Skylor walked down stairs to cook some breakfast for her friends. It was so quiet that Skylor can have a chance to do what she can do: Ice Skating outside of the monastery. Skylor finished cooking breakfast for her friends and grabbed her ice skating shoes and go outside of the monastery.

"Sky!" Kai looked for his girlfriend but notice that she made breakfast for him and the others. Cole and Jay yawned very loud as they come down.
"Hey, Kai, where's Sky?" Jay said. "I don't know, Jay, but she made breakfast for us and the others" Kai said. Kai looked out the window and notice that Skylor was ice skating outside of the monastery. "Guys! I found Sky!" Kai yelled to Jay and Cole and they both gasped. "She's ice skating the whole time" Cole said. "I never seen her ice skate before, I only seen her train with her dagger or hanging out with Hothead" Jay said and Kai sighed. "I felt like that Sky's trying to get away from me" Kai said and his friends looked at him. "Why would you think of that?" Cole said and they all head to the couch to talk. "Sky's a great girlfriend and I guess she doesn't want me because she looked so happy ice skating by herself. I mean, I bet she wanted space away from me, then fine, I won't talk to her anymore. I'll be doing my stuff by myself right now" Kai got up and Jay and Cole both know that he's overreacting about Sky. "But aren't you going to eat breakfast before you do your stuff?" Jay asked Kai. "No, Jay, now I'm going to the training room and train" Kai said and he left the living room to the training room. "He's overreacting" Cole said and Jay nodded.

Skylor walked in the monastery holding her ice skating shoes. "Hey, guys, have you both seen Kai?" Skylor said. "Um, no" Jay said and Cole punched him in the arm. "He's in the training room, Sky, but you can't get near him or talk to him" Cole said. "Why can't he talk to me or the fact I can't get near him?" Skylor said. "Sky, he wants space from you, that's all, no reason why" Jay said. "I need to talk to him if he can be my partner for an ice skating contest. Heard that you guys are teaching him how to skate" Skylor explained. "Oh!" Jay and Cole said and Skylor give them a paper of the contest to read.

Ninjago people who love to skate can join the Royal Ice Contest. This year contest's winner couple can win $2,000 dollars for their friends and family. To go in this contest, it had to be a couple. Starts tomorrow! Have fun dancing on ice, couple skaters!

Cole and Jay were shocked about the contest. "Oh my gosh, Sky, Kai will love to do this contest with you but he's not in the mood to do it with you which sucks" Jay said and Cole punched him very bad. "Cole, would you be my partner for the Royal Ice Contest?" Skylor said. "Sorry, Sky, I can't skate, but Jay can" Cole said. "Cole! You are a dancer, you can be Sky's partner plus Nya and I bought tickets to see the Royal Ice tomorrow" Jay said holding 2 tickets in his hand. Cole growled at Jay and sighed. "Sky, I would love to be your partner for the Royal Ice Contest" Cole said. "Alright, that's good, but would Kai found out about this?" Skylor said. "He won't, Sky, now let's get breakfast together so we can discuss our plans of this contest" Cole said holding his car keys and Skylor smiled. "Jay! We're leaving to get some breakfast, tell the others that, but not to Kai" Skylor said.

"Alright, will do, plus I have to kiss Nya good morning right now" Jay said and he went upstairs to his girlfriend.
Skylor and Cole left the monastery and Kai walked back to the living room. "Jay! Cole! Where are you both?" Kai said. Jay walked downstairs with a sad face. "Hey, Jay, did you wake up Nya with a kiss?" Kai asked Jay. "Don't mention that name" Jay said as he turn blue sitting in the corner covering his head with his legs. "What happened, Jay, what did Nya to you?" Kai asked Jay. Apparently Jay start groaning very loud and Kai sighed. "Oh Blue Jay, why are you sad?" Kai said. Jay sighed at his friend. "Hey, Jay, good morning, where's Nya?" Iris said. "Don't mention that name!" Jay said and Iris looked confused. "What happened with him?" Iris whispered to Kai. "Don't know but he's being a blue jay when we mention N Y A" Kai whispered back. "Oh Nya! Why, her!" Iris yelled out which makes Jay groan very loud. "Sorry, Jay, but I'll talk to N about it" Iris said and Jay got up. "Where's Sky?" Kai asked Jay. "She went to get some breakfast" Jay lied and Kai sighed.  "I realized I was overreacting about Skylor giving me space so I was hoping I can talk to her when she comes back" Kai said. "Do you know what place Skylor love to eat breakfast?" Jay said. "Yeah it's Live Enchant Meals, she loves the pancakes over there" Kai said and he grabbed his jacket. "Let me guess, you are going to go to Live Enchant Meals to spy on her" Jay said. "Yep, so I can talk to her" Kai said and he left the monastery. "But she's with Cole, oh God, the drama's starting" Jay said and Iris looked confused.

Kai walked down the streets of Ninjago and saw Skylor and a guy revealed to be Cole! Kai hid behind a bush and listen to what they're talking about. "That's how we're going to do for the contest" Cole said and Skylor laughed. "Alright, Cole, thanks for being such a great friend to me. It was brave for you to take Kai's place for the contest" Skylor said and Cole and her hugged. "I got to my outfit for the contest tomorrow, Sky, bye" Cole said. "Bye, Cole, see you tomorrow" Skylor said and left the restaurant. "What contest are they talking about?" Kai said to himself and left the bush.

Later in the day........
Cole walked back in the monastery with a couple of bags and as he come in, Kai was on the couch giving him the death glare. "Kai! There's something I got to tell you about Sky-" "What contest were you and Sky talking about earlier?" Kai said. "What contest? Wait, were you eavesdropping on Sky and me earlier?" Cole said looking upset. "I wasn't planning to eavesdrop on your conversation with Sky, I was planning to talk to Sky that-" "What are you planning to talk to me?" Skylor said looking more upset than Cole. She had been listening to their conservation the whole time. "Sky! I um was planning to talk to you about-" "Kai! Why are you eavesdropping on my conversation with Cole earlier?!" Skylor asked her boyfriend. "Because I was-" "Jealous! Of course, you get jealous easily when I'm with Cole or any guy!" Skylor yelled. "Sky, but that hug-" "That was just a friend hug, Kai! I can't believe you were jealous so easily! Cole's going to be my partner for Royal Ice Contest to take your place! But your jealousy had ruin the fact that I was planning to invite you to be my partner for that contest!" Skylor yelled in her anger at her own boyfriend. "Sky-" "Don't dare talk to me, Kai!" Skylor burst out tears and Kai tried to touch her but she left the living room to her room. "I'm such an idiot, Cole! I shouldn't have eavesdrop on you and Sky" Kai said. "Kai! I'm not mad at you for what you did but Sky is" Cole said. "Cole, what can I do to make Skylor not mad at me anymore?" Kai said. "Alright, plus, I had to take you to Sel, there's a spell she can do for you to look like me" Cole said taking Kai's hand.

Seliel was humming 'Carol of the Bells' by Pentatonix as she grabbed her bow and arrow and shoot many arrows at the archery target. "Sel! We need you to perform a spell for Kai" Cole said. "Alright, Cole, but first let me shoot this arrow" Seliel said as she shoot the arrow at the red spot of the archery target. "What type of spell?" Seliel said as she put her bow and arrow away in the cabinet. "A spell for Kai to look like me" Cole said. "A transformation spell. I can do that right now" Seliel said as she use her phantom powers as it surrounds Kai transforming spell turning him to Cole. "Wow! I look like you, Cole" Kai said. "Yep, plus this can help you get to Skylor for the Royal Ice Contest since you're me, Skylor won't suspect you the whole time" Cole explained. "Thanks, bud" Kai said. "Wait! The spell can wear off 30 minutes so if I were you, don't take your time" Seliel warned Kai. "Okay, Sel, thanks for everything! You too, Cole" Kai said and Seliel chanted the transformation spell off Kai. "Tomorrow, I will put the spell on you, meet me in the hallway of the entrance to the rink" Seliel added. "Okay, Sel" Kai said.

Cole walked down the hall and saw Jay listening to Hand Claps. "Jay! Have you seen Nya?" Cole said. Jay turned blue and sit in the corner. "Don't mention that name!!!!" Jay said and Cole looked confused at Jay's blue behavior.

Next day........
Many people came to the Royal Ice and Iris finished designing Skylor's outfit for the contest. "Perfect, Sky, looks like you're ready to win the contest" Iris said. Skylor looked beautiful with the makeup and her red hair is in a bun with a golden snake comb.

"Break a leg, Sky" Nya said and Skylor smiled at her best friend. "Thanks, N, where's Cole, Sel?" Skylor looked at her pink haired friend. "He's getting ready, Sky, he told me to meet him hallway of the entrance of the rink" Seliel explained. "Alright, Sel, tell him that I'm ready and that I'm waiting for him" Skylor said. Seliel nodded and as she walked in the hallway, she saw Kai and Cole.

"Ready?" Cole nodded and Seliel chanted the transformation spell around Kai turning him to Cole. "Remember, Kai, keep an eye on the clock for 30 minutes to countdown while you're skating with Sky" Seliel explained. "Got it, thanks, Sel" Kai said.

When Kai saw Skylor, he was shocked how beautiful she is wearing that ice skating dress. "Cole! Come on, they called our names for us to skate" Skylor said by taking his hand dragging him to the ice rink. The music starts and they both start doing their ice skating dance. As the dramatic part of the music starts, Kai looked at Skylor's eyes as he carrying her bridal style in their dance. 2,minutes, crap, the spell's going to wear off  Kai thought and at the end of the music, Skylor start to close her eyes for Kai to kiss.

Meanwhile......
"Hey, Jay, isn't their performance beautiful?" Nya said. Jay saw her and he went under the seat and turn blue. "Oh, c'mon, Jay,stopped being blue" Iris said annoyed.

Kai leans in and as 30 minutes end, Kai transform back into himself and Skylor opened her eyes. "Kai? You were Cole the whole time?" Skylor said. "Sky! Earlier ago, I wasn't jealous of you and Cole, I was curious about what you both been talking about but thanks to Cole, he told me everything so he decided for Seliel to put a spell on me in order to get you to know the truth of how I feel" Kai explained. "Kai. I love you, I'm happy I get to hear you explain this to me" Skylor said and Kai blushed.

Everyone cheered for them and Kai grabbed Skylor's waist and kiss her on the lips. Skylor wrapped her arms around his neck and kiss him back. "Love birds these days! So beautiful! " Dareth said as he blow his nose with a tissue. He was crying at Kai and Skylor's conversation and when they kiss, it just make him in tears. Dareth is a shipper of Kai and Skylor besides Jay and Nya.

The judges whispered and everyone wait for the judges to reveal their couple winner of the Royal Ice Contest. "The winner is Shade and Chamille" the main judge said and everyone cheered for the winner couple to get their money.

"You both are winners to me" Cole said and Kai and Skylor kissed one last time. This time, very passionate. Cole rolled his eyes and walked away.
