So I forgot to say that instructions to do the form. So here are the introductions.

First , make a book with this tittle " my oc for my friend's book " and fill out your form there.

Next , the icon word in the form means that I need a pixel character. If you don't have one , go to bing and look up this " pixel boy characters " or " pixel girl characters " then pick or download the pic of your pixel character.

Then , do your form on the book you just made ( the oc for my friends book )

Last , go to the last page and tell me if your done.
