Miss Candice: okay everyone, we've finished half of our syllabus. Starting from today all of you will be divided into two-person group for the tutor. All of you will be given modules for you guys to submit for me in 2 weeks time. Any questions?

Miss Candice: alright.. so that means you guys fully understands my instructions clearly. I will release the group list and the modules together on the e-learning portal by evening. Make sure you guys check and print out all of them. Submit to me in 2 weeks. I'll dismiss now. Thank you.

In the evening, the crew checked out all their names for the tutor group.

Aaron saves her number and starts the conversation.

A: yes, hi Nattie, so when do we start?

N: up to you, i don't have anything to do for today.

A: how about 5pm, at Lakefront Cafe?

N: sure, i'll be there. see ya!

A: see you too.

They ended the conversation.

Aaron: well, that was quick.

Finn: that's Aaron i know.

Danny: way to go bud!!

Aaron: well looks like i got a "date" this evening. I haven't had a date in years. God wish me luck. Hope i didn't do anything stupid or silly.

At 5pm, Aaron arrived at the Lakefront Cafe with his car, and spotted Nattie already sitting on the seats.

Aaron: so, we're tutor partners for now. Sorry for being awkward. I'm not used to talking with girls like this.

Nattie: haha, same here. No big deal actually. So, did you bring yours?

Aaron: yep, let's go.

Aaron and Nattie started to work on their modules. Over time, their conversation together went from awkward, starting to talk well to each other, Aaron even started to joke around causing Nattie to smile and laugh.

At 7,

Aaron: wow, that was quick.

Nattie: yeah, i didn't expecting that we managed to settle the module in one shot. With all the snacks, drinks, and jokes together, i don't feel the time wasted just like that.

Aaron: well, i didn't expecting you to be quite talkative on your own too. You're quite shy about an hour ago.

Nattie: maybe because of your jokes, i cannot help it.

Aaron: hey Nat, check that out.

Nattie: Nat? you're calling me Nat?

Aaron: why? your name is Natalia, everyone calls you Nattie, and i call you Nat. Simple and easy peasy.

Aaron: anyway, i think we need to head back, the night is approaching. Oh by the way, how did you get here?

Nattie: i took a taxi, why?

Aaron: i'll send you home. Be my guest?

Aaron: nope, not at all. Come inside.

Nattie gets into Aaron's car and Aaron drives away to Nattie's home.

Aaron: it's been a while since my car had a passenger beside me.

Nattie: mean?

Aaron: uh nothing, sorry².

Nattie: are you sureee?

Aaron: yeah! i'm pretty sure that Michael Aaron James doesn't keep any secrets on his back.

Nattie: yeah right..

They arrived at Nattie's house.

Aaron: we're here.

Nattie: thanks for sending me home Aaron, that's so nice of you.

Aaron: so... we're friends now?

Nattie: yeah, friends.

Both tied their little fingers together as a friend's truce.

Nattie: never thought i would get to make friends this quick, i'm an introvert person.

As both wave at each other, Aaron starts his car and drives home with a smile. A smile that never cracked on him for a long time.

Aaron: she's good. i can tell.

Meanwhile in Nattie's room, Nattie is still smiling on what happened between her and Aaron.

Nattie: i never felt this happy for a long time. Thank you Aaron, for letting me forget the pain that i'm enduring right now. Even if it's just temporary.
