What I do when I meet my favourite character in person

"My real name is Columbina, one of the eleven Fatui Harbingers," 'Amelia', who's real name is actually 'Columbina', said with a sigh.

"Wait...Columbina..? I repeated the name in a bit of confusion at first before realizing. I then slowly took out my camera-phone, showing a big smile on my face.

['Don't tell me you're gonna...' Kathlyne said.

"Yes, I'm gonna do a possible selfie with her,' I said back as a reply.]

(I'm now using '['/']' when I speak with Kathlyne in my mind so that people won't get too confused. It's so that it shows that the two of us will speak to each other in our minds, not with our physical mouth.)

"What is that...'item' of yours..?" Columbina asked, raising an eyebrow.

"This," I began, raising the phone a bit higher. "Is what you call a 'phone'. You can take pictures with this and records things called 'videos'. You can also access to many things, including speaking to other people from far away using a special technique called 'texting' or 'calling'. It's like a Kamera but with more features and stuff."

"A phone...I've never seen a device like that before..." she said, glaring at the phone like she was examining it a bit.

['Of course, a phone had never existed in the first place. Not even chocolate chip cookies...' Kathlyne said with a sigh.

'Wait, they don't have choco-chippies?? That sucks...' I said with a sad and disappointed tone.]

"And...if you don't mind me asking...why exactly do you want to use it now?" Columbina asked, her tone sounding confused (as it should).

"To take a picture with you," I replied, smiling. "It's quite rare for me to meet a Fatui Harbinger when it comes to a normal person like me, and I'm quite honoured to even meet one in the first place! So please, could I take a picture with you??"

['Just don't start whining like a baby when she says no...' Kathlyne said.

'Shut up, it's my turn to be free from having so-called 'babysitters',' I said back, even though I haven't gotten a babysitter in my entire life before.]

"How can I trust a stranger like you? Maybe you would show the picture to your friends and tell them that the person is a Fatui Harbinger, resulting to wanted posters all around the harbor," she guessed, being all suspicious about me.

'It's not like any of my friends are even around Liyue...those people are fictional anyways, leaving me with them alone...' I thought to myself, shrugging in reality, before paying more attention to Columbina herself. "Yes, that may be true, but you're a Fatui Harbinger, right? How am I gonna underestimate a Fatui Harbinger? Maybe I'll let you hunt me down if I do, I'll take that reponsibility even when it's risky. You are the 3rd Fatui Harbinger, anyways, so I know you have big responsibility to eliminate me anytime as target," I said, facing away from her. She went silent for a few moments, only to gasp softly in realization.

"How did you know-"

"Simple," I cut off. "I knew a bit about you from the start." Though I didn't actually watched the harbinger video, I've seen multiple videos about each harbinger, especially Columbina. So sure, I did know a bit about her in the first place. "It's more on the 'someone-told-me', too," I added, making a smile on my face even though she couldn't really see it. It seemed like she was intrigued when I said that someone told me, resulting in her grabbing my shoulder, if that's the correct word to describe it.

"Who told you? Where is that person?" She asked, her tone starting to become real serious.

"If I were to tell you and where that person is, you may not believe me," I 'warned' her in reply. "Besides, you wouldn't find them anyways, since they're far away in another world in the first place..."

I heard a deep sigh from her, making me turn back to face her. Her face looked serious now, with some small sprinkles of confusion. Yes, the informations that I have and supposed to say is very much confusing already, since where I am now is where wifi doesn't exist in the first place and that there's no mobile nor computer devices anywhere yet. I felt quite bad for them to not even have cars and phones with texting apps accessed to everyone that has the device. But then again...they have survived for so long without them, so I guess those devices and all are just mere evolutions in life for them. Makes sense, anyways.

"You confuse me a bit at times," she said, staring at me. "Are you simply doing so to let you get away without sharing any true information, or are the informations just simply confusing to understand..?"

"For that question, it depends on the person," I replied. "For example, if anyone is from this world, they would simply don't understand due to most things not actually existing here in the first place. For the others, like those from my world, though, could have a much higher chance on understanding, since they could've known from news in most famous locations in their country. Some existing items that they, or 'we', have is most likely non-existant in this world, seeing that most worlds have different ways of evolution and different time of so." I then paused for awhile before saying something else. "How funny, that I'm saying all of this to a Fatui Harbinger I'm not supposed to trust, rather than those I can in this world. Maybe you could say that I have a spot of friendship in my heart always for an enemy to stay there, and if not forever, just simply temporary."

'What am I saying anyways...' I then thought to myself. 'I'm not wise nor smart enough to know how much is going on in my world that's so different from this one...why am I speaking to a freeking Fatui Harbinger like I am like that?? Put it together, brain, don't even try to act like that wise man...'

I shook off that thought for awhile, paying a bit more attention to Columbina. "Now can we take a picture together? We can have the same picture each, if you want," I then said, crossing my arms. To be honest, picture or not picture, I wanted to do something to entertain myself, since, well, if 5 minutes passed without me doing anything, I may go bonkers to do something that can make me happy at least.

"You sure you're not going to show any of the Millelith the pictures..?" She asked to make sure.

"Of course, lah, I've already told you I'm not going to tell anyone that could possibly tell the Millelith," I replied, a small smile forming on my face. I then positioned my phone (which I held onto the entire time) in front of the both of us, like positioning for a selfie. "And yes, this position is needed," I then said before she could even ask.

I positioned it a bit more so that the screen could only capture mostly the two of us, with some background stuff exceptional. I then looked at Columbina, a small expression of confusion shown on her face. "Come on, maybe show a big smile for the picture? Being all confused doesn't really look good for selfies," I told her, my smile becoming a bit-bit larger. She sighed a bit, starting to show a small smile before facing to the screen.

"That should do it," I then said, positioning the phone for the last time. I pressed the touch-screen button, and...

-click-

"Done!" I said, raising down the phone a bit to see the picture we took. It was perfect for me, but I wasn't quite sure for Columbina...

The phone then scanned the picture, allowing it to get printed. It scanned that there were two people in the picture, so it created two duplicates. I wiggled the two of them a bit to make the picture a bit clearer before giving one to Columbina.

"Is it...okay?" I asked her, my talking starting to become like I was getting shy to speak. She was silent for a few moments, examining the picture we took, before finallt speaking, her face showing a small smile.

"It's good," she simply replied. "Really good, to be exact."

I sighed in relief, feeling quite happy that she actually liked it. "Really good, you say..." I said, leaning a bit closer to her. "Well I'm glad you like it. Maybe when we meet again, we will do this again. And maybe in the next time, with your other Fatui Harbinger friends. And more safely, in a place where no one else is around..."

I then attempted to look at where her eyes were, being blocked by some kind of cloth so that no one could see her eyes. I knew that I wouldn't see her eyes, but I had the feeling to look at least once.

It happened again.

A sudden headache appeared out of nowhere, making me look away from Columbina and wincing in pain. "Not again, not again..." I mumbled to myself as I tried to hold on. It made me nauseous a bit...it felt like I couldn't hold on for longer. My head became more wobbly in a concerning way, making me more dizzy and more nauseous. I felt like vomiting, even fainting...

My body felt like dropping beside me, where Columbina was standing. I wanted to not do it, because it would be a bit embarrassing, but really, did I even have a choice? Yes, my nausea may get a bit worse if I keep standing, but at that time, dropping so sudden could make a crowd, and I didn't want so much hassle just because I fainted so suddenly.

"I think...I'm gonna...drop..." I mumbled to myself as I tried to hold on a bit more. "But there's...gonna have...so much...hassle...around here..."

At that moment, I saw Columbina quickly facing to me in a shock face. Maybe she heard my mumbling, but at that time, I couldn't even think. I really felt like dropping...so with that big feeling, I just did it anyways. It felt so hard to hold on, that...I just had to let it affect me. For some darn reason, though, miss 3rd Fatui girl was able to catch me from falling onto the ground.

"Are you okay? What happened?" She asked, her tone a bit worried. Wait...worried? Me hearing her tone in a worried way made me a bit confused, even wondering if I heard it right. Luckily, the nausea decided to spare me for now, leaving me as I tried to stand up again. After a few moments, when I completely stood up straight again, the nausea went away, the headache gone, and the feeling of dropping vanished.

I was able to think again without any problems, making me sigh in big relief. "I think I'm fine now, yeah..." I replied to Columbina's past question, shaking my head a bit to clear off any other feelings.

'Geez, that came out so sudden again...' I thought to myself, before focusing on the real world again, facing to Columbina. "What you said before, though...were you worried about me just now?" I asked her, my tone shifting to surprise and teasingly.

"H-Huh? Of course I didn't! I was just...asking, that's all!" She replied, her face blushing a bit.

"Oh, come on, Columbina, just admit! It's not like anyone else know that you're, well, that kind!" I said back, crossing my arms.

She became a bit hesitant to speak further, before deciding to speak once more, this time, her face becoming a bit more pinkish-red. "F-Fine...but don't tell anyone that I did so to a random stranger like you..!" She finally admitted.

"Alright, I won't," I said, smiling at her. I then faced to the Golden House, staring at the door. "About that place, by the way..." I began. "What do you think is inside of there? I haven't been inside it yet, and I'm quite curious about it."

She looked at the direction where I was looking, now understanding what I meant. "Depending on the time right now, someone should be inside of that place..." she said, before facing to me again. "Wait...are you seriously ignoring what happened literally just now?"

"Meh, it's normal to me. Pain or weird, concerning feeling goes away, you forget about it almost immediately," I said, still facing at the Golden House while crossing my arms.

"You really are weird..." she said back to me before facing back at the building, approaching to it. I followed along, going up the stairs and then the door right at both of our faces. At that time, very few people were around already, and all were quite far from the entrance to the 'house'.

"You go first. Please," I said, backing up a bit, and I mean a bit.

"If you say so, you scaredy-cat," she said back before opening the large door.

It was...I guess, unsurprisingly empty.

Columbina slowly went inside and onwards as I followed along. I closed the door of the place just in case and moved on. The place was...spacious. Empty. Silent. Everything that a usual empty and silent room has.

"Weird...I thought he would be around here somewhere..." she mumbled to herself, probably not caring if I could hear it.

Suddenly, a guy dropped from the ceiling, his water-looking blade charging at her. Luckily, she was able to dodge it swiftly and fashionably. They both glared at what seemed to be each other's eyes, leaving a seemingly awkward silence when really it wasnt awkward in a way.

"I thought you were simply late," Columbina finally spoke after a few moments of silence.

"Hah, really? I would never be late to such a meeting like this," the person said back, putting his water-looking blade away. Looking at the both of them continuesly in surprise and confusion, I decided to speak up.

"Excuse me, mister and miss, but what the hec just happened?"

(Extra)

Kathlyne: "That moment when you felt nauseous again...first of all, I didn't cause it, and second of all, I have never experienced it before in my entirety of my life so far."

Me: "Right? I was really confused about it...wait, what if it was happening directly to me, even though I'm in your body?"

Kathlyne: "Hmm...you might be catching onto something..."

Me: "Maybe...but it's quite weird how I just got this feeling when I'm inside of this world..."

Kathlyne: "I don't know why, but I thinking about something...maybe you're getting that feeling because you're inside of this world..."

Me: "Wait...that could be the reason..!"

(I hate inactivity occuring so suddenly-)
