OCs parents send OCs to a psyche ward after they realise that they need more help than just therapy. OCs don't really enjoy the facility but maybe they meet someone who makes it more enjoyable.

At Harlem Psyche Ward, patients of all ages, genders and sexualities are accepted. This facility starts out as a week stay but deciding on your 'star points,' you may stay longer. Star points is a system that keeps things a bit more under control. If you skip a meal, your star points will be taken and you'll have to stay in the facility for an extra day. If you attempt suicide or cause your self harm, your star points will restart completely which adds an extra week to your stay. If you participate in group and do as your told, you will earn star points which will go to privileges like going in the garden or seeing your family members. In Harlem Psyche Ward, you'll have as much freedom as possible unless you're a threat to yourself or others. Patients come to the facility for all types of reasons; eating disorders, depression, even if they're too unstable to be in jail. Usually boys and girls are seperated, but in this facility they're allowed to be together.
