Hotshot groaned as he had a snow plow attached to the front end of his SUV mode.

"What's the matter honey?", Medix asked over the comm with a cheeky tone, "Are you upset that Wedge is doing better than you at plowing the snow?"

Wedge bursted out laughing as he created a path for the humans to get to the safety of their homes.

Hotshot only groaned again.

"Oh don't feel bad, Hotshot!", Whirl said through the comm as she was escorting families into underground shelters who didn't have basements within their homes, "Wedge has been doing this for years. You'll get the hang of it!"

Hotshot sighed as he got on the comm, "It's not that, it's just this stupid thing is really heavy and the ice is too thick for me to get any traction."

"It was your idea to do that, Hotshot", Hoist commed as he was pulling overturned cars out of a snow bank.

"Well now I've changed my mind!", Hotshot said as he transformed.

He then looked down to see that the snow plow was attached to his chest.

Medix bursted out laughing at the sight, almost waking a recharging Starlight in the process.

When he caught his breath, he got on the comm, "Wow honey! I didn't know you had work done!"

Hotshot pulled a face at the camera as his team bursted out laughing, "Shut up, DDD."

Everyone, minus an agitated Medix, couldn't contain themselves they were laughing so hard.

"I really need to get some sort of sirens like yours babe", Hotshot said as he zipped around in his hovercraft mode.

"Well golly if you asked sooner, I would've let you borrow mine during my leave", Medix commed as he breastfed Starlight.

"Aw but you won't get me one?", Hotshot jokingly whined.

"Nope", Medix responded as Starlight kept feeding, "I know you'll break it from how many times you'll scare one of us with it."

"Hey I'm a changed mech! I'm a sire now!"

"Oh yeah? Then explain why you snuck up behind me and wiggled your servos up my chestplate to grab my boobs. IN FRONT OF OUR TEAM."

"I uh... I have no explanation, other than the fact that I just wanted to piss you off."

"Yeah. I figured."

Hotshot needed to change the subject quickly before he digs his own grave any deeper, "Oh! Uh.... gotta go! There's some humans needing to go to the hospital- BYE!"

Hotshot immediately shut off the comm before his mate could say anything, thinking he was in the clear.

Until his mate sent him a bond.

'You're dead'

Hotshot shrieked in response causing him to slide off the road and into a ditch.

Thankfully, Hoist witnessed the whole thing.

"Need a tow?", Hoist giggled as he pulled up to the ditch.

"Oh shut up."

"I have my section safe in underground shelters", Whirl commed, "how's everyone else doing?"

"All clear in town", Wedge said, "everyone is safe in City Hall."

Hotshot also got on, "Same thing here in the forest-"

Medix suddenly gasped over the comm.

Hotshot immediately commed back, "And I'm perfectly safe!! I'm safe and unharmed! There are no animals in these woods!"

Medix relaxed straight away, "Oh thank Primus."

Hotshot then commed Hoist, "How's it going Hoist?"

"Not good. Jerry wedged his truck too deep in the snow", Hoist replied.

"Where are you? Is Jerry okay?"

"In the mountains and I have no idea. The snow is too deep to get to him!"

Suddenly, Hoist saw Hotshot flying toward him in his jet mode and Whirl flying with Wedge hanging onto her winch.

Once Hotshot landed, he immediately gave orders.

"Wedge, dig out the snow."

"On it", Wedge said as he got to work.

"Whirl, I need you to hook your winch onto the truck's bumper and pull it up."

"Got it", Whirl said as she hooked her winch onto the bumper.

"Hoist, I need you to guide Whirl when she moves the truck. When it's back on the ground, I'll need you to tow it."

"What will you do?", Hoist questioned his leader.

"I'll be getting Jerry out and seeing if he's injured. If the wind picks up, I'll dive him to the hospital", Hotshot concluded.

With that, the whole team got to work.

Medix nervously watched from the Rescue Cams, keeping his optics glued to the mountainside.

Starlight looked up at her mother with a confused and scared expression.

Medix looked down at her and immediately calmed down as he held her close to his spark, "It's okay sweetspark... Mommy's okay."

"I see him!", Hotshot shouted as he managed to free the truck driver.

Within mere minutes, Jerry was flown to the hospital and the truck was being towed back down the mountain. Wedge left with Hoist to help keep the snow clear, leaving Hotshot to block off roads leading to the mountain.

When all was said and done, Hotshot did a quick flyover of the island as his team made it safely back to the firehouse.

"Is he still out there?", Medix asked as he greeted his team in the garage.

"Yes. He wanted to do a quick check of the island before the blizzard hit", Whirl confirmed.

"Well hopefully he does it fast because the storm will make landfall in just a few minutes", Medix said worriedly.

"We told him that but he insisted on checking", Hoist sighed.

"He'll be fine- anyway where's Starlight?", Wedge asked.

Medix rolled his optics playfully at him, "She's in her crib taking her nap. You can take her out in five minutes."

Wedge quickly descended into the bunker with excitement.

The three remaining Rescue Bots all giggled in unison as the storm started worsening.

Medix stopped short when the wind picked up, "I'm comming him, this storm is too dangerous to-"

Suddenly, the garage door flung open and in came a pale Hotshot.

Medix spoke up as the door closed behind his mate, taking in his miserable state with worry, "Honey...?"

Without a word, Hotshot collapsed.

"HOTSHOT!"
