*NAOMI'S POV*

When I saw Louis and Eleanor making out I shut the door and ran down and out the front door, my vision was blurry because of the tears, then suddenly I blacked out

*LOUIS' POV*

Me and Eleanor were making out, I didn't want to but she forced me and we heard the door shut, I ran to see who it was but there was no one, I ran downstairs, no one, then I checked outside. When I looked outside I saw a figure lying down in the middle of the road. I quickly ran to the figure and saw that it was Naomi, I put her head on her lap, she's full of blood

"Naomi, please answer me love, Naomi!! I'm serious no joking around. Naomi please don't leave me, don't leave us Naomi!!" I exclaimed, but nothing was working her eyes were still closed

"Niall!!!! Zayn!!! Harry!!!! Liam!!!! Help me!!!!" I exclaimed, a few moments later they all ran out, and when they saw me with Naomi the tears started to fall as well as mine

"What happened to her?!" Niall asked

"I don't know but can someone please call an ambulance!!" I exclaimed

"Please be alright Naomi" Harry said, and Zayn called 911. A few moments later an ambulance came by, and the nurses took out a stretcher and they put Naomi on it, we were all about to go inside the ambulance, but the nurse said only one can go in

"Niall you go, you're her brother" I said, and he nodded at me. Me and the lads got in the van and drove to the hospital, when we got there we saw that Niall was sitting in the waiting room

"Nialler" Liam whispered, we all walked towards him and sat down beside him, he looked at me

"This is all your fault!!! Because of you my sister is in this hospital!! Because of you she's hurting!!! Because of you she might die!!!! And all because you were cheating on her with your ex girlfriend, she called me up crying on the phone, and when she explained everything I could see the pain in her eyes, and you know who caused the pain? YOU!!!" He exclaimed, and I felt really ashamed and just looked down

"I'm sorry okay!! I didn't mean for any of this to happen, and I'm not cheating on her with Eleanor. I mean she forces me to make out with her because she knows that Naomi will see us and she wants her to feel jealous. I don't love Eleanor. The girl I love is in the ER in pain, I know I caused it, but I don't want her to feel that way anymore. I would change positions with her in a heartbeat, I would do anything just for her to live, even if it means for me to die. Can't you see that I love her so much?! She's the love of my life. I mean yes we have our ups and downs, but no matter what I will always love her." I said and the tears fell down faster, Harry came up to me and hugged me

"We know you love her mate, but please don't ever do that to her ever again, alright?" He said, and I just nodded

"I won't, I don't plan on losing her ever again" I said, the other lads including Niall came up to me, and we group hugged

*3 HOURS LATER*

Three hours has passed and we still haven't heard anything from the doctor or the nurses. Gosh I hope she's alright

"Lad don't worry, Naomi is a strong girl, she'll make it" Liam said, and I just nodded my head, and then finally the doctor came out

"Naomi Horan?" He asked, and we all stood up

"Well she's in a coma right now, she broke her leg and her arm, she broke some rinds as well, but we tried to fix them the best we can, though we don't know when she'll wake up or if she'll even wake up, there's a 60%of her dying and 40% of her living, I'm sorry to say this but it's true, all we can do now is to pray and wait" He said, and all of our eyes were flooded with tears now

"Please don't leave us Naomi" I whispered under my breath
