SHIELD had gotten a tip from a hunter that there had been gunshots and screaming in the woods. Nick Fury thought it was connected to Namara and Jay's dissapearance, so he'd dispatched the Avengers. 

  The quin jet landed in an open clearing, and they were shocked into silence at what they found. 

 Bodies littered the clearing, masked agents that Steve knew were HDYRA. Natasha walked among them, checking for signs of life. The agents were torn to pieces, throats torn open, deep claw marks running through their flesh. 

 "All dead, torn apart like from a panther or something," Tony said.

 "Namara did this," Steve said softly. As his eyes raked over the clearing he saw why Namara had torn these men apart.

  He ran forward, ignoring Natasha's shout for him to slow down. Steve hoped that what he was seeing wasn't real. 

 But it was.

  A young boy with blonde hair was laying in the clearing, the ground around him soaked scarlet with blood. Jay Ackermann's blue eyes were filmed over, staring up. 

 Oh god.

 What had happened here? Was Namara alive? She had to be captured, no way she'd have left Jay's body like this otherwise.

  If she was with HYDRA, Namara was in terrible danger. Steve had to find her before it was too late.
