This is a New Mexico history of food
There is a lot of Mexican food in New Mexico but we have our own space to it like we grow a lot of red and green chili here.
We have different tastes and you are different things to food we have our own stories in touch and screws here and we make food yet just Brashear like biscuit Chito's that's New Mexico state cookie.

We had our own food here before we became a state and before we were territory of Mexico but when we became a territory from Mexico we got a lot of their food in ingredients like that we have our own spin on it we have a chili chasing contest that one of my relatives helps decide who wins the contest.
