OC's get a new neighbor that OCs think is attractive, but their new neighbors want nothing to do with them. They start constantly playing loud music or tossing their things in their yard to get their attention, which annoys the new neighbors. Their new neighbor goes next door to OCs and talks to their parents, but their parents invite them to a party, knowing OCs have a thing for the neighbors.
