"Hello. Is anyone there?" The raven-haired girl asked walking through the dark alley.
She saw a dark object on the ground and reached towards it. Reaching it, she sees it was a body bag, and though knowing what was inside, she still unzipped the bag. She lets out a horrified scream. In the bag was the body of her boyfriend.
Still sobbing, she wipes off blood from his face, and that was when she heard it. The horrifying sound of a chainsaw. Before she could turn, the blade of the saw connected with her neck beheading her.

Then the whole cinema screamed with fright with popcorn spilling on Liz's body.
"Hey!!!," she yells and turns to see me seated behind her.

"It was a mistake. The movie is very scary"

"Scary? Please, I've seen scarier things in a 3rd-grade bathroom" She says and returns to watching the movie. About an hour later, the movie ended and everyone filed out of the room.

Liz and I were getting more ice cream for the twins and Anika when a cluster of boys caught my eye.

"Liz," I say tapping her shoulder. "Isn't that the gut from that clothes store?" She turns to see the tall dark and handsome Chad and quickly turns her head back.

"He saw me," she says looking a bit scared.

"So...go talk to him"

"No way, there are a million things that could go wrong if o talk to him now."

"Well too bad," I say with a devilish grin

"Why?"

"Because he's coking this way" I sat and she freaks and begins adjusting her hair and clothes.

"Hey, ladies," Chad says finally reaching us.

"Hey, Chad.?" I say

"Hi, Chad!!!" Liz says in her seductive voice twirling her hair in her hand which to me was so cliché.

"Liz, can I talk to you?" Chad asks and Liz nods in response.

They both look at me and I realized they wanted me to leave.
"Oh...alone. Well, excuse me" I say placing my heart mocking feeling hurt.

After some minutes, Liz finally returns her facing gleaming with lovey-dovey happiness.

"He asked me out on a date!!!!" She screamed out happily"

"Really?"

"Yes!!! Its tomorrow night," she says but her chin drops suddenly probably realizing something. "I can't go because I have to babysit the twins and Anika. Well mostly Anika"

"No no no!!! You are going on that date and I will help you babysit."

"Really?!!! I love you so much. You are a lifesaver." She says giving me a big hug.

"Book, music, food, diaper change - wait for what?" I cried out as I went through "dummies guide to babysitting"

I had never babysat in my life because we didn't have a lot of babies and I was always the one being babysat. I kept on going through until I collided with a figure, hitting my head.

"Watch where you are going Tori" I heard a familiar voice but I didn't want to even process it because my head was spinning.

"Sorry I was reading" I sat as Jason pulls me up.

"Dummies guide to babysitting. Wanna explain?"

"Liz is going on a date and I promise to babysit her siblings, the twins and Anika," I said as I walked towards the living room couch settling easily while still focusing on the book.

"I take it you have no experience?" He asks coming into the living room with a bottle of coke.

"Exactly! I've always been the one babysat and I felt like a prisoner." I said finally closing the book, clearly giving up.

Jason sits down on the couch beside me popping the cover of the bottle, then taking a greedy sip. "You know, when I was young and followed Rita to work, I usually babysat some kids for the warriors." He says and I feel too happy to know that at least he once had a benevolent, kind heart back in the days... then he spoke. "For extra cash of course." My happiness was drowned by his usual harsh done, though it had become a lot friendly recently. He had even been nice for the past two weeks.

Like once, I forgot my textbook for a Potions class test, and Jason brought it to my class for me just at the dine minute. Another time, he offered to pay for my lunch.

"I think I have an idea," Jason says and on hearing that, I readjust myself to face him properly. "I am free tomorrow night. So I'll accompany you to Liz's house and I'll help you babysit." He concludes.

It would actually help me. He did the work while I helped and it also gave me time to practice my new found powers like I had been doing as adviced by Parker who had been giving me lessons.

I had finally made my decision but little did I know I was going g to regret it sooner or later.

"What's the worst that could happen?" I say gathering my things before running upstairs to practice.

"Don't leave them alone with any objects. Put them to bed by 9:00 pm. Don't let Anika leave the house." Liz rambled as I pushed her out of the house.

She was wearing a blue off-shoulder top and white shorts letting her hair fall on the left side of her neck. She had taken almost an hour before she picked out this dress.

"Liz don't you trust us," I ask as she reaches the door making g her turn raising a brow.

"I trust you but I don't trust him," she says pointing behind me and I turn to see Jason showing the twins a bunch of knives.

"Jason please put those away," I yell and he scowls at me.

"See" she sighs and leaves to join Chad who was waiting in his car.

I walk to the living room where Jason blade where's still scattered on the table and the twins were checking them out.

"Jason!!!" I yell and he appears.

"Yes. You rudely screamed for me"

"I thought said you were a professional babysitter"

"I am but if you are talking about my blades, being a babysitter doesn't mean you should be boring."

"I'm not boring!" I argue

"Suit yourself"

"I'm not!"

"Whatever. Just go upstairs, check out Anika and then you can practice." He says and I rush upstairs to Anika's room and k get there just in time. She was trying to sneak out through the window.

"Anika. Get down from there!"

"Darn it" she curses and turns face displaying her innocent girl smile.

"Would you believe me if I told you I was looking at the star"

"So you're stargazing dressed like you are going to a nightclub?"

"So you're not buying it are you?"

"No. So go and join you, siblings, downstairs." I say and she stomps her feet mumble g something about being an adult bit I sighed anyway feeling too tired to even respond.

I had been practicing magic for two weeks. Parker had me going slow stating that magic was very complicated. But he had me stuck on switching colors of objects. At first, it was cool but now it was so annoying. He didn't want me to try out new spells until he decided "I was ready".

“Allagi simaia!”

The color of Liz room changes from pink to purple, then green. I kept on flick my hand as I sat on the floor of the room trying to see how my life could get interesting.

I kept on flicking my hand when I hear my name yelled from downstairs.

What could be wrong now!!!

"Tori, come down. The kids are trying to watch a movie but this technology is so confusing." Jason yelled.

"Is not that hard? I'm busy upstairs too you know. Mr " I'm a professional babysitter". I say coming down the stairs with Anika whose face was as red as a ruby candy bar glaring daggers at me, but I still didn't care. If she was going to be under my watch, she was going to have to follow my rules. Off to Jason's aid, I went.

I took the remote from where it lay on the center table and made the necessary inputs to play the film.

"You see, it isn't rocket science" I smack Jason on the chest with the remote leaving him in a tensed mood.

"Tori, can you help us make popcorn?" Reina asked shaking her strawberry hair in all directions.

"Of course the hon. Now Jason comes, watch, and learn." I call and he mumbles on about me being a 'mom junior'.

The living room was filled with a little laughter with the twins giggling as they watched the movie and Anika pretending to be asleep after Jason threw a blade through her phone which now hung on a wall.

Suddenly, there was a loud bang that seemed to have come from the kitchen. Everyone rushes to see what had happened only to find the microwave split into four and popcorn all over the kitchen. The walls were black from the explosion and also slippery from melted butter. It was a total freaking mess!

"This is all your fault. Way to go on being a responsible adult" Jason balmed and I scoff as I try to clean the mess.

"Anika please hand me some paper towels," I say stretching out my hand and turn to see that there was no one behind me again.

"Anika, Anika where are you?" I beckon as Jason leaves the kitchen to look for her. He eventually returns shaking his head.

"Tori, the front door was open. She's gone."

Oh My Selene! Where was ANIKA????!!!!
