Female Orc x Female!Reader
Your POV
"This is what you deserve bitch." He growls delivering one last kick to my stomach before walking out
I grit my teeth trying my best to ignore the pain all over my body. I wipe away my blood leaking out of my nose, my body instinctively curling itself into a ball. I should've been expecting this to be honest. It was a few weeks ago that I helped a prisoner escape. It was a blue orc woman-Yotul I believe her name was. Despite humans being at war with orcs I just couldn't bare her mistreatment. My fellow humans would starve her and then beat her while she was in chains, unable to defend herself. Sometimes they would enter her cell and cut and stab her with their knives, hurling some of the worst insults at the defenseless orc. Yotul never responded to them, taking all the abuse without a sound. The only time she would speak is when I would return to treat wounds after all the guards were either sleeping or to abbreviated to do anything. One night I decided that enough was enough. I freed her from her cell and guided her out of the camp only to be caught by some guards. She tried to help me as I fought them off but I told her to go and which much reluctance she did. Now here I was paying the price never once regretting my decision.
Eventually after laying there for what seemed like hours the pain faded enough to where I was able to move into a sitting position. I hiss in pain when my side protests, pressing my back against the rough brick wall. I carefully move my hand to my side, gently rubbing the area to try soothe the pain. Suddenly I hear a shout and I see a few guards rush past my cell. I furrow my brows in confusion until I hear the unmistakable sound of a war horn of an orc. I jump as screams and yells fill the air, followed by the sounds of weapons clashing. I could do nothing but wait and listen to the sounds of what was going on outside.
After about ten minutes the fighting stopped and I could hear the door opening to my cell block. I hear someone unlocking the cells before the other prisoners were dragged outside. My breath hitches when a female and male blue orc stop in front of my cell, their eyes widening when they spot me. As they whispered to each other I notice that they had similar white markings that Yotul had. Their conversation only last a few seconds and they enter my cell but instead of dragging me out the female orc gently lifted me into her arms. The two take me outside making sure that I couldn't see the human warriors kneeling on the ground, begging for their lives. They take me to the town hall where we passed many of their fellow orcs. Although instead of glaring and snarling at me, the orcs look at me in curiosity, relief, and happiness? The male orc with us push the door open revealing another group of orcs around the war table, my eyes immediately spotting the orc woman that took my heart.
"Yotul." The male orc speaks grabbing her attention, "We've found her."
The other orcs make a path for her as she walks towards us, her orange eyes raking over my injured body. She takes me from the other female orc causing me to grit my teeth in pain as her arm slides around my waist.
"Thank you Matuk, Mursha. Tell Tilge I want him to see me immediately."
The two nod saluting Yotul before rushing out the door. The blue orc dismisses the others taking me into well, the ex-commander's room. She gently sets me on the bed, her eyes expressing anger, relief, and sadness. Her hands gently trail down my body, making sure to avoid my bruised sides.
"I'm sorry I was not there." She suddenly speaks, "I should've taken you with me when I left. I should've just thrown you over my shoulder-"
I chuckle grabbing her hand, "It's in the past. There's no need to fret over it."
"No need to fret over it? My love you are seriously injured-"
There's a knock on the door interrupting Yotul. She sighs telling the orc to enter. A rather young and skinny green orc enters with a small smile on his face.
"Is this Y/N that everyone is talking about?"
I blush as Yotul nods, the male orc walking over to us. His smile grows as his attention turns to me.
"Thank you Y/N for freeing our chief. I believe it's safe to say that you have the tribe's gratitude. Now Chief Yotul I am going to have to...touch her in order to make sure I have thorough examination. Are you okay with this?"
Yotul huffs, her hands holding mine tightening it's grip, "Yes."
Tilge doesn't seem to believe but begins his exam. He asks me to sit up which I do with the help of Yotul. He gently cups my face ignoring the growl from Yotul as he looks at my nose.
"Well your nose thankfully isn't broken but it is going to bruise. It's going to be sore for quite some time." He states moving on to my other injuries, "And it's clear that your fellow humans have starved and dehydrated you-"
"So we must feed and give her water immediately-"
"We can but you cannot give her so much at one time." Tilge interrupts her again earning a glare from the blue orc, "If we do that then she can get worse. I'll set up a portion size later. Now I've heard from two certain orcs that your sides is where it hurts the most?" I nod allowing him to continue, "Then may I look?"
I nod again moving to lift up my shirt. Yotul however, did not like this one bit. She lets out another growl grabbing my other hand and moving my shirt back down.
"Yotul he needs to see how bad it is." I state giving her a small glare only for to be her stubborn self, "Yotul." I huff, "If I have any type of injury to my ribs you know how that can turn much worse. He just needs to look at the bruises and make sure my ribs aren't broken or cracked. He'll be touching me for three minutes maximum."
"Make it two." She huffs back releasing my hand
I kiss her cheek and I quickly lift my shirt a little bit so Tilge was able to do his job. I bite my lip in pain as his hands ran down my sides, not wanting a sound to make it pass my lips and trigger a protective Yotul. The green orc quickly finishes his exam, Yotul visibly relaxing when he moved away from me.
"Well your ribs aren't broken or cracked they're just bruised, which is a best case scenario. Although you shouldn't be doing much for a few weeks. Ice packs will help with your pain since we can't give you our version of painkillers." He states standing up, "I'll send some ice packs over later but for now just rest."
"Thank you Tilge." I smile at him as he picks up his bag
"It's no problem. It's the least I can do, besides our tribe can't wait for their next hei-"
"Tilge!" Yotul interrupts him earning a smirk from the orc
"Are you blushing Yotul?" I ask gaining her attention allowing for Tilge to escape
"I-I am not!"
I laugh wrapping my arms around her neck before gently pulling her down on the bed. I ignore the obvious pain from my sides, doing my best to cuddle up to my orc lover.
"Y/N you're suppose to be resting."
"Well I'm trying but my pillow keeps moving."
She smiles gently pulling me on top of her. I look up at her with a smile, our eyes meeting one anothers. Her large hand cups my cheek (THE FACE ONES YE NASTIES) and I lean into her touch.
"I was worried about you." She confesses after a few moments of silence, "I didn't know what they were doing to you but all my dreams were nothing but nightmares of you at the hands of your fellow humans."
I frown reaching up to cup her cheek. Her hand encases my own allowing her to place a kiss to my knuckles.
"Well you don't have to worry about that now. I'm here in your arms, injured, but safe. You have nothing to worry about anymore."
Her smile returns and she leans down to place a kiss to my forehead, "I love you my little human."
"I love you too my big orc."
