Niall was a bundle of nerves as he looks at the clock on the wall he was hoping that the surgery went okay, and Bella was good as new once again

"Niall relax she is okay they will come and tell us what is happening soon" Louis says to him as he plays with one of the babies that wanted someone to play with them since daddy was busy with other things

"Louis I haven't heard anything in hours and I'm starting to get worried for my baby girl I want her to be okay as she had this surgery that is going to change her life forever and I don't want to be jinx or have anything go wrong" Niall says as he got angry that they weren't updating him as he waited with baited breath to see how Bella was doing and if the surgery was going well or not

"Niall why don't you go back there if you are so worried about her and check for yourself" Liam says to him

"Fine I will" Niall says as he heads back there to check on Bella and see how she was doing and if there were any complications from the surgery at all

Harmony decided to follow daddy to where he was going

"Hey princess what to come to see sissy?" He asks as he picks her up

She nods

"Okay sweetie come on daddy needs some company anyways" he says as he continues to see Bella and how the surgery went

"Yes can you tell me how Bella Horan is doing?" He asks the nurse at the desk when he had approached her to see Bella

The nurse looked up the information in the computer to see how Bella was doing and how her surgery was going as well

"Her surgery is almost done so they will be out soon to let you take her down to her room" the nurse tells Niall

Niall was grateful that he was going to be able to take Bella down to her room and get her situated in her room while she was recovering from her operation

"Harmony you have to wait with your Uncles while daddy is with sissy when she comes out of her operation" he says as he takes her back to the waiting room where she was going to wait with the others while he was with Bella and giving her the special treatment since she was the first one of the girls to have an operation on her

Harmony was okay with that and she was going to play with the younger ones while daddy was with sissy

"How was her surgery?" Harry asks Niall when Niall came back with Harmony who he had in his arms

"Good she is almost out of surgery, so it must of went well and she is going to make a full recovery" Niall says with tears in his eyes that his first princess was going to make it and was going to be okay after she had the surgery to fix her back

"That's good Niall we are going to take the girls home so we can get started making the house accessible for her when she comes home from the hospital when she comes home she will probably be in a wheelchair as she recovers from this or she could be paralyzed from this so we got to be prepared for the worst" Louis says as he gets up with Sierra who was sleeping on his shoulder

"Sounds good to me Louis I want the house to be ready for her when she gets released cause our lives are going to change when she comes home from the hospital" Niall says to him as the three leave with the little ones cause it was nap time for them and the babies will start to get cranky soon and they love to be rocked to sleep before they go to sleep

Niall kissed the others before they left to go home and get settled in for the afternoon and they will have supper then it will be up to them

"Now to see Bella and take her down to her room for the time being" he says as he heads back to the operating room so he could take her to her room and be there with her while she was getting better

Niall was smiling as he was heading to the operating room to get Bella cause he could not wait to see her again and make the pain go away and stay away

"Just in time her surgery is just finished so you can go in and see her" the nurse says to him as she hands him the scrubs so he was sterile as he was with her

Niall got the scrubs on as fast as he could so he could be with her as she was being transported from the table to a bed so she could be going to her room 

"Hi Bella" he says under his mask as he was talking to her to make it all better for her

Bella opens her eyes to look at who was talking to her and she smiled when she sees daddy standing above her 

"Daddy is right here and he will be going with you down to the room and he will be with you all night long cause i know this is going to be a long night for you baby" he says as he strokes her pretty hair as they started to head down to recovery

Niall drops his mask as they were heading down to the room 

"Are you in pain baby?" he asks as he was walking with the hospital bed down to the room 

She nods with tears in her eyes 

"Once we get in the room i will see if you can have some medicine so you can feel better and not be in pain anymore" he says as he kisses her forehead as they stopped cause another patient was going into surgery 

Bella was grateful that she was going to have some medicine

"Daddy can i have something to eat?" she asks him 

"Of course you can baby off to the cafeteria for something to eat" he says as he heads there with Bella so she could pick what she wanted after the surgery cause he was not going to give her food if she was hungry 

The nurses let her go down to order what she wanted to eat after surgery, so it will be there for her when she was up in her room, so she could eat

"Okay Bella what would you like?" Niall asks her when they approached the window so she could order what she wanted to eat 

Bella looked at the menu and she picked out all of her favorite foods that were soft and that she could eat since she was going to be laying down in the ICU for a while

"Okay sweetie let's head up to the room" he says once she had ordered her food

Bella was happy that she was going to have some food in her system
