Lloyd's p.o.v.

I scramble to not be caught as five SOG chase me. They, along with Harumi and the oni resurrected Lord Garmadon have taken over Ninjago. We had to stop the plans of getting Kai back when they came. And we're so close. We only need the pause blade and we can get Kai back. Coming to the river, I dive under and swim. Coming to the hide out, Nya, mom and dad are there. Mom holds Erika to her. Dad holds Syran, mine and Morro's baby. I only gave birth to her a few days ago and now, she's fighting to stay alive. Oh Kai, we need you.

Kai's p.o.v

Having master the powers of time, I stand in the courtyard. The masters of old are there to wish my good bye. Doing the movements, the temporal vortex opens. Summing my now golden white dragon, I fly in. Coming out, I have to douge a rock as it's thrown. Looking around, Ninjago city is in ruins. Smoke curls up into the sky. Banking hard, five bikers try to get me. Seeing a river, Blitz disappears, I dive in. Swimming, I follow the samurai x mark and come to a channel. Coming out, I shake my head. My collar is jurked, I'm slammed into the floor. Garmadon hover's over me, fist rised to strike. "Garmadon, don't." I yell.

He snaps back, eyes narrowed. Reaching up, pulling my hood down, he sighs in relief. He gets off, offering a hand. Garmadon goes to talk when an earpiece creakles to life. 'Dad, you need to run.' Lloyd's voice ranges out. The ceiling comes down, straight down on us. Stumping my foot, earth pillars come up, I grunt as the ceiling comes down on them. "Forgot you could do that." Garmadon says. I grunt with the weight of the concrete and rebar. 'Dad.' "I'm fine, get here fast..." "To the channel, now Garmadon, I can't hold for much longer." I yell. 'Kai...but..' "No time, get in the channel." I yell, throwing Garmadon in the channel. Adding a third pillar, I run, bearly making it and five in the water. Garmadon grabs my hand, he leads to another warehouse.

Coming out, Garmadon gets out than I clime out. I'm tackled by Nya in a hug, Pixal comes over, hugging me as Lloyd hugs Garmadon. A cry sounds, I recognize Erikas cry. Turning, Misako holds her. I take Erika, she nuzzles into my neck, cooing. "What's happened." I ask. The five fill me in. "They went after the Assassin's first, Cole is trapped in the first realm with Jay, Zane and Wu. Danny, Morro and the others are in Kriptarum." Lloyd says as a small cry goes out. Lloyd goes over to Darreth is, he reaches into a mackshift bassinet and picks up a baby. "Kai, meet Syran." Lloyd said bringing her over. She looks to be no more than a few days old.

Later, I'm scouting for any one. Giant hands grasp me, lifting me off my feet. Looking, Killow has me. I kick, hit do what ever to get free but can't. He heads to Kriptarum. Coming in, I yell behind the gag Killow stuffed in my mouth. "Kai." Danny's voice sounds. I struggle as Killow throws me to the floor, pinning me down. My arms are wrenched behind, manacles are clicked into place and I'm lifted to my knees in cuffs. The chains are pulled tight so I can bearly move my arms. Ultra Voilet smiles, she lifts my chin up. "Vengestone chains, sorry fire boy." She said. 'Big mistake.'

Ultra Voilet yelps as I erupt in flames. "Vengestone cancels elementals...." "No not for Pyro." Karloff said. "Kai was made to ware a Vengestone collar for ten years and he became immune." Griffin calls out. "Chain his feet, can't have hem moving." Killow orders. Cuffs are placed on my ankles, they too are pulled, my knees now bearly touch the concrete. I glare daggers at the nut cases. They walk off.

Hours pass, the resistance is given food and water. Three thugs cone over, the gag is pulled out and sponge is held out on a pole. Glaring, I suck the water out, spitting a little fire at them in return. They hold a sandwich out, I eat. Finishing, the gag is replaced and they walk off. Growling, I decide enough is enough. I erupt in flames hot enough to melt the cuffs off. "No. Grab hem." Killow goes to do just that when I appear at Ultra, having her in a hold, kuni at her neck. "Release the resistance and no harm comes to her." Killow starts leaghing. "Your a ninja...." "Not any more he's not. Kai still holds his honor but he was the second-in-command of the Assassin's." Danny calls out. I press the kuni into Ultras neck, a head of blood forming. Killow growls, pressing the button.

I shove Crazy bitch in the cell, closing it. Turning, Danny and Kiara hug me. I kiss them both and we head out. Forming my fire dragon, we head to Ninjago city. We come over, four other dragons are around Lloyd and the gang. "Kai." Cole calls out, coming from an earth dragon. I touch down, Dani hugs me. "We need to take Lord Garmadon down. But, only creation can do that." Lloyd says. Wu and Garmadon look at each other, a shared look. "Y'all know something, don't cha." Jay asks. "Kai, do the honors." Wu says. Stepping from the group to the middle, I spinjitzu in my golden tornado. Stopping, my golden gi shines in the sun. Lloyd and the guys look in wonder. "Been a while, USM." Garmadon says. "If I remember, me and Wu wrooped your butt to the underworld that day." I said. "Don't remind me." Garmadon said. A purple ball comes at us, I use Slow-Mo to slow it then wind to redirect it at the culousis. Forming gold Blitz, she takes to the sky. Using metal, I wrap chains around it, the masters helping. The beast comes crashing down. With that thing out the way, I head to the tower. Garmadon sends blast after blast at me. With my gold power, the fight ends quickly. I end up destroying the abomination.

Coming back to the guys, Danny crushes me in a hug. Later, I take my gi off, getting in the shower. Washing and drying off, I get dressed and go to bed. Arms snake around me, I curl into Danny's bear chest for the first time in four months. A few days later, I go and talk to Danny. Coming in his office, Cole is there. "Oh, I'll come back." I say. "Kai, come and sit. I have something to ask you." Danny says. I sit in the other chair, I grin at remembering how many times I've sat here. "Kai, I'd like to ask if you'd be willing to come back as the second-in-command of the Assassin's, Cole will be the military half while your the first aid and science half. So, what cha say love." I starts laughing. "You read my mind. When can I start." I said. Both smile, I'm given a new patch.

A few weeks pass, the oni tried to take over. Doing the tornado of creation, a rift is opened, sadly I get sucked in.

Coming out, I form Blitz, she catches me. Watching the rift close, I look at Blitz. "Ready for another adventure, girl." She grumbles. Seeing a monastery, I land on the hill above it. Watching, younger versions of us ninja walk in the courtyard, Misako is with them. "Seems we're in an alternate universe, girl." I say, petting Blitz on the nose. She rumbles, curling around me. I decide to watch and see how this unfolds. Night rolls around, a scream goes out, I'm on alert as nindroids creep up. Blitz growls, I get on her back as the battle begins. "They need help, old girl." Blitz dives. Five nindroids sorrund Garmadon, Blitz breaths fire.

Lloyd's p.o.v

I try to get to dad but can't cause of the droides that surround me. A string of fire melt the five. A guy in red and black ninja gi drops down, he directs the dragon at the group around Zane. Six droids charge at hem, he erupts in a fire tornado. He's an older Kai. All of us are shocked. "Don't look at me, don't let the blades fall in their hands." Pyro says. He runs forward, jumping and slams his fist in the ground. The earth creaks, it bearies half the droids. Pyro turns, he huffs, running and grabs my hood. Zane is in the paws of the dragon. "Blitz, head north, I'll call when we're safe." Blitz rumbles, going. Kai leads us down the path, nindroids on us. "That's it, I've had it." Pyro snarls as a bolt almost hits his arm.

Kai turns, spinjitzu but, it's gold like my tornado. When he comes out, our Gi's are the same but my green us his red. He then flips, sending a bolt of gold light. It hits the droids, but instead of powering them, his power makes them explode. He nods, satisfied and jeeps running. We come to a clearing, Blitz is curled around Zane. She moves as Pyro goes to her, stroking her nose and Blitz disappears. Zane is sitting up, half his face is gone.

Kai's p.o.v

"We need to spit. Me, Lloyd and Garmadon will head out, y'all get to the power station and shut the power down." I order. They nod, us three head to Nya's samurai x base. Coming in, Lloyd remarks about being a samurai. Garmadon pulls the cover off a vehicle "Why must everything have so many weapons." He says, throwing his hands up. "Says the man who had four arms to possess the golden weapons." Me and Lloyd says. "Haha, I deserved that." Garmadon climes up as Lloyd goes to drive. "I swore on fighting, not driving, hop on Kai." Garmadon said getting in.

"No need, I'm not second-in-command of the Assassin's for nothing." I pull out a disk, pressing a button and throw. The motorcycle that stands on the kick stand makes Lloyd look in wonder. Climing on, tapping my glasses, they fold out into a full helmet.

Pressing my watch, the engine cuts on. Doing a half donut, I take off down the tunnel. Garmadon follows as I jump the ramp. "Where to now." Lloyd asks. "As far away as possible." Garmadon said. I rev the engine, popping a wheelie and accelerate ahead of them. It gets close to night fall, Garmadon stops as I pull aside a river. Lloyd walks to it and I fill the three bladders I carry. Flapping sounds as me turning to the mechdragon. Lloyd gets in the tank, I on my bike, We head out. A shock wave goes out, the dragon crashes behind. "What was that" Lloyd asks. "The gang destroyed the power farm, now, power in no more." I say.

We head out, I stay infront of the tank. "Kai, do you need gas." Lloyd asked. "No, my cycle runs on my element, because I have golden power in me, it's not as texting." I said. "Do you know the out come of what's to happen." Garmadon asks. "Not personally. I wasn't around during the first, nor second time the Overlord popped up." I say. "How come." Lloyd asks. I sigh, I knew this was coming. "In my realm, it's seventeen years in the future. But, shortly after the great devourer was defeated, the murder of a mother and her baby was pinned on me. They had been burned to death. I had been dating Zane when I was found guilty. I ripped the necklace off and threw it at hem." I make a turn, Garmadon follows.

"Than what." Garmadon asks. "I met my ex now turned husband in Kriptarum. He was in for murdering in self defense. We renewed our love and grow into the power couple of the prison. Sadly, Danny got out eight of my fifteen years but he promised to visit twice if three times a week. And he kept that for two years. One day, he came and had paid my bail so I got out in my tenth year. We married two weeks later, forming the Assassin's. We hunt and bring down criminals who turned from good, even elemental masters. For five years, I helped command the Assassin's. Than we all got invites to Chens tournament of elements. He tried using our elements to bring the anacandri back. I used the tournament to teach the ninja lessons based on how I felt that day in the park. Cole was helplessness, Jay loneliness, Zane heartbreak, Nya betrayal and Lloyd's was guilt. I rekindled the bonds with my family, and they know about me being second-in-command of the Assassin's. Now, six months later, i was pregnant with mine and Danny's third daughter. I'm a reproducing male, I have a womb that allows me to have children, Lloyd does as well and he's married to my best scout, Morro the master of wind and father of little Syran.

"I was captured by the one who accused me. A phyco Kai who turned from good and took a sledgehammer to my hips, shoulder, hand, and knee caps every day for three weeks. When I was rescued, Kai had burned my eye and smashed my shins and head. I was confined to a wheelchair. Because I doubled as the Assassin's medic, I gave the title of second-in-command to Cole. A year goes by, I was helping Borg with an invention when me and hem got taken. Krux took us to build the Iron Doom. A machine used to travel in time. I was reunited with my mom and dad and we got to know each other.

"The day came for the time twins to use Iron Doom. They took me along as leverage and went back to the day you and Wu defeated them. I had braces made to use in a case where I didn't have a wheelchair. I helped defeat the twins, gaining the golden power but the twins left me in the past. When I gained my power, it healed my legs so I can walk now. Wu and Garmadon trained me to harness the power and I was able to return home. When I did, it was in ruins. A group called SOG had taken over with the oni resurrected Lord Garmadon. With me on the resistance side now, the tide had shifted. We won and I was reunited with Danny and the girls. I asked Danny if I could be the medic and scientists second-in-command and he agreed. A few weeks later, oni had arrived and nearly destroyed Ninjago. We used the tornado of creation and I ended up here." I finish the tale, the tank runs out if gas.

We ditch the tank, I press the retract button on the motorcycle and put it in the pocket. "Until we know the Overlord is gone, we need to keep moving forward." Garmadon says. I look at the sky, sending a silent prayer. Walking with the two, I wish to be with my family but, right now, I'm needed here. I'll protect Lloyd, he will have his golden power when this is over with.
