"Do you use your powers to make toast?" Bf/n asked, and Jay looked a little weirded out by this question.
"Well, uh, I've never tried to, but I would probably end up burning-"
"Do you ever shock yourself?"
"What? No-"
"Could you be used as a lightning rod?"
"I never tried-"
"Have you ever electrocuted people when you're swimming?"
"No-"
You watched as your friend rapidly asked Jay questions. He barely got the answer out before she asked the next question.
Well, she did work for a newspaper as a part-time. She was both doing her job and getting to know Jay.
In her own weird way.
"I don't think it's legal for me to blow up a toilet."
Wait, what?
"Come on~ it would be an awesome picture for the front page!"
"Awesome, or gross?" You asked her, and she smiled at you.
"I'm getting carried away, aren't I?" She asked, a little embarrassed.
You nod. "You're talking faster than Jay on caffeine."
"Hey!" The blue ninja protested.
She held out her hand. "I don't think I introduced myself."
She didn't. As soon as she saw Jay, she pushed some lady out of the way and came sprinting towards you with a pen and notepad in hand.
"I'm Bf/n. Y/n's best friend."
Jay shook her hand. "Nice to meet you. I'm Jay Walker."
"Great. Now that that's settled, about that toilet-"
"Not happening." You and Jay said at the same time.

Fun fact:

A dude named Thomas Crapper owned the first showroom for baths, toilets, and sinks.
