'Three weeks. I've been doing this for three weeks.' You said in your mind. You sat in a corner table at a Starbucks coffee shop. You and the worker were the only ones in the building.

The worker kept eyeing you with her dark brown eyes, over her multi-colored classes.

You took another sip of your third peppermint mocha. Even caffeine couldn't get your spirits up. You didn't even notice when the worker sat down on the other side of the table.

"Hey there. You look a bit down there hun." The worker said, brushing her shaggy short brown hair out of her face and tucking it behind her ear. She wore an old purple hoodie and blue jeans under her green Starbucks apron. The many Derpy Hooves dog tags around her neck jingled as she moved.

You were still to lost in thought to reply. She cleared her throat obnoxiously.

"Wha- oh hi." You said, feeling more than a little embarrassed that you hadn't noticed her presence until now.

"So what's got ya down?" She asked you, readjusting her colorful glasses.

"Nothing..." You mumbled. She snorted a little.

"Something's got you down hun, you can't hide it."

"Why should I tell a strange Starbucks worker what's going on in my life?" You snapped, then looked down at your half-finished drink.

"I'm not just a Starbucks worker. I'm a photographer, videographer, YouTuber, and have taken Psychology for over 5 years now. Now tell me what's going on." The short-haired girl stated firmly.

You sighed. "It's a guy thing..."

"I see. What type of guy thing?"

"I fell in love with a YouTuber, found out he was my neighbor, told him how I felt, and now he posted a video saying he has a girlfriend."

"Ohhh. I gotcha. Sounds like most girls on the web when it comes to Markiplier. My friend went crazy when I told her I was dating him."

"WHAT?!" You screamed. She merely laughed in response.

What? Could Lauryn be Mark's new girlfriend? Hmmm... Do you really think I'd be that cruel to you? XD Not everything is how it seems, especially in my writing.

I hope you don't mind that I (Lauryn) am in this story, I really play hardly any role in here, I just wanted a cameo. Anyhoo, I'd like to thank very much for reading, and I'll see you in the next chapter... See ya!
