Me and Ashlie were heading the Washington DC to meet the guys up. We were roommates, and the others lived in Georgia. Me and Ashlie, on the other hand, lived in California.

The guys were already at Washington, considering they only had an hour flight.

We had a direct flight,

No, no, no. Sorry, 5 hours and 10 minutes long. Why did we choose a nonstop flight? I dont know. Nor do I want to know.

"Delay time from California to The District of Columbia is currently 30 minutes." A woman from the intercom spoke.

"Ugghh.." Ashlie groaned, leaning on me.

"I'll go ask why there's a delay." I say, standing up and walking over to the desk. "Excuse me, miss?" I ask the woman.

"Yes sir?" she replies. "What is causing the delay, at the moment?" I ask as nice as I could, which was hard,

Cause' I was pissed.

"They have hit bad turbulence and they did have to make a quick emergency stop in New Mexico, as you can see it is very gloomy outside, and it is actually storming in NM, so we don't know how long they're going to take, I'm sorry." She stated.

I nodded and smiled, "Thank you." I say, walking back to Ashlie. "They had to make an emergency stop in New Mexico, it's storming they so they can't take off." I say to her.

"Of course." She said.

ashlie- were delayed still in CA airport, its 30 mins rn and we have a 5h 10m flight, we dont know how long itll take until our plane even get sto our gate, considering its stuck in NM rn.

ashlie- no rain but its really cloudly, theres gotta be atleast 100 people waiting at this gate for our plane atm fucking stressful dude

Ashlie layed her head on Nick and closed her eyes. Nick sighed and brought her closer to him, he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

Ashlie and I boared the plane and sat down, stating to play on the computers infront of us.

"Hello every, this is flight 32B9, departure to The District of Columbia, please sit back, relax, and enjoyed your flight." a man said.

Ashlie kissed me on the lips and I kissed back, we let go and smiled,

delays aren't that bad.
