In my theory, extracting animal DNA in a human would give them heighten senses, reflexes, and a little bit of animal instincts mixed with human instincts. Its never happened but that's what I think.

The next morning, Adrien was asleep on the shelf of the upper deck of his room like a cat but as he woke up, he fell and suddenly landed on all fours without broken bones or injuries. He was startled at first but then panicked as to how he didn't get hurt. He just fell 50 ft. from there.

"What the?" He looked at his hands like they are fine, "How did I end up there?" He looked up.

Standing up to make sure his legs are okay and he felt no joint stiffness. Plagg meowed and nuzzled on Adrien's leg, "Um, morning Plagg" He looks down at the cat. His sharp hearing heard Nathalie coming upstairs and he quickly hides Plagg underneath his bed.

"Are you up yet Adrien?" She asked.

"I'm up" Adrien replied.

"Good, breakfast is ready," Nathalie said.

Before leaving, Adrien gave Plagg a look of 'I'll be back'. He got downstairs while thinking about what happened last night. Why are his senses so sharp? No human can hear that sharp. Or that he got better sight as well.

"Those people were trying to extract animal genes into humans like regeneration and longevity," Adrien thought and came to the dining room to eat. It was pancakes and he didn't feel like eating this. He wanted to eat something......fishy. At the same time, he just grabbed the glass of milk and drank it in one go.

He did however eat the pancakes just to not make a scene. He let out a loud belch and headed to the door to get to school. His bodyguard has parked the car outside waiting for him.

Adrien sighs that he wishes to walk to school but he hates to get his bodyguard in trouble, "Just drive to school" He told him in a bored tone.

Once arriving, he ran inside to get there in time. He didn't realize how fast he was going like a cheetah. This was all new to him like he became very athletic without working out, "I'm faster now!" He exclaims quietly and made it to the classroom in time way before the others.

A while later, at the cafeteria, he was by himself since he told his classmates that he didn't sleep well and that he needs some time to himself. He has no idea what's happening to himself. His hearing, his vision, and his reflexes are very sharp.

The girls were swooning at him but he just rolled his eyes in annoyance. All day they've been doing this and their boyfriends are starting to feel jealous now. He then felt a sharp tingling that made him stand up and dodge a bully's punch.

"Hey! What was that for?!" Adrien asked after dodging the punch. The students surrounded the bully and Adrien.

"Stop this!" Marinette pleaded.

"You always think you're so popular, pretty boy!" The bully tried to punch him again.

But Adrien moved aside from the punch and did so again twice in great reflexes. Then at the fourth punch, Adrien bent backward, looking up at Marinette and the others. After getting back up, Adrien turns around as Nino came to the scene.

"Nino! Do something!" Marinette said and another bully tried to tackle Adrien but he backflips over him.

"How? It's like he's not hurt yet" Nino was stunned by this boy's sharp reflexes.

The bully again tries to punch Adrien several times but he blocked many until he grabbed his wrist painfully, making the bully groan in pain. And then Adrien threw one heavy punch at him, sending him across the floor. The trash bin tumbled on the bully and everyone cheered for Adrien which he was stunned at how he did that.

"Dude that was crazy incredible," Nino said.

"Where did you learn that?" Kim asked.

"Lots of exercises" Adrien lied.

"What is going on here?!" The science teacher came into the cafeteria.

"A fight broke out" Nino explained.

"Who started this?!" She asked and they all pointed at the bully covered in disgusting trash.

Adrien just ran out before anyone could question him. Marinette saw he was gone but doesn't know why.

Adrien ran into the alley to have a moment to himself but apparently, the alley cats came towards him, curious as to why he smells like a feline. Soon they all started to nuzzle on him. This was freaking him out because cats don't usually go up to a human, not unless they have food.

"Okay, that's enough kitties" Adrien nervously said.

Something else happened when hears them meowing to talk like a human.

"You're our friend boy" One of them spoke.

"He's from the ads on the billboards"

"So charming for a young boy"

"What is he doing out here?"

The model boy froze that he thought he heard the cats talking, "Di....Did you just talk?!"

"You can understand us?" The cat was just as surprised.

Adrien thought he was going crazy and he backs away against the wall, "Is this a dream?"

"Hey, it's me Plagg" Plagg jumped down.

"AAAAHHH!!!! What's going on here?!" Adrien asked.

"Jeez, kid. It's like you humans never hear us animals talking the whole time" Plagg said.

"It has to do with the lab" Adrien figured out.

"We'll discuss this later, kid. Right now, you need to get back to school" Plagg said and the cats agreed with him.

"I'm definitely going crazy" Adrien was not used to these cats talking.

As night approached, Adrien was at home but has no idea how Plagg got out of the mansion hours ago. Do cats really have the ability to pop out of nowhere?

He saw he had forgotten to lock the window, "Ah, that figures"

Plagg was still with him, having a bowl of milk.

"What a day, the fight in school is gonna be talked about for weeks," Adrien said.

"I have never seen you fight so well. Sharp reflexes, kid. Like a cat" Plagg jumped up on the bed and saw that Adrien is not used to animals talking.

"Stop talking. This is just a lot to process, Plagg" Adrien held his head.

"Well then, puuurrrrhaps I should let you know something. Do you see that ledge of your bookshelf? Jump up" Plagg said.

"What? I can't jump that high!" Adrien thought this cat is insane.

"Just do it" Plagg insisted.

Adrien groans in annoyance but did as he was told to. He crouched down and jumps up on it. Unexpectedly jumped very high like a feline.

"Whoa!" He exclaims.

"Now jump down," Plagg said.

"Okay" Adrien first hesitated but then gathered the courage to jump down. As he did, it was like he landed softly on the floor without injuries, "This is amazing!" He stood up.

"You got all the abilities a cat got save for the retractable claws," Plagg said.

"Alright. Who knows if maybe I could use these powers for good" Adrien said.
