjago. He tells them the story of why he's still alive and how dragon Sora (actually Zanth) is from his realm. He also explains only wish magic can defeat the Howlers. After the howlers find them and a little convincing later, Aricore agrees to help and defeats the howlers. He then agrees to help them find the core.

Things I enjoyed:

- Zane misses Pixal so much! It's so wholesome how he talks to her photo.

- I really like the relationship between Nya and Sora.

- I didn't care much for the Frohicky plot, however Zane's reactions got me to laugh.

- I like Aricore's voice actor!

- I'm so glad they renamed dragon Sora to Zanth. It makes writing these reviews a whole lot easier.

- Riyu sticking his tongue out after sniffing Aricore was hilarious! 😂😂😂

- the backgrounds and settings were really cool.

- Zane's speech to Mr. Frohicky at the end was nice.

Things I didn't like:

- there are so many things they could have done with this episode, but they chose to have Mr. Frohicky's crazy antics interrupt Zane's progress.

- Can't all dragons travel to other realms? 🤨

- I was hoping that this episode would include some mention of Nadakhan, Jay, Skybound or anything related, but no. Nya never said anything.

- Zane should've let Mr. Frohicky leave.

Overall score: 7/10

The djinn plot alone is only reason this episode didn't get a lower score.
