Ashlie's POV

I was driving home one night from the grocery store.

I got a call on my phone. It was from my husband Tommy. I answered

A- Ashlie T- Tommy

A- Yes, i'm driving.

T- Oh sorry, i was asking where you were

A- I was at the grocery store, I told you.

T- Okay I love you

A- I love you too.

I ended the call and put my phone in the passenger seat. I smiled thinking about my 2 kids and husband, I had the perfect life.

BOOM! CRASH!

Then, it all went black.

Beep. Beep. Beep.

I couldnt wake up. I was trapped.

I feld a weight on my hand. Someone was holding it. Two children were crying. Praying.

"D-Dear G-God, I pway d-dat my mommy w-will be ok!" I hear a young girl say.

"I do t-too.." An older boy says.

"Amen." They say at the same time.

"I CAN HEAR YOU!" I shout. They can't though. Just then, I couldnt talk to myself anymore. I think I was dead.

"beeeeeeep..." I hear.

"NO!"

"MOM?!"

"DADDY WHAT'S G-GOING ON?!" 

"Sir, we need you to leave.

"IM NOT LEAVING MY WIFE!"

"Sir."

"NO!"

I was dead.

I was really dead. 

My life was taken.

I was dead.

Tommy's POV.

"No.. No-nonono.." I put my head in my hands.

"Dadd-" 

"Please, Alicia.. Mommy.. She- she.. She's dead."  I say, picking my daughter up.

"No..." She says.

My son was crying.

There were doctors everywhere.

A man comes out and looks at me. "Sir.. im sorry." He says. I pull my kids in and see my beautiful wife.

Dead.

The doctors and nurses bowed their heads.

Blood was all over everything.

"Goodbye.." i whisper.

They say there is a reason,

They say that time will heal,

But neither time nor reason,

Will change the way I feel,

For no one knows the heart-ache,

That lies behind my smile,

No one knows how many times,

I have broken down and cried,

I want to tell you something,

So there won't be any doubt,

You're wonderful to think of,

But so hard to be without.
