Prologue
Primrose gasped as she was struck awake. Reality was like a slap that left a painful sting.
Just a dream. It's all just a dream.
Primrose kept repeating in hopes of feeling better.
But those hopes were dashed into the ground.
The dream was too vivid for that method to work.
The girl never understood why anyone thought her dreaming habits were 'awesome' or the like.
Everything about it was downright horrible!
For when dreams like this come, it is too vivid for the girl. Too reality like.
Primrose stepped out of bed. She wasn't going back to sleep, that was for sure.
One cold shower later, the female was feeling better.
The American was assaulted with the smell of pancakes and cookies from downstairs.
Specifically, her mother's cookies.
Primrose ran down the stairs and straight into a dining room chair.
The brown haired girl was quick to shove the pancakes down.
It was a rule. You had to eat the meal before dessert. All the children despised the rule with viciousness.
Primrose munched happily on her blue cookies. A smile locked on her face.
"Hurry Rosy." Rick called to the older girl. She let a noise of acknowledgement slip through before following.
The children played short games as they waited for the school bus.
School was the same as ever. Tests, homework, and angry/sad classmates.
"Tch" Primrose was downright annoyed with those classmates. Why do they have to be so emotional? Their parents must have failed at teaching them manners!
How rude of them to talk back to teachers. Teachers don't get enough credit.
Primrose rode the school bus home with her younger siblings. The female had two of them. Both were males.
....>_<....
The girl woke with a start. A loud gasp echoed across the room.
Primrose was frozen. She couldn't even let out a whimper.
That... They're... Oh gods no...
A horrendous sight was bestowed upon the poor girl.
The sight of her family's mangled corpses.
