4 years had passed since Itachi died, since he left his little brother, and the ache of Sasuke's heart had slowly faded away, now filled with Joy from Naruto.

The blond had begun to open up more, telling stories about his family. Of course most of the time his family had been busy and rarely paid much attention to him, but it wasn't all too bad as it had allowed him to sneak out without being caught.

As for Sasuke, everyone assumed he snuck out to visit the forest because of Itachi, and they let him be, knowing how close the boys were. Although, Itachi had only been a small part of the reason, since now, it was mostly because that was now Naruto's and his special place.

Instead of Sasuke going on and on about his elder brother, like he had use to do, he had begun to talk about home and his life at school. It seemed that with time, both of them were opening up to each other.

"There's this girl named Sakura in my class, and she's totally obsessed with me! Everywhere I go, she follows. I mean, it's flattering until she goes into the boy's bathroom with me" Sasuke chuckled as he laid against the soft grass, staring up at the  twinkling night sky.

"And you don't like her back?" Naruto asked, his head staying still as he looked up at the sky.

Sasuke had thought about it often, wondering if he had any feelings for the girl. A normal boy in his grade would be jumping at the idea of her liking them, and would have asked her out. However, felt no attraction to her in any way, and she definitely wasn't his type.

"No, I mean, she's pretty, smart, sweet, but she just isn't my type. I really don't even know what my type is!" Sasuke nervously laughed.

Naruto wore a huge grin as he turned to look at Sasuke, their eyes meeting for a few seconds before staring back up at the sky, a slight blush creeping onto his face, turning his cheeks a rosy red.

"I had a girl who was just like Sakura. Her name was Hinata, and she was head over heels for me. It wasn't love, more admiration, she confused the two. Poor girl, I never could return her feelings" Naruto said with an apologetic grin on his face.

Sasuke propped himself up on his elbows, staring directly at Naruto. He never really looked at Naruto, not until then, and he felt like his breath was taken away as he stared into Naruto's eyes. They were like the brightest sky, without clouds, something you would see on a sunny day.

"How come?" Curiosity had gotten the better of him, and he found himself needing to know why Naruto wouldn't date her.

A guy like Naruto could probably date any girl he wanted to, and probably had every girl wrapped around his finger. Even Sasuke had to admit that his friend was good looking, with hair the color of the sun, and a personality just as warm.

Naruto looked at Sasuke, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips, making him see more boy-ish and innocent then he actually was. After a few moments, which seemed like forever, in awkward silence he adverted his eyes, looking back up at the sky, his smile turning into a frown.

Sasuke felt his heart drop at the sight of Naruto un-happy, instantly regretting his question, knowing that he shouldn't have pushed Naruto so far.

"Like your reason for not liking Sakura. I have a type, and she just wasn't my type" Sasuke nodded his head, satisfied with the little bit of Naruto's life that had been shared.

"Well, do you like anyone right now, Sasuke-kun?" Naruto asked, changing the subject, turning his head so that his right eye was staring at Sasuke.

The way Naruto's hair swooped to the side, his blue eyes gleaming in the moonlight, and how his skin shined like a diamon caused Sasuke to blush, turning him as red as a tomato.

A feeling had been bubbling inside him for some time, like butterflies, only it was much stronger, like a hurricane. His cheeks would burn red, along with the tip of his ears, and it felt like he couldn't breath.

He's heard about these feelings, stories told by Itachi from when he was younger, and he felt queasy as he thought of the word that was causing all of this: Love.

"Of course I don't. I have yet to meet someone of my type and likes me back" Naruto frowned.
