spoilers: house of hades spoilers' 

trigger warnings:

plot: (this happened before solangelo got together maybe like a week or two before) after a really bad nightmare Nico had no one to go to besides the son of apollo, what happens next?

first person pov (Nico's pov)

     I was back in Tartarus, facing the Tartarus, he was a giant beast. he was gray and had horns sticking out of his head. he turned and looked at me, I stared back, frozen in fear. tartarus walked towards me, hand stretched outwards. I then woke up sweating and my breathing pitched. I didn't feel like sleeping, but I didn't feel like being alone, I looked at the clock and saw that it was five thirty, 'i wonder if will is awake?'  I thought to myself.

     I got out of bed and made my way out of the Hades cabin, I saw the infirmary lights on and walked towards it, I looked through the window and saw will sitting at his desk, I opened the door and walked in, will looked up from his pool of papers and looked at me.

     "Nico?" will asked, "are you okay?"

     "um," I started, I looked down and my feet, "i- uh- had a nightmare, and I don't feel like being alone," I started rubbing the back of my neck with my right hand, "but if you're too busy then-"

     will stood up and walked towards me.

     "nonsense," Will said, "we can talk about it, or you can just stay in here with me, it's up to you." 

     "Really?" I asked shocked.

     "of course!" will answered, "What? did you think I was just going to tell you to go deal with it on your own?"

     if it was possible to look at your feet more than I was doing it.

     "uh-i don't know," I mumbled.

     "well I wouldn't." will told me, "ill always be here for you Nico, don't forget it."

     anyone who said I had slightly blushed at that was wrong, I sat down on one of the cots and just stared at will as we did paperwork.
