I'm losing track of which of the Goodreads challenge books I wasn't able to read but at the end of the year I'm going to look back and tier rank all of them and I'll include a category for the ones I couldn't get.

I saw this book on the Hoover Library website so I went to get it and I adored it, which was kind of a given, but honestly I should read more animal books.

This was an ebook that I paid a lot of money before because it was a new release. But the library hold was 6 months and I couldn't wait because I knew I would love it. I read it in five hours maybe? UGH IT WAS SO GOOD. I knew it would be.

This was on my goodreads challenge and the library requested it out of county for me and it came from a dang Air Force Base two hours away. And after all that trouble they went to, it was by far the most depressing of all the North Korea books I've read and ranks last for me. Literally not a single good thing happened in this book.

This was next for the Goodreads challenge. It was so readable and SO GOOD. The ending—I was infuriated. And then I wasn't. I never figured it out before it was revealed but now I feel like I should have.

This was on audiobook and it was 13 hours. I knew better than to get a 13 hour audiobook, but I did anyway. It took me like thirty days. I could not focus and often had no idea what was going on. I'm sure it was good but alas.

The next Goodreads challenge book made me so glad I'm doing this challenge, because I would not have stuck this one out otherwise. It required so, so much patience but ultimately oh I loved it. It was romance, horror, mystery all in one. The ending got so sappy but I didn't even care.

I got this spontaneously and it was supposed to be an October read but I accidentally read it in September.
