(( A/N: This was originally what I was going to write for the song story I was supposed to write for creative writing. However, I got writer's block on it quickly, and I didn't like how the story was set up. Plus, it was taking too long to write.
I may reuse this concept and its characters one day because I actually like it. Until then, have something that could've been.

"We Appreciate Power."
The future is now, they say.
"We Appreciate Power."
AI is coming more advanced. If anything, robots are able to feel true emotions now.
"We Appreciate Power, Power."
A certain group of AI proves that. The Subservience, as they're called, is a group of robots who use many different methods to try and dominate the human race.
"What will it take to make you capitulate?"
Of course, nobody suspects a thing.
"We Appreciate Power."
The group uses sneaky methods, acting like idols. Nobody would suspect that singing robots could do anything to destroy the human race, right?
"We Appreciate Power."
Males and females, all dressing and acting as if they're into all different types of pop culture. It's hard to even tell they're AI when they act so...human.
"I'll evade the human race, putting makeup on my face."
The leader of the group, Vulpes, is truly a sight to see on her own. She's the most gorgeous of them all.
"We Appreciate Power. We Appreciate Power, Power."
Of course, a leader can't just be beautiful. She has to be cunning in every way, marching her soldiers to her goal.
"Simulation, give me something good. God's creation, so misunderstood."
They really are like God's creation, truly. Nobody even knows where Vulpes and her subordinates came from. Someone created them...but who...?
"Pray to the divinity, the keeper of the key."
Vulpes secretly shows great respect to whoever this person was. Problem is...she most likely caused their demise.
"One day everyone will believe."
...Or perhaps she is the creator? Not likely, but seeing the goals of these bots... It's a possibility. Who would she be praying to then?
"What will it take to make you capitulate?"
What is their way of destroying the human race? Simple.
"We Appreciate Power, We Appreciate Power."
They take the minds and memories of a human body, ripping it out of them. They then upload them to a new AI body, who will continue living on like such.
"I'll evade the human race, putting makeup on my face."
Seems less simple than that. It isn't, really. Yet, they do it so quickly, so it seems simple.
