Hey guys! Welcome back to the reviews of Dragons Rising Part 2! I hope you all enjoy it!

Plot: The remaining Ninja team and their dragons stop another merge quake in the city and then go back to the monastery. Lloyd insists on handling the monastery all on his own and becomes overwhelmed with the upkeep. Wyldfyre and Kai butt heads about battle styles. Zane has an urgent crisis and tells the ninja the merge quakes are getting worse and Nya figures out they need the three dragon cores to stop the quakes before they destroy the world. She figures out where the temple is and they go to check it out. Rapton overhears their plan and goes to tells Beatrix about the situation and follow the ninja to the temple. Through a series of puzzles and riddles, they meet the guardian of the temple hear the story of the temple and dragon cores. Lloyd, being the descendant of the first Spinjitsu master, has to ask permission to reveal the locations of the three dragon cores. Rapton sneaks into the temple and learns the locations of the cores. Sora and Arin hire Mr. Frohiky to help run the monastery.

Things I enjoyed:

- The opening rescue scene was cool

- Lloyd with the spray bottle 😂

- Poor Arin and his room

- Rapton singing his own theme music. 😂

- Arin defending Lloyd was so cute! I love their student/master relationship!

- I like the guardian's voice actor

- At least it's not Pixal staying behind to watch the monastery this time.

Things I didn't like:

- Why did they just have Zane scan the door for hours? Was he not smart enough to realize that all three had to be pulled at the same time?

- I would have preferred an actual battle as opposed to puzzles but I'm cool with that.

- Why is the FSM creating some of the other realms a surprise? If you've been watching since the pilots, we all know this.

- The guardian didn't think to cover the pictures after they left? That's all he had to do.

- Still NO MENTION of Jay, Cole or Pixal.

"Zane, we know the merge quakes are getting worse. Did you just bring us down here for that because I have plants to water." - Lloyd

Overall score: 7/10

Not as great as some of the other ones, but a very solid first episode to kick off part two.
