"Okay guys," Annabeth addressed the crowd before them. "Here's the plan: we're going to split up into 24ish groups and fight different villains."

"Annabeth and I have been making a list of all the villains Ladybug and Chat Noir have ever faced using Ladybug's diary." Percy explained. "The goal of this is to capture all of the akumas, the black butterfly in the object that they're holding, so Ladybug can purify them all at once."

"Or we can purify them ourselves!" Sadie Kane yelled.

"How?" Annabeth asked loudly, gaining the attention of the superheroes in the back corner of the school courtyard.

"We set them on fire!"

"Sadie," Carter Kane said in a kind voice. "I don't think that will work."

"It will!" Sadie yelled.

"She's right!" Volpina said, standing up and crossing her arms. "She was the first person I saw after she came out of that sand portal. An akuma was flying towards me, and Sadie set it on fire."

"Also, a couple minutes after Volpina, Jade Turtle, and Queen Bee left to go find villains to fight, I saw two other akumas and set them on fire too! Fire works!"

The room went silent as Ladybug and Chat Noir walked to the front of the room, next to Percy and Annabeth.

"We already captured the akumas of Sabrina, Kim, and Juleka." Ladybug announced, motioning to the three teens sitting on the stairs. Then, Ladybug turned to Sadie. "If this really works-"

"Which it does." Sadie interrupted.

"Then what do you suggest we do? To make my job and everyone else's easier."

"Because let's face it," Chat Noir said. "If we could be in ten places at once, we would. But that just isn't possible."

"Well," Sadie thought for a moment. "I suggest we gather everyone who can use fire as a weapon and put at least one of them in a group. That way, it's evenly spread and you can focus on finding who's doing this to all these innocent people."

"So who here can use fire?" Chat Noir asked. The entire Hephaestus cabin (with the exception of Calypso), Zia Rashid, Sadie, Magnus Chase, Juleka, Kim, Sabrina, and Sorcerer raised their hands.

"That's only twelve people." Annabeth muttered.

"Leo, where's the rest of your cabin!?" Percy yelled.

"School!" Leo Valdez asked.

"And the Hecate cabin?"

"Also at school! I brought all of the full-time campers from both Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter, which let me tell you, is not a lot of people."

"I think we can possibly help!" Jason Grace yelled. Everyone turned to see Jason and his older sister, Thalia, standing side by side. "We've been talking. We both have control over lightning. I know it's not the same thing as fire, but it's electricity. Do you think it could work the same as fire?"

"Maybe..." Annabeth trailed.

Percy turned to Kim, Juleka, and Sabrina. "How can you guys use fire?"

"When I was little," Kim explained. "I used spray on deodorant and a lighter to set fire to my army guys. Homemade flame thrower."

"My dad has two lighters at home!" Juleka yelled. "He also gave me one in case I had to fight back."

"And my dad only uses spray on deodorant. We have about three unopened cans at home!" Sabrina yelled.

"We can use them to help fight back!"

"Leo, you're an exert on fire. Does that work?" Percy asked.

Leo nodded. "We do that all the time while metal working. A lot less dangerous than asking Festus to do it."

"But you can literally manipulate fire!" Annabeth reasoned.

"It only stays connected to my body unless I throw it." Leo explained. "It takes a lot of energy."

"Okay..." Annabeth trailed again. "Superheroes, cabin leaders that are here, Hazel, Reyna, Frank, Calypso, Jason, Thalia, Sadie, Carter, Walt, Zia, Magnus, Alex, Sam, Nico, Grover, Tyson, Rachel, and Coach Hedge, head up to the classroom directly above us. Percy and I will follow. We need to talk strategy. Everyone else, just talk down here."

Everyone walked up the stairs and sat down at the empty desks in Miss Bustier's classroom. When everyone was seated, Percy said, "Okay, this classroom is safe. Chat Noir, Ladybug, Volpina, Jade Turtle, Queen Bee, if you would please drop your transformations, then we can talk."

"Are you sure that's a good idea?" Volpina asked.

"You can trust everyone in this room." Annabeth said calmly. "Besides, we're talking about how we're going to divide everyone. It'll help if we know who you three are under the mask so we can't send anyone after your akumatized forms since they won't be out there."

"If it helps, we'll drop first." Ladybug said. "Tikki, spots off."

Pink light filled the room as Ladybug disappeared and Marinette Dupain-Cheng was in her place. Floating next to Marinette was Tikki, the ladybug kwami. "Um, hey guys."

"WHAT!?" Volpina yelled. "ALL THIS TIME, MY IDOL HAS BEEN MY BEST FRIEND? Trixx, ears down."

Quickly, Volpina detransformed to reveal Alya with Trixx floating nearby.

"A-A-Alya?" Marinette stuttered, surprised.

"Hey girl..."

Marinette and Alya got up from their spots and ran to hug each other.

"I'm sorry if I made your job harder by following you around." Alya whispered.

"It's fine." Tears fell from Marinette's eyes and onto Alya's shirt. "I'm just happy that your safe. I haven't seen you since the attacks started, and I was so worried!"

"Same here." Now Alya was crying.

"Did not expect that to happen..." Percy trailed.

"Guess we can cross off Lady WiFi..." Annabeth turned to the chalkboard and crossed off Lady WiFi.

"Well, I guess I better detransform..." Chat Noir said, scratching behind his head. "Plagg, claws in."

Green light filled the room as Adrien Agreste took Chat Noir's place.

"Welcome back Adrien." Piper said sarcastically from the back of the room.

"BTW Piper, I've been meaning to talk to you about something." Adrien said, walking up to where Piper and Jason were sitting and leaned up against the desk.

"Time out!" Jason said, making a T sign. "This is your childhood friend from Paris!?"

"Yes I am. Adrien Agreste, pleased to meet you." Adrien turned his attention back to Piper. "Here's my question: why did you have me translate those cartoons when we were little when you can speak French!?"

"My powers grew more powerful and became present as I grew up. When were were five, I didn't even have powers back then."

"Okay then..." Marinette said, trailing. "Wanna get back down here Kitty?"

"Coming!" Adrien walked back down to Marinette and put his arm around her.

"Girl, do you realize what he's doing?" Alya asked.

"Yeah. I'm aware."

"You don't care right now, do you?"

"Not in the slightest. We have other things to worry about right now."

"Well, guess I should go." Jade Turtle said, sighing. "Wayzz, shell off."

Dark green light faded to reveal Nino in Jade Turtle's place.

"Hey Nino!" Adrien greeted, giving his best friend a thumbs up. "Welcome to Team Miraculous."

"Um, glad you're okay too dude." Nino said sarcastically, then started laughing. "Just kidding! Happy to be on the team!"

"Well, guess I should go." Queen Bee said, hesitating. "Lula, stripes off."

Yellow light quickly disappeared as Chloé took Queen Bee's place.

"You're that girl we tried to save!" Piper yelled.

Marinette shoved Adrien's arm off of her as she slowly walked towards Chloé.

As she approached, Chloé put her head down.

The two didn't say a word until Marinette lifted Chloé's head up. "I'm willing to get past our differences if you are."

"Forgive me for all the mean things I've said slash done to you?"

"Of course. Forgiveness is one of the things I've learned as a superhero. Something I've been hoping to practice." Marinette held out her hand. "Friends? Or at least colleges?"

Chloé accepted the hand. "Friends."

"Um, sorry to interrupt," Annabeth said, not sounding sorry. "But Chloé, Marinette didn't write what the name of your akumatized form is. What's your name?"

"Antibug." Chloé said. "Basically, my powers are the opposite of Ladybug's."

"Okay." Percy wrote it on the board and crossed it off. Then crossed off Bubbler, Reflekta, Santa, Antibug, Dark Cupid, and Vanisher. "Every name that is not crossed out is who's remaining. How should we divide everyone."

"Pixie and I will go after Evilillustrator. I should be the first face he sees when he gets out of it." Sorcerer said.

"Why?"

"I'm his cousin from America. Name's Jack."

"Well, nice to meet you Jack. Any complaints?" Nobody answered. "Okay. Pixie, Sorcerer, you two are going after Evilillustrator."

"What about fake Volpina?" Annabeth asked. "Doesn't she deal with illusions?"

"If she deals with illusions," Hazel said, raising her hand. "Why don't you send someone who can also make illusions?"

"The Hecate cabin isn't here!" Thalia mumbled.

"I heard that!" Hazel almost yelled. "And in case you all who know me forgot, I'm not only the daughter of Pluto, but just like my mother before we died, I'm a follower of Hecate. I deal with illusions all the time!"

"Right, right." Percy wrote Hazel's name under Volpina's. "We need someone who can make fire to go with her."

"I didn't raise my hand, but I may be able to create the illusion of fire. It might not be the same thing, but if it's strong enough, it may burn that akuma."

"Good thinking Hazel." Responded Annabeth. "But we still need someone to go with her."

"I'll go!" Frank and Alya said at the same time.

"Can we send all three after fake Volpina?" Marinette asked.

"I can be the fire backup." Frank suggested. "I can turn into a dragon and last I checked, dragons can spew fire. So if Hazel's illusion won't work, I can be there as a backup."

"And I should go so it can be foxo est foxo. Fox against Fox." Alya reasoned.

"I think we can send all three. Hazel, Alya, Frank, you three are on fake Volpina."

All three silently nodded.

"What about Horrificator?" Nino asked. "We need someone who can't get scared easily."

The five French superheroes thought silently before saying "Juleka."

"But we need someone else to go with her." Marinette said after Percy wrote Juleka's name under Horrificator.

"Duh. Send me!" Nico almost yelled. Everyone turned and looked at Nico, surprised. "Guys, think about it. I'm the son of Hades, the most feared god in Greek mythology. If anyone isn't gonna get scared by a monster, it's me."

"He does make a good point..." Jason said, weighing the pros and cons in his head.

"Okay, we'll send Nico and Juleka to fight Horrificator." Percy said, writing Nico's name under Horrificator.

"Mr. Pigeon?" Percy asked.

"We need someone who can avoid hordes of birds." Adrien said, shivering. "And preferably someone who doesn't have allergies to feathers like I do."

"Send me and Sadie." Carter said, standing up. "What better way to fight birds than to fight as birds."

To prove his point, Carter stood up, turned into a flacon, then turned back into a human.

"I can do that to." Sadie said. "Ask Alya. She saw me."

"It's legit." Alya confirmed.

"Okay. Sadie, Carter, you two are on Mr. Pigeon." Annabeth said as Percy wrote their names under Mr. Pigeon.

"What about Timebreaker?" Chloé asked.

"Well, someone really fast should go after her since anyone she touches vanishes..." Percy trailed.

"I'll go. I can cover the fire." Thalia said. "Or at least, if lightning will work."

"We should send Kim just in case." Marinette said. "Besides, Alix and Kim are officially unofficially dating. Kim could help calm Alix down."

"And I'll go too." Reyna said. "I have the Aegis. My cloak should protect me from harm. It certainly did during my fight with Orion."

"Okay. Reyna, Thalia, and Kim are on Timebreaker. Any complaints?" Annabeth asked.

No one answered as Percy wrote down their names.

"Simon Says?" Alya asked.

"Well, we need someone who can resist manipulation..." Adrien trailed.

"As much as I hate to say this," Piper sighed. "Send me, Drew, and someone else. Me and Drew and charmspeak, which is a form of manipulation, and we're immune to each others."

"Or maybe we don't have to..." Annabeth thought out loud.

"Annie, what's going on in that brilliant mind of yours?" Percy asked.

"Piper, this is gonna be a really stupid question, but does Drew have any hairspray on her?"

"Have you met Drew?" Piper asked.

"Okay, good point. All you two need is a lighter."

"Don't you need deodorant?" Nino asked.

"It's actually a good plan." Chloé said. "Hairspray and spray on deodorant have some of the same chemicals, so in theory, they should work the same way."

"When did you get so smart?" Nino asked.

"Shut up."

"Chloé's right. That's what I was thinking. Piper, you think it could work?"

"It'll take a lot of convincing on my part, but yes. I think it could work."

"Okay. So it's decided?" Percy asked as everyone nodded. He wrote their names under Simon Says.

"Stormy Weather?"

"I'll go." Magnus volunteered. "I can survive extreme cold and extreme heat."

"And I'll go with him." Alex volunteered. "I can shapeshift like Frank. Granted, I've never tried to do a dragon, but there's a first time for everything."

"Okay." Percy wrote down their names.

"Here's one I'm worried about: Pharaoh." Adrien pointed to the board. "With his Egyptian magic, who knows how much havoc he could bring?"

"Send me and Walt." Zia spoke up. "I have some fire magic from Ra, so that should help a little, at least for the akuma part."

"And the only reason I'm alive is because I have Anubis living inside of me. If I'm there, it take away his power with Anubis." Walt said, thinking out loud.

"Okay." Percy wrote their names on the board.

"What about my Copy Cat?" Adrien asked.

"Wait, what?" Alya asked.

"My Copy Cat."

"Are you saying that you weren't the one who stole the Mona Lisa from the Louvre?"

"That was my Copy Cat!"

"I'll go after him." Clarisse la Rue said, making herself known. "But here's an idea: in case we see pretty boy and his look alike in the same place, we should put something on pretty boy so we know which is which."

"Good point Clarisse." Annabeth said, taking off her camp necklace and handed it to Adrien. "Put this on when you transform. Everyone knows what my necklace looks like, so it should help identify you as a good guy."

"Okay. And Annabeth, don't worry. I'll protect this necklace with my life, metaphorically speaking." Adrien said, smiling.

"Wouldn't have it any other way."

"I'll go with Clarisse." Jason said. "I can keep her under control if she gets too crazy."

"Okay, and you both have something that can be use as fire/electricity, right?" Percy asked.

"Yup."

"And I have my spear. BTW Prissy, I'm still angry that you broke my first spear."

"Clarisse, that was six years ago when we were twelve. Be like Elsa and let it go." Percy complained as he wrote their names on the board.

"What about Puppeteer? Do you still have the dolls?" Marinette asked.

"Right here." Annabeth got out all five dolls from her backpack. "I've been thinking, maybe we should split them up, that way, if Manon finds one, she won't find them all."

"Good idea." Marinette said. "We should give them with people who can protect them the best."

"I'll protect one." Will Solace said. "Besides, Calypso and I have been talking..."

"We're gonna set up an aerial infirmary on the Argo II." Calypso explained. "I know what herbs can be used as medicine, and Will's the best healer in both camps combined. We're not fighters, but unless Puppeteer can fly, we can hide one on the Argo II."

"Don't be surprised, but she can. Still willing to hide one?"

"Yeah. We'll take the one of you."

Annabeth fished out the Ladybug doll and tossed it to Calypso.

"I'll take the one of me, I mean Lady WiFi." Alya said. "The last place she would expect a doll to be is with the person the doll is of, right?"

"Good point." Annabeth tossed the Lady WiFi doll to Alya.

"I'll take the blue one Annabeth." Percy said. "I don't think Manon can swim all that well, and I think I'll be able to hide it in a box in the river under the dirt."

"Of course you want the blue one." Annabeth remarked, handing the one of Rodgercop to Percy.

"What about Chat Noir and Evilillustrator?"

"I'll take the cat!" Pixie Girl yelled as Annabeth tossed the Chat Noir doll to her. Pixie Girl immediately shrunk the toy and stuffed it into the green gem on the top part of her costume. "She'll never know that it's here."

Everyone laughed as Sorcerer banged his head on the desk.

Meanwhile...

"Nooroo, dark wings down." Hawk Moth said as he collapsed down on the ground. Finally, he finished turning everyone he could into their akumatized forms, finishing with Zeus, his latest and most powerful akuma.

"Master," Nooroo asked. "Are you alright?"

"Nooroo, I'm fine." Hawk Moth said as he took off his miraculous and opened it up, looking at the picture inside. "Oh Tara, I miss you so much."

"And I'm sure she misses you as well." Called an unknown voice. Hawk Moth and Nooroo turned around and saw Fu, standing with his cane by the entrance.

"What are you doing here old man?" Hawk Moth asked, angered.

"Stopping you. What does it look like?"

"Well, what are you waiting for? Why aren't you transforming?"

"I gave someone else my miraculous."

"Why?"

"Because I've been alive for 186 years. My time has come. I know that this day, right now, is my final stand."

"So you aren't going to fight back?"

"Oh, I'm going to fight back, just not in the way you imagine."

Under his crisp white jacket, Hawk Moth pulled out a knife. "You've just made my job so much easier."

"What do you think you're going to do with that?" Fu asked, knowing what Hawk Moth was planning.

"Kill you unless you anwser my question: where's Tara?" Hawk Moth growled.

"Tara didn't want me to tell you."

"I'm going to give you one more chance. Where. Is. Tara!?"

"I don't know. But what I do know is that even if you figure out how to use Chat Noir and Ladybug's miraculouses, it won't work. The only one person has what you seek, and he lives in your beloved's home town of Amity Park, but I-"

"Shut. Up."

"Master, please don't-" Nooroo begged.

"Nooroo, shut up. Be quiet and be a good little Kwami." Hawk Moth said.

Nooroo, with a broken heart, turned away as his master plunged the knife into Fu's heart.

With his dying breath, Fu wheezed, "You know... It might... Serve you better... If you were... A better father... To your son... Gabriel Agreste."

Yes, I know, a filler chapter. Also, I'm already thinking about making a sequel to this story and I'm not even done with it. I'm sorry that these are taking so long to come out, but this chapter is a little over 3,000 words, so that's why it took so long. Anyway, I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter, even though a character died.
