Night came and Adrien was starting to feel like he has super agility like a cat jumping around. One way to find out for sure but he can't go out at night like this. Cat burglary was a bit dangerous but he has some skills with pickpocketing. Ever since his mother died when he was 7, he missed her so much that he gave up on being sweet but remained charming.

He went online to buy something suitable. He found a man-size black leather catsuit, black cat ears, a black mask, whip, and black claw rings. He was a rich boy and he'll just tell a lie to his father that he ordered something to fix his clothes.

After ordering it, the delivery will arrive shortly in an hour, "Now this will be purrfect" He thought and then looked up seeing Ladybug swinging on the rooftops.

For a week, there hasn't been any criminal activity and he thought maybe he can get to know her by being the cat burglar to get her attention. For a century there have been female cat burglars but never a male cat burglar. He will be the first one in history. He sat at his desk to design the suit in his own image, like adding a belt to act as a tail.

The nail claw rings were used for Halloween, the mask to hide his secret identity, the cat ears to look more feline, and his weapon would be the whip so he can use it for combat.

"Perfect" He added the last details.

He heard the doorbell and he knew it was the delivery that arrived early. He quickly went downstairs before his father opens the delivery package.

"Adrien Agreste isn't it?" The delivery man asked.

"Yes, that's me," Adrien said as he signed, "Merci," He said and quickly went upstairs before his father asks what he bought.

He opens the package and found what he bought, "Time to get started" He took up the suit.

"Whoa, you are a rich boy. Man, what kind of millionaire are you?" Plagg asked.

"Just my luck" Adrien replied as he adds a cat bell to the suit.

For 30 minutes he is now in a black catsuit with claw rings, a cat bell, a belt as a tail, a mask to cover his eyes, and cat ears. He accidentally purred at how dashing he looked, especially his hair messy to cover his real ears. Now he just needs to know how to be a cat since he has night vision and super agility. He jumped out the window and landed on all fours and ran to go jump to the next roof to find Ladybug either stopping criminals from robbing the jewelry store or patrolling. He did a huge leap to the next building which amazed him but he was too focused. Other than that, he's starting to like this.

"WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!!!" He shouted as he leaps building to building.

He found Ladybug inside the jewelry store, fighting bad guys but it looks like she's gonna need a little help. Adrien smirked and jumped down with a crouching pose and went inside without being seen. He climbs up to the column and onto the glass ledge.

While Ladybug is fighting the bad guys, Adrien let out a 'meow' to get their attention.

"Who's this guy?!" One thug looks at him.

"I am the cat of the darkest night, Cat Noir" Adrien introduced himself with his new alter ego name.

"What a ridiculous way for a child to come here to waste his nine lives" The thugs laughed and Ladybug just stood there.

"Aww....how selfish of you boys. I'm the first and only male cat burglar. Show me what you got" Cat Noir chuckled and thugs tried to shoot him.

They keep shooting at the spot Cat Noir was at but once the smoke clears he was not there. They looked at each other before Cat Noir reappears and sidekick them down. Another thug ran in and tries to shoot at him, only for Cat Noir to swiftly climb up the wall and near the ceiling.

"Hold still!" The thug yelled as Cat Noir flips backwards to the floor.

His cat vision went very sharp to dodge bullets but he had to get the frozen Ladybug out of the way.

"Hold on milady!" He ran down and took his whip out to get them away from her.

"Oh shit! Look out!" One of them yelled.

"Hell yes. The cat loves a good clawing!" Cat Noir smirked and whips the bad guy's neck and knee kicking him in the groin.

"OHHHH HOOO MY JEWELS!" The thug held for his crotch in pain.

"Thank you!" Cat Noir grabbed the stolen jewelry from him and went to the next bad guy and whipped his neck to pull him, clawing his face and headlocks him with his legs to fall down with him.

"Incredible" Ladybug uttered.

The feline smacks the bad guy's head with his elbow to knock him out and back rolls to get off, "Now that's how you fight like a cat" He picks up the stolen jewelry and looks at Ladybug, "How rude of me. I'm Cat Noir. Please to meet you, milady" He bowed.

"Judging by your attire, you're a man in a catsuit like a thief. There's never been a man as a cat" Ladybug doesn't like this new thief.

"I guess that makes me the only man as the cat burglar, milady. I gotta say you look puuuuuurrrrretty in puuuuuurrrrrson" He said with cat puns and walks up to her with catwalk style.

"Um, thank you" Ladybug tried to not blush.

"You're welcome, Ladybug" Cat Noir winks at her.

He made her lean against the wall and looked down and then up to her face, "Cat got your tongue? You froze at my crazy catfight against bad guys. The cat always chases mice"

"I was shocked that Paris got themselves a cat burglar," Ladybug said.

"Hmm....It seems it did" He slowly licked her cheek seductively, "However, we are both very young. I love danger"

"I appreciate you helped me fight them off but you're a thief as well" Ladybug tries to snatch the stolen jewelry from him.

"It's not my fault that cats are attracted to shiny things. And they can steal you know. Like this for example" He held out her gadget yo-yo, "You're so busy looking at my face, you haven't even thought of looking at my paws"

"Hey! That's mine!" Ladybug snatched it back.

The feline snickered at her angry reaction, "I gotta say" He paced around her, "I'm very char-meow-ing tonight"

"Okay, now you're really starting to creep me out" Ladybug replied in an annoyed tone.

"I'm not trying to creep you out, milady. I'm just letting you get to know me better. After all, you fight crime and we will be best frienemies" He smirked.

"We'll see about that, Cat Noir," Ladybug said.

Cat Noir did a blow kiss and left the store.

The next day, the news showed camera footage of a new thief in Paris who goes by Cat Noir.

"Good morning, Paris, today we're here to announce our city got itself a new master thief who calls himself Cat Noir," The anchor said, "And this footage shows him fight off some thieves while Ladybug was at the scene as well" They showed the footage of the fight.

Adrien smirked at the news that he's the new thief in Paris. Or should he say, Cat Noir is the new thief. While eating at the cafeteria, classmates are spreading gossip that Ladybug might have a crush on this feline, some say that Cat Noir is very cute and handsome, and some say he's very good at fighting.

"You should have seen how he kicked those thieves' butts! That was amazing!" Alya, Marinette's best friend said.

"Yeah, he must be a real panther in fighting," Nino said.

"But how did he jump around like a cat?" Marinette asked.

"Maybe he's part cat" Alya guessed.

"Impossible. A human can't jump around like that" Marinette said.

Adrien heard this and he thought that he should prove it to her as Cat Noir tonight at her place, "Not even the best Olympic athlete can jump that high" Adrien said.

"Yeah, no runner, I mean jumper can do that" Marinette messed up her line again.

"But at least Ladybug found a new enemy" Adrien shrugged.

"I guess so" Marinette replied.

"Anyways, I gotta go. Piano lessons" Adrien said since he has to leave early.

"Okay then," Marinette said.

But he has other plans when he gets home. Instead of piano lessons, he plans to visit her.

After arriving back home, he has to wait until sunset so he can blend at night. People can't see in the dark but he can.

"I better hope I don't appear too scary for Marinette" He tries on the mask.

"Why? Because black cats bring bad luck?" Plagg guessed.

"Somewhat yes" He zips up his catsuit.

Plagg can't tell him that he brought him back to life just yet because Adrien has a lot to process. Telling him that would make Adrien feel like a ghost.

"Yep, I look purrfectly good" Adrien posed in the mirror.

"And I hope you got over your insanity of cats talking," Plagg said.

"I'm getting used to them," Adrien said.

Now it was time since it was already dark outside and now as Cat Noir, he jumped out the window and launched his whip on the lamppost and swung to the roof. He ran on the rooftop until he leaped to the next building to find Marinette's apartment. The bakery is what he's looking for.

"There it is" He goes to the hatch on the rooftop balcony and knocks on it.

"Who could that be?" Marinette opened the hatch, "Cat Noir?!" She gasps seeing him.

"Bonjour, princess." He took her hand and kissed it, "I hear that your bakery is delicious."

"Um yeah, it is. Are you new in town?" Marinette asked.

"Of course, my princess. Did you see me on TV?" He jumped down on her bed.

"I did, you beat those thugs while robbing," Marinette said.

"Well, I was about to steal but Ladybug stopped me. I made a frienemy." Cat Noir said.

"Mmmhmm, for fighting the criminal makes you an anti-hero" Marinette sat near him.

"I was lucky, princess. I assume you have questions about how I jump around like a cat" Cat Noir said, leaning in.

"Is it part of your powers?" Marinette guessed

"Maybe. Feel this" He grabbed her hand and purred, letting her feel his chest vibrate from purring.

"Aw, you can purr as well" Marinette couldn't help but giggle at this.

"Yup. Ladybug may not have superpowers but I do. She can't catch this cat" Cat Noir chuckled.

"One can never be sure; she has captured many thieves" Marinette replied.

"I heard but I'm not just like any other thief, princess. They don't have claws and I never chip a claw" Cat Noir flicked his claws.

"Okay then" Marinette shrugs.

"Let's see what happens tomorrow night, my princess. I never fight women but this will be my first with Ladybug. Now I gotta go. This cat is always nocturnal" Cat Noir kissed her cheek.

"Ummm, see you soon" Marinette blushed as Cat Noir got out through the hatch.
