Jungkook rolled his shoulders before cracking his joints. Taehyung anxiously stood by his side, fresh bandage hiding the hideous mark on his skin. The omega shifted on his feet, eyes scanning the area as more and more people arrived on the scene.

Jungkook's father stood next to them, arms crossed and gaze hardened as he stared the bystanders down. "Do you think he'll actually show up?", he asked as Sooyun still hadn't been spotted between the crowd.

"He better show up", the alpha scoffed as he stretched his legs, "If I can't find him here, I'll find him somewhere else".

Taehyung was trembling on the spot. He wasn't sure if this was a good idea, being here, with the two alphas who were about to go at each other's throat. "Just be safe", he murmured, voice soft as the bystanders excitedly talked among themselves.

Jungkook peered down at the blonde whose face was casted to the ground and hands balled together. "Darling", he sighed softly before bending down, "It'll be alright. I'm named the big bad wolf for a reason, no?"

"You got that name years ago", Taehyung spoke, eyes still casted down, "You haven't fought anyone in such a long time. I heard Sooyun got private lessons since he started middle school".

"Lessons aren't everything", Jungkook retorted calmly, "Power and control are both important as well".

The murmurs around them grew as an expensive car stopped beside the group of people. They were gathered on the town square, the place big enough to hold a pretty decent fight. Four people stepped out of the vehicle and Sooyun's friends, who had already arrived a while ago, ran up to the boy.

"He finally decided to show up", Jungkook grumbled as he watched Sooyun be engulfed by his worried friends. Even thought what he did to Taehyung was basically a crime, his friends didn't seem to care.

The alpha could feel Taehyung step closer to him, arms brushing against each other when Sooyun walked closer. His parents and sister walked behind him, all dressed in expensive looking clothes and radiating wealth. "Jungkook".

"Sooyun".

Silence fell upon the square, everyone now too focused on the two alphas facing each other.

"I hope you know what you're getting yourself into boy", Sooyun's father barked from behind his son, his black shoes twinkling in the cold but sunny winter morning.

"Your son got yourself into this, sir", Jungkook talked back, not giving a damn about being rude to an elder, "It's not my fault he was never taught about consent and respect".

Taehyung slipped his hand in his, silently backing him up.

"It seems your father forgot to teach you about fated mates and how you should fuck off when an omega has one", his sister snapped back, ignoring the look her mother have her when she mingled herself in the conversation.

Taehyung stiffened beside him. "I don't care that he's my fated mate. He's an asshole and should pay for what he has done", the omega growled and tugged at Jungkook's hand, "Let's start this fucking fight and be done with it".

Sooyun scoffed and went to the other side of the circle that was created by the bystanders. It seemed everyone in town and in the school had gotten the memo. Everyone had shown up, some even holding snacks as they waited for the fight. Maybe they had forgotten about someone actually dying today.

Jungkook sighed as he went to his own side, Taehyung's hand tight in his grip. "I believe in you", the omega whispered, "Beat that fucker up".

The alpha chuckled at the blonde's choice of words and wrapped an arm around his shoulder. "I'll do it for you", he smiled and bent down to press a kiss to the omega's lips, "I love you".

Taehyung smiled but his eyes got teary, "I love you too. Now go win this shit".

Namjoon stepped closer when he was done watching the two lovebirds from the sidelines. "Go get him son", he smiled, though worry was evident on his face, "Get back safely please".

"I will dad", Jungkook nodded. He was radiating confidence, which was probably coming from his wolf wanting to win the fight and get the omega. "I won't disappoint you and mom".

The fight began.

As Yoongi had predicted would happen, the other began spewing insults to get Jungkook angry. Against everyone's expectations, the alpha stayed calm and only changed to his half wolf form, keeping his human figure but adding canines and claws to the mix. His eyes glowed a bloody red as the two alphas lunged at each other, both immediately tumbling to the ground.

Jungkook lashed out at the other's face but was met with claws pinning itself into his lower stomach. Groaning in pain he kicked the alpha off, trying his best to ignore the blood beginning to seep through his shirt. He tried getting up to create some distance between them but Sooyun grinned and lurched forward, grabbing onto the boy's legs to bring him back down.

Jungkook smacked onto the ground but was quick enough to bring the other down as well and roll him over. Though his head hurt since his skull had hit the ground, he was too focused on the other now beneath him. His gaze had gone a bit blurry due the impact but his wolf's vision kept him focsed as he brought his fist down onto the boy's face.

A first groan of pain came from Sooyun as Jungkook enjoyed the situation, feeling as if he went back in time and was beating the boy to a pulp in front of the school as the students dressed in pretty dresses and suits watched them.

But now, there was no one stopping him from bringing his fists down.

Sooyun grabbed onto Jungkook's wrist and dug his nails into the skin, temporarily paining the alpha so he could get from underneath him. He rolled them both over again and raised his own fist, before smashing it down on the other's jaw.

The boy laughed as he heard the bone crack underneath his fingers. He leant closer as Jungkook tried moving his jaw, only to find it broken. Sooyun brought a hand down, his pointer finger beginning to trace a line on Jungkook's cheek, deeply digging into it to draw blood.

"Enjoy the afterlife", he grinned, his whisper malicious.

Jungkook didn't say anything back.

He merely raised his head with enough force, bashing both of their heads together and smiling as he heard the other growl with pain. Even though the collision had made Jungkook's head spin as well, he took advantage of the situation to push Sooyun off and kick him in the gut. He then pressed his heel into the boy and bent down, claws shining in the sunlight.

The other alpha seemed dizzy from the earlier hit and Jungkook took this time to bring his hand down and rip the other's skin apart. A long gash was now on the boy's side, creating a horrible sight of blood and a terrible scream out of agony.

Jungkook grabbed onto the alpha's arm and tugged at it before twisting it until he felt something break. Another scream fell from Sooyun's lips as Jungkook fell down on his knees so he could start hitting the boy's face again, hoping to disform it into nothingness.

Hit after hit Sooyun got more bloody. Bystanders were horrified and snacks long forgotten as the scene became gorier than expected.

"I'm sorry!", Sooyun desperately cried, snot seeping out from his nose as he begged for his life, his tears mingling with his own blood, "My wolf took over! You have to understand!"

"Did you understand my situation all those years ago?", Jungkook barked back, chest heaving as he was one fist away from ending the boy's life, "No, you ignored me, bullied me, made my life hell. I don't understand".

Sooyun cried harder at this, feeling the rip in his side bleed out, not being able to put pressure onto it as his arm was twisted in a wrong way, "There has to be another way to get rid of a mark! I still got a life ahead of me!"

The people surrounding the two wolves murmured against each other. Some unsure of what to do since this was an official fight and it was illegal to step in. "Just finish the asshole!", somebody yelled, followed by a crowd of cheers as more people agreed with him.

"He's just a kid!", another voice was raised and a fight began between the bystanders, the sound barely reaching Jungkook's ears as static took over. His wolf wanted to lurch forward and kill the bastard for once and for all. But another part of him, the human part, didn't understand why he had to die.

Someone could have killed Jungkook when he attacked those students all those years ago but he was spared. Sooyun was right, in a weird way, he was still just a teenager, stupid and hormonal and hurt.

The alpha was conflicted and the voices in the background didn't help with the chaos of thoughts. "Do you want to lose?", Jungkook asked, voice hard and steady, and Sooyun looked up at him, eyes bloodshot.

"I don't want to lose my life", Sooyun replied with a tremble, suddenly a lot meeker than at the start of the fight, "I'll do anything to not get killed".

Jungkook wanted to glance up to see Taehyung's reaction to this but he was afraid that once he'd look away from Sooyun, the boy would start the fight again. But one glance at Sooyun's state and he realized he couldn't expect any threat from the boy. He had lost so much blood already, the red liquid spilling on the ground and staining the tiles.

"There is a way!"

Jungkook turned around, and the principal of their school stepped forward. The man was grey haired and probably around his sixties, his whole demeanor calm and steady. "There is a way to make the mark disappear while sparing Sooyun's life", he spoke and people went silent, "It isn't practiced often since werewolves don't usually refuse to get killed". He gave Sooyun a pointed look.

"What is it?", Sooyun yelled, ignoring the pride he always carried, "What do I have to do?"

"You have to submit to Jungkook", the principal's voice boomed across the town square, "Once you do that, Jungkook will have to bite you and force the wolf out of you. He will suck up your power and will leave you as a mere human being".

Sooyun's face paled at that and he stared at his own claws, "I won't be a werewolf anymore?"

"Indeed", the man nodded, "After that you'll be banished from the werewolf community. If you dare show your face in this city again, we will hunt you. Your parents will either have to follow you and be banished as well or they can cut you off the family".

The people around the square gasped and many voices raised again. Sooyun looked over at his parents whose faces had become one of stone, not a single emotion on them. Only his mother seemed affected by the words, her eyes gleaming with tears.

"It's this or getting killed", the principal reminded him and this seemed to click something in the alpha's head.

"I'll accept my fate and live as a human for the rest of my life", Sooyun bowed his head down, showing submission, "I will leave this city and my family behind".

His mother stepped forward, tears now cascading down her cheeks, "Son!" Her voice sounded desperate and her actions frantic as her husband tugged her back. She wailed and sobbed for him as Jungkook brough his hand down to lie on his shoulder as Sooyun bared his neck to him.

"Please be gentle", he whispered and Jungkook granted that wish.

His canines pierced through his skin and Sooyun began screaming, feeling the power leaving his body. Jungkook was emptying him completely, depleting him from his power and wolf until he was nothing but a weak human.

He could feel his own wolf strengthen because of this and soon enough the boy fell to the floor, weakened and unconscious.

Pushing himself off the floor, he could hear Sooyun's friends and mother run over to Sooyun, picking the boy up from the ground. Sooyun's father still stood far away, face grown cold as he watched his wife cry by his son's unconscious body.

Jungkook bowed to the bystanders and made his way over to his own friends and family, which was only a group of three. Yoongi had suddenly shown up and Jungkook looked surprised to see him. He wanted to ask the boy where he had came from but Taehyung was quicker to run up to him and practically strangle him with a hug.

"Thank god!", he cried and soon tears were soaking the boy's shirt as the omega cried in his arms, "I-I was so worried! Y-you laid there and o-oh god it must've h-hurt".

Taehyung had no intention of leaving the space between his arms and so Jungkook had to greet his father and Yoongi from a distance.

"I'm so glad you're fine son", his father smiled, his own cheeks glistening from the tears as well. He had probably cried during the fight when Jungkook had been getting his ass beat. "I don't think I could have watched you get killed. I surely would have jumped between you two".

"Good thing he didn't", Yoongi intervened as he spoke to Jungkook, "Otherwise I would've had to intervene as well".

The omega was still crying in his arms but he had gotten silent. Jungkook petted his hair before planting a small kiss on it. "Everything turned out alright, didn't it?"

Before Jungkook could add anything else, the principal stepped into the conversation. He cleared his throat and spoke.

"You still have to do one more thing to get rid of the mark".

Wowza this chapter is a thousand words more than usual. I had some fun writing the fight scene but it was hard to be pleased with this chapter since it's an important one. I hope you guys enjoyed!
