Last update, for realsies this time!

Some of the flashbacks are (supposed to be) happening concurrently with the manga. However, no actual years/dates are given for the world of Akagami no Shirayuki-hime. This is just to get a brief sense of timing.

XX62: Hanae Fujimiya dies in combat. Akio Fujimiya goes mad with grief.

XX63: Akio Fujimiya dies in combat. Sei Fujimiya is crowned emperor. Sei Fujimiya ends all wars. Sei and Azalea Fujimiya are married. Aoi Fujimiya is born.

XX64: Miho Wistaria is born.

XX67: Azalea Fujimiya dies of tuberculosis.

XX76: Kenji Fujimiya poisons Sei Fujimiya. Kenji Fujimiya is crowned emperor. Aoi Fujimiya flees to Clarines. Miho Wistaria runs away. Aoi Fujimiya meets Miho Wistaria. Zoral Civil War begins.

XX81: Aoi Fujimiya kills Kenji Fujimiya in combat. Zoral Civil War ends. Aoi Fujimiya is crowned emperor. Miho Wistaria returns to Clarines.

XX84: Aoi and Miho Fujimiya are married.

XX85: Aoki Fujimiya is born.

XX86: Miu Fujimiya is born.

XX98: Shimon and Sora Fujimiya are born.

SIDE NOTE #1: I hardly referenced Poppy and Rowan (like one time, without names, in the Seilea flashback). I never mentioned Amaryllis. Amaryllis died from postpartum hemorrhage at the age of 28. This lead to Rudolph treating Poppy very poorly.

Poppy was never a daughter to him; she was the one who killed his wife—an unwitting assassin from the first moment of her existence.

Rowan was the one who guarded Poppy from her father's wrath. What started as his protectiveness and her admiration grew into something more, despite the seven year age gap between them.

Azalea was born from teenage pregnancy. Poppy was 16 and Rowan was 23 at the time.

The two never got Rudolph's permission and therefore couldn't officially get married. However, they were inseparable up until their deaths.

Poppy and Rowan were caught, tortured, and killed during a botched assassination when she was 20 and he was 27. She was pregnant at the time.

This incident left the still young Azalea in the care/training of her cold, strict grandfather until she deserted the family fourteen years later.

In a tragic twist of fate, Azalea died when her child was four years old as well. Leaving behind her beloved husband and son was her only regret.

SIDE NOTE #2: Hiiro Wistaria, Miho's eldest cousin, brother to Hikari and Yui, and the crown prince of Clarines, was originally supposed to have a much bigger role. It didn't float well with the flow of the story, so I left out this tidbit... until now.

Before she ran away, whenever Miho attended balls at the Wistal palace, Hiiro would always escort her. This way, he could do all the socializing for Miho. In exchange, Miho stuck to his side and made sure Hiiro had an excuse not to dance with any of the clingy, annoying, status-seeking girls.

Hiiro is a lot closer with Miho than he is with Shiro and Akegi. He's definitely her favorite cousin too.

Even after Miho came back from Zoral, she tried to help out Hiiro. He still wasn't interested in any of his potential wives, finding them too materialistic, so she scared them all away during the one month she stayed at the capital with the exchange students.

After getting married, Miho eventually returned the favor for all Hiiro did for her as a child by finding him a fiancée he enjoyed spending time with.

The young woman, Kaori, was a baron's daughter who had admired Hiiro from a distance for a long time, but never had the confidence to approach him until she accidentally befriended Miho (at the time disguised) at a matchmaking ball.

Four years Hiiro's junior, Kaori was intelligent and kind, although she was covertly bullied by some of the older bride candidates due to her obvious affection for the crown prince.

The two hit it off immediately after Miho introduced them, but choose to wait and get to know each other. Now, Hiiro has a new lady to deflect gold-diggers with and Miho considers her debt repaid.

They'll become king and queen of Clarines, whenever Izana and Haki decide to retire.

SIDE NOTE #2.5: Speaking of Hiiro, his name (meaning "scarlet") was initially what Shirayuki and Zen were going to name their firstborn son, honoring Shirayuki's red hair.

But Haki gave birth first, and Izana coincidentally—whether or not this is a true coincidence is up to you—picked the same name. So when the twins were born, Zen and Shirayuki were left scrambling. They decided to stick with the color theme for their son, naming him Shiro (meaning "white").

SIDE NOTE #3: Rudolph Merī is, by far, my longest lived character. He was 25 when Poppy was born, 45 when Poppy died, and 67 when Azalea died.

The patriarch was 86 when Miu was born and, when she took over 16 years later, he died at the ripe old age of 102 years old. *whistles*

As for the rest... Akio was 45. Hanae was 41. Kenji was 38. Sei was 35. Azalea was 26.

Damn. I apparently love killing them young.
