"Daddy can i have something to eat?" she asks him

"Of course you can baby off to the cafeteria for something to eat" he says as he heads there with Bella so she could pick what she wanted after the surgery cause he was not going to give her food if she was hungry

The nurses let her go down to order what she wanted to eat after surgery, so it will be there for her when she was up in her room, so she could eat

"Okay Bella what would you like?" Niall asks her when they approached the window so she could order what she wanted to eat

Bella looked at the menu and she picked out all of her favorite foods that were soft and that she could eat since she was going to be laying down in the ICU for a while

"Okay sweetie let's head up to the room" he says once she had ordered her food

Bella was happy that she was going to have some food in her system, and maybe see her siblings once she was out of ICU which was going to be a couple of days, but she didn't mind at all she was glad to be away from her siblings

5 Days later

Niall's P.O.V

Harmony smiled as Louis tried to do a back flip. And let me tell ya, he was failing. Then door bell then rang, I suddenly heard Harmony scream at the top of her lungs.

Harmony's P.O.V

I heard the door bell ring, 

"I'll get it" she says as she went answer the door to see who might be at the door since her younger siblings were napping and they couldn't see Bella until later on that night 

Harmony left Louis trying to do a back flip and went to go answer it since her uncles were busy doing something. I opened the door and screamed, THEIR STOOD AVRIL LAVIGNE!! I smiled so widely it was impossible to smile wider. She waved at me and bent down to my height. 

"Are you Harmony?" she asked Harmony who stood there shocked that her favorite singer came to see her. 

I nodded and then she picked me up and walked inside where daddy was.

"Harmony who was at the door?" Niall asks as he came down with one of the babies in his arms cause they woke up from their nap a little early 

Avril went to see who was calling for Harmony since Harmony was still in shock that Avril Lavigne was at the door 

"Are you Harmony's dad?" Avril asks Niall 

"Yes I am" he says as he tries to shake a hand while trying to balance one of the babies that he had in his arms 

"She is an energetic little girl" Avril says to Niall 

"I know she is and she had an older sister who is in the hospital she just had surgery not that long ago to fix her back" he says as he heads to the kitchen to get some formula for the baby that he had in his arms that was not going to go to sleep anytime

"Is she a fan of my music too?" Avril asks Niall

"I don't know I have to check her room to see if she listen to you" he says as he heads up to the bedroom to check to see

Niall knew he doesn't go into Bella's rom without her permission so since she was in the hospital he was allowed to go into her room to see if she had listened to Avril at all cause her music is her business

"Well apparently you have another fan she listens to your music as well" he says when he sees Avril CD's in the CD player that Bella had in her room

"It's nice and big" Avril says to him when she sees the room

"Yeah she loves it and she has put posters up recently of us, you Reba, and some other bands that I have approved of for her to listen to cause since she is my daughter and I have to approve the music that she listens too until she reaches a certain age and then from there she can listen to any music that she wants" Niall says as he feeds the baby that he had in his arms that was quite hungry right now

Avril was going to make a stop at the hospital later to meet her other fan that loves her music

"Does she have a favorite song?" Avril asks Niall

"Skater boy is her favorite song she knows it by heart and she is learning how to skateboard right now so that is something" he says as he shows Avril out cause it was time for the others one's to go down for a nap and Niall likes the house to be quiet when the little one's are napping or sleeping right now

"Does she play an instrument?" Avril asks Niall

"She is learning to play the flute and the guitar right now and she has been an amazing student on the guitar" he says as he takes the baby that he had in his arms back to her nursery to sleep once again cause the formula did the trick to get her back to sleep on her own

Avril decided to sign a guitar for Bella to make her feel better cause once she comes home from the hospital and she was going to visit Bella to make it even special for her and she was going to be so surprised when she finds that her favorite singer came to see her in the hospital cause she was going to be excited for sure

"I'll take you to the hospital so you can see her" Niall says as he was going to take Avril to the hospital so Bella could meet her idol for the first time and maybe get an autograph from her too if she was lucky

Avril follows Niall to the hospital, so she could meet her other fan that admires her

(Hospital)

"Bella I have a special visitor" Niall says to her

Bella sat up in her bed so she could see who was there to visit her at this hour cause her siblings could not come until she was out of the ICU 

"Okay" he says as he brings the guest into the room

Bella was in complete shock when she saw Avril come into her room. They talked and Avril signed a guitar for her before leaving
