Daddy hugged me. And I smiled down at me as he was still hugging Bella who was crying her eyes out cause she was in a lot of pain and I don't blame her,

'I now have a true family... a family that really loves me, sisters who i get to play and fight with. Baby sisters i can teach and show the world as they get older and they can talk to me about stuff that they don't want to daddy about and Bella can tell me secrets when she gets older like when she kisses a boy for the first time or something else' I thought as we continued to head to the hospital to see about Bella cause i could see she was in more pain then ever and she wanted the pain to be over and not hurt anymore. I don't want to lose Bella ever since she was adopted by daddy she was a different person, and she actually cares about us little ones and she wants to help us forget about the place that we had called home fro the longest time before Niall adopted us and took us home. When we pulled up to the hospital daddy got out with Bella and ran inside with her while Uncle Louis picked me up and carried me into the hospital 

"Let's see what is going on with sissy" Louis says as he carries me into the hospital so we can all be with Bella and see what is 

I nod as he carried me into the hospital and the others followed with the other four girls 

"Niall is she okay?" Louis asks as he approaches Niall with Harmony in his arms

"I have to fill out the paperwork for her and then she will go back I hate to see her in pain" Niall says as he fills the paperwork out on Bella so she could be seen by the doctor on call and get checked out to see what was causing her all this pain 

Niall was quick with the paperwork on her and she went back in no time 

"We are going to go right back to a room" the nurse says to Niall as he was pushing Bella in a wheelchair 

Niall went into the room that Bella was going to be in and got her into a gown cause she was going to be going for testing 

"Here we go love is that better?" he asks as he laid her on the hospital bed so her back didn't hurt her anymore then what 

She nods with tears in her eyes 

"We'll get you better soon love bug" he says as he looks at her cause he could see that she was in a lot of pain and she wanted it to be over with 

"We are going to give her something for the pain" a nurse says as she comes into the room with some medicine for Bella 

Bella takes it cause she was tired of being in pain 

"That better huh?' he asks her once she had some medicine in her system 

She nods with tears in her eyes 

"Okay I am going to send Bella down for a CAT scan to see what is going on with her" the doctor tells Niall and Bella when he came into the room 

Niall nods as he stays close to Bella cause she was really scared 

"Bella we are going to see what is going on with you and then we can go home and cuddle" he says as the nurses come to take Bella down to the exam room 

"Okay daddy" she says as she was taken down for her CAT scan to see what was going on with her. 

Before she went she was calling out for daddy and daddy went with her 

"Daddy going to b e in the booth with you" he says as he goes into the booth so he was close to her cause Niall wanted to be close with the girls at all times 

Bella was still as daddy was singing to her from the booth to keep her calm and collected cause she wanted daddy to be there with her as she was having her scan done 

"Bella you did so well" he says when she was brought out after the scan was over

Bella smiles up at him as they were heading back to the room 

"Now to see what is going on with you love" Niall says to her as they come back into the room where all her sisters were waiting for her 

The middle youngest wanted daddy to hold her 

"Okay come here sweetie" he says as he picks her up and holds her 

Harmony went over to be with Bella 

"Oh Harmony you are a good little sister" he says as he holds the middle one in his arms since the babies were sleeping in the stroller 

"Okay Bella it seems you have a slip disc in your back it must of slipped when you went to the bathroom last" the doctor says when he reads the cat scan that she had done to see what was going on with her back and what was causing her pain 

"How do you fix it?" he asks the doctor 

"She will have to have surgery to fix it and she will be laid up for a while" the doctor says to Niall as he explains it a little more

"How long will she be laid up/" Niall asks the doctor 

"Several weeks and she won't be able to do much" the doctor says to Niall

Niall looked at Bella before he made his decision about the surgery cause he knew there will be pro's and con's going into this surgery and he didn't want to lose Bella cause she was a great daughter

"Where do i sign?" he asks the doctor cause he was going to have her have the surgery to fix her back 

"I'll bring in the forms" the doctor says as she leaves to get the forms for Niall so Bella could have the surgery that she needed to fix her back cause money wasn't an object right now he wanted Bella to be better 

Niall looked at Bella and he knew she needed this surgery to fix her poor back cause he didn't want her to be disabled the rest of her life, and she might need to have it again later on in life when she was older if she has a bad back
