A Day after finishing shooting I NEED U M/V:
Thursday

-Trigger warning for the next few chapters-

RaeJae's POV:

Today it came as a surprise to all of us that we are to make an appearance at a local elementary school to spend some time with the kids. I can't speak for everyone but I'm quite excited.

It's nice to have a bit of change in our idol arrangements once in a while.

I look at Yoongi who is doing that little shy smile of his. The whole way here he hasn't stopped saying 'Kids are scary' or 'Kids scare me'.

In my mind he doesn't give himself enough credit. I mean, I've seen him with kids and he does fine. The only thing about it is the fact that I'm pretty sure kids always think he's a grandpa.

"WE'RE HERE!" Taehyung cheers, being the first to exit the vehicle.

"I really hope they like me," Namjoon cringes.

"They're Kids, of course they'll like you," I reassure him.

We make our way up the steps and through the main entrance. The principle of the school greets us, letting us know that this school is Pre-K through 3rd grade (A/N I go to school in America and this is the only way I know how grading works. Sorry for my international people!)

"What classes are we joining?" Taehyung asks curiously. He's been having trouble sitting still since he's so excited.

"First we'll visit our Pre-K friends, and then work our way up through out the day. We have until 3:30 so plenty of time," She smiles.

We then follow her into a Pre-K classroom where a bunch of little kids stare at us with wide eyes. 'Awes' immediately escape my mouth as I grab Jimin's arm due to the cuteness overload.

"Look at the boy in the dinosaur sweater, ahhh~" I squeal quietly, Jimin also falling victim to the children as he continuously says, "gwiyeowo [Cute]"

"Are you rapunzel?"

I look down to find a little boy smiling up at me. His hands are reaching for my hair, but just barely missing as it's not quite long enough to reach him.

"No, but I wish," I giggle, crouching down to be at his level.

"My name is Jisung," He introduces himself, his cuteness just about knocking me off my feet.

"I'm RaeJae," I reply back, his eyebrows suddenly furrowing.

"You said your name was Rain on TV!" He points his finger at me.

"Ah~ Rain is my stage name. My real name is RaeJae," I explain but he doesn't seem too amused, "It can be our secret,"

Immediately after the word secret his eyes light up, "Really?!"

"Of course," I nod, suddenly being engulfed in a hug by him.

I look around the room over his shoulder, seeing the rest of the boys already making new friends. I'm thankful that today we are able to help these children off camera instead of advertising it across South Korea. It feels more genuine this way.

"Wait here! I'll be right back, Noona!" He pulls away and takes off. I let out another 'awe' as I can't handle the fact that he called me 'noona' in his cute little voice.

"Rain-Ah!"

I turn to see Hoseok with a little girl hiding behind his leg.

"This is Minji and she really wanted me to ask if she could get a picture with you," Hoseok tells me.

"Oh really?" I reply, "Minji? Do you have something to take it with?"

She reluctantly peeks out from behind Hoseok's leg and shakes her head.

"That's okay. We can use me phone and I can maybe send it to your parents?" I look at Hoseok for approval and he nods.

Minji suddenly squeals with excitement, waddling over to me to sit on my lap. With my legs cross crossed, Minji and I take a few selfies and also have Hoseok take full pictures for us.

"Thank you, Unnie," the little girl grins widely, my heart now wanting to explode. She then runs off with Hoseok once again.

"RAEJAE- I mean," Jisung comes back shouting but switching over to whispers, "RaeJae. Hyung wants you,"

"Hyung? Which Hyung?" I raise my eyebrows at the boy but he holds grabs my left hand in response. I follow him to Yoongi who literally has four kids crawling all over him on the ground.

"Help me!" Yoongi gasps in between laughs. At least he's enjoying himself.

"Are you guys having fun?" I ask the four on top of Yoongi.

"YEAH!" The cheer, one girl jumping and landing somewhere that should never be jumped on.

"AIIIISHFFFU-" I lung onto the ground for the sole purpose of covering Yoongi's mouth before he can scream a swear word.

That's the last thing we need. A bunch of kids going home to ask their parents what a swear word means because they heard a member of BTS say it.

"She hit his private part!" A little boy exclaims, I now having a hard time holding my laughter back.

"What's happening over here?" Jungkook voice comes from behind me.

"I couldn't tell you," I giggle, removing my hand from Yoongi's mouth who is now curled up into a ball.

"Jisoo hit that hyungs private parts," the same little boy says, Jungkook's face twisting to keep himself from dying of laughter.

"Is that so?" He chokes out, covering his own mouth.

"Noona?" I feel a tug at my shirt.

"Yeah?" I look down at Jisung to see his legs crossed over each other.

"Can you take me to the bathroom?" He asks.

"Of course," I nod, picking him up and propping him on my hip, "wanna point me in the right direction?"

Jisung takes me down a hallway until we reach  a right turn. A small mural of fish line one of the walls until we finally come across a boy and girl sign.

"Do you need me to come inside with you," I gently place him on his feet.

"No! I can handle it," He gives me a thumbs up and disappears.

I wait a few seconds, feeling as if someone is watching me. My head turns to the side when someone, almost as if on cue, bumps into me. They mumbles a short sorry, but continue on their way towards the direction I came from.

I study them, recognizing their make frame in some strange way. Why are they wearing all black in an elementary school along with a hoodie that covers their face...

Wait...

"Excuse me?" I Call after him, watching in horror as he turns the corner something in his hand is revealed.

A gun.

-in the following chapters a school shooting takes place. I want to place a warning out to those who are sensitive to those types of topics, and I hope that this does not come off as offensive to anyone. I hope that in the future awareness can be shared about gun and security policies within schools, businesses, and other types of establishments across the globe to stop violence. This is not written to romanticize shootings in any type of way.
