The forest was silent until you hear the sound of people chattering. You peek out from behind the bushes and spot five boys and one girl walking through the woods, carrying a basket. You follow them through the woods, but then stumble on a rock. All five boys and the girl turn around and look at you.

"Uh, hi?" you say pathetically.

"OMG, it's a wolf!" yelled the boy in a blue gi. "Run, little red riding hood!" he shoved a boy in a red gi. "Before she eats your grandmother!"

The boy in the black gi looked at him disapprovingly and then smiled at you. "Are you okay? Don't mind Jay, he's always clowning around." he said. "I'm Cole. And you are...?

"Y/n." you told him.

Cole helped you up and stared at you, taking in your bushy tail and furry ears. "Whoa....are you part wolf or something?"

You brush some soil off your legs. "Yeah, kinda."

"You can come with us. We're going to have a picnic in the woods." he told you.

As you and the others walked through the woods, Cole introduced you to all of the ninja; Kai, the boy in the red gi; Jay, the boy in the blue gi; Lloyd, the boy in the green gi and Zane, the boy in the white gi.

Cole seemed to be the only thing you could look at, though. His face looked friendly and understanding, and his thick, dark hair went perfectly with his dark chocolate brown eyes. He was so adorable.....

"Hey, Y/n, do you like the taste of little red riding hoods?" Jay asked. "Because Kai here would probably taste of hot chili peppers."

"Jay, I don't eat people." you say, rolling your eyes. Jay was clearly the jokester of the group.

Cole laughed. "Jay, Y/n's part human too, remember?" he smiled at you. "She's really cool."

You blush a bright pink.

"Oooh! Y/n is blushing! She totally has a crush on you, Cole." Kai smirked.

"Yes, that is a possibility." Zane said.

"Hey, guys, let's play would you rather! Cole, would you rather....kiss Jay or Y/n?" Kai said.

"Y/n, duh." Cole blushed.

Nya sniggered.

Your face was as red as a tomato now.

"Does Cole have a crush on Y/n too?" Jay smirked.

"Jay!" Cole shoved the blue ninja.

"You do have a crush on Y/n!" Jay squealed.

"You should kiss her, Cole." Kai said in a-matter-of-factly way.

"But we just met!" Cole was blushing hard now.

You watched on, your face still a faint pink. Did Cole really have a crush on you?

"Do it! Do it!" Jay said, trying to torture Cole.

"Okay, fine!" Cole turned around and gave you a very quick peck on the cheek and all the hairs on your tail sprang up, giving you the look on an electrocuted wolf.

Cole's swift kiss was all you could think about until it was time for the ninja to go.

"You guys go ahead. I want to talk to Y/n first." Cole told the others.

"Sure." Kai smirked again. The others ran off into the woods, probably spying on you and Cole.

"Y/n, it was great hanging out with you today. Sorry it was so awkward because of the others." he smiled at you, making your heart stop. You twirled your tail around your fingers.

"Thanks, Cole."

"Well, would it be okay if I came to visit you again? It would be really nice to see you again" Cole looked at his feet and blushed for the hundredth time today.

"Sure."

"Thanks. Bye, Y/n!" Cole grinned at you and rushed off, leaving you in a daze.
