She screamed YES which she had kept in her mind for so long.

Meera: But till now I have never seen my real parents. They left me alone. I don't care about them either.

Shiva: Pity them. They are crying everyday thinking of you. I don't know what the people who raised you said about real parents. But I have seen them suffer because of you.

Meera: Everything will be acting. They left me in some temple. My adoptive parents took care of me and told me the truth when I was 15 that they were not my real parents. You can feel it only if you were in my state of mind.

Franklin: Please be calm. I feel Shiva is telling the truth.

Meera: In all these years they never visited me even once.

When Shiva goes to talk to Nila's parents, he turns on the recorder on his phone and records their conversation. They all listened to the audio…..

Franklin: There is truth in their feelings. It seems to me that you should see them and talk to them.

Franklin: I'm ready for this. I will bring her.

Shiva remembered that his father used to write a diary every day. But his father never showed it to him. Shiva wanted to see his father's diary, hoping that reading it would reveal something.

He asked his mother to come to his house. His mother preferred to stay with her beloved brother Devan. Devan takes care of her sister very much. So sometimes Shiva's mother stays there and occasionally comes to Shiva's house. Finally she came to stay in Shiva's house.

Shiva: Ma…!!! Why are you staying at your brother's house? I'm the only one here. Did I fail to take care of you?

Chandra: Nothing like that. Your uncle is asking me to stay there. I could not break his word. He has been taking care of me like a father since childhood. Even after your father's death, he takes care of you and me.

Shiva: We have given all the pending debts to him. Don't others think your daughter-in-law and I are not taking care of you?

Nila woke up and came out after hearing voices. She runs and hugs her mother in law and she inquires about her well-being.

She went to the kitchen and started to do the household chores. She usually reads after finishing the works fastly with the help of Shiva.

Chandra: Anything Special Shiva??

Shiva: Nothing Ma.. as usual.

Chandra: Don't take what I say wrong. It's been more than a year since you both got married.

Shiva interrupted his mom and said, Ma… we still need time for everything and now we are like friends. And I don't want to give a break from her studies.

Shiva: Ma!!! Why did dad die?

Chandra coughed…

Chandra: You just know, don't you? You ask as if you don't know.

Chandra suddenly got hiccups and her face started to sweat. 

Nila came with water after hearing the hiccups. SHe offered water to Chandra.
Even after drinking water, the hiccups didn't stop and she continuously got sweaty.

Nila asked Chandra, "Would you sweat this much if you lied?"

Chandra and Shiva looked at Nila.

Chandra: What lie did I tell? 

Nila, laughed: See aunty, your hiccups stopped.

Shiva laughed. But Chandra tried to smile.

Nila: Yeah, how is my idea?

Shiva: Very great dear. Okay, you go and study.

Nila: Always Study. I will read and come back.

Shiva smiled and winked his eyes to her.

Shiva: Ma… Whether dad died in a heart attack?
She stayed silent and said no. Shiva didn't speak a word.

Shiva: Then what happened?

Chandra: You know that your father did the granite business. And your uncle too worked as a partner with him. Though your father is very loyal and provides the granites to the company at a reasonable rate. All the famous companies ordered the granites from your father. So the others who are doing granite business become your fathers enemies and somewhat destroy our exports which leads to loss. So your father sold his own land. He paid all the money to pay the loss debts. All that was left was our house.

Tears rolled down in Chandra's eyes.

Shiva: Ma… then?

Chandra: One day your father went out and said he would come back, but he never came back. He passed away in a pool of blood early in the morning not far from our house. Then you went on a day later after finishing your school tour.

Shiva started crying.

Shiva: Then, is this a murder? Why did you lie to me?

He started sobbing and shouted like a zombie. Nila was frightened, came out and was shocked to see that Shiva was crying. He was kneeling and hitting the floor because his father was his best friend and he never stood in the way of his son's wishes.

Nila runs to him and sits next to him and asks what happened. She also started crying seeing Shiva. She sees Shiva crying for the first time after a year and a half of marriage. Her heart burst into pieces. He lay down on the Nila who was beside him. She asked her mother-in-law, but she was already crying. Then Shiva got up and asked his mother why she hid it all these years without telling the true reason.

Nila was wondering what happened in the gap between when she went to study. Then Shiva explained everything to her.

Nila: Aunty!! Why didn't you tell your son?

Chandra: I have only one son. I hid it from him so that nothing should happen to him. We moved here from that town. I also hid the truth so that if he knew the truth he would go looking for those who killed his father.

Nila: So, Devan uncle was also his business partner right?

Chandra: Yes.

Nila: Who said that Manohar uncle has enemies and one of them was killed uncle? Did Manohar uncle tell you about the company loss?

Chandra: No, it was my brother who told me all this after Shiva's father died. And Shiva's father never told me about the loss of the company. He never shared anything sad.

Nila looked at Shiva with her doubtful eyes.
