Narrator pov
Two young girls were looking around their new home. One had pitch black hair, with purple highlights, and midnight blue eyes. The other had red and black hair and green eyes. They were put in charge of a citadel.

The eldest girl was the one with blue eyes. She was calm, collected, bright, witty, and kind. Her name was Chieko or wisdom. The green eyed one was younger. Her name was Maemi. She was temperamental, stubborn, forceful but had a kind side to her.

The two girls got ready to have their first sword come. Then it happened. They had a sword arrive. He had dark brown hair and red eyes. Both girls smiled. Maemi went over and spoke.
"Hi. You must be Kashuu Kiyomitsu. I'm Maemi and this is Chieko. We are your new masters." The sword bowed.
"It is an honor to meet you both." Chieko spoke.
"Let's go around and see what we can do."

They went around and looked everywhere. This was only the beginning of the citadel.

Few years later
Cheiko pov
I leaned back and sighed as I finished work. Then I noticed my sister missing. Damn it. Not again. I stood up and went out to find her.

Gokotai came running up.
"Master. What are you doing out?" I knelt down and petted his head.
"I'm looking for my sister. Do you know where she went?"
"No. I haven't seen her today."
"Thank you Gokotai." He nodded and took off. I went around but couldn't find her. I swear if she ran off I'm gonna kill her.

I found Yagen going over some medicine recipes. I smiled and snuck up behind him. He noticed however and grabbed my wrist pulling me down on the ground.
"Really my lady?" I smiled and laughed.
"I hate that you can do that."
"It would be more of a problem if I wasn't able to sense someone sneaking up on me." I chuckled.
"Indeed. Have you by chance seen my sister? She's neglecting her duties again."
"I saw her earlier wandering around. I think she went in the direction of the fields." I sighed and stood up.
"Thank you Yagen." He nodded and I left.

I found my sister there at the fields.
"Maemi Saito!" She flinched and turned to me.
"Oh. Hey sis." I glared at her sharply.
"Don't you hey me. Go get work done."
"Aw. But......"
"Hasebe."
"Yes master?"
"Make sure Maemi does her work. You will not argue sister. Get to work."
"Fine." I sighed and left.

I went and decided to sit under the tree to relax. After a bit Yagen came out and sat next to me. He layed down and kept his head in my lap. I smiled and brushed his hair with my fingers. He seemed to relax under my touch. I chuckled and leaned back. I ended up falling asleep.

Kiyomitsu pov
I was walking around when I noticed two figures under the tree. I looked closer to see Saniwa Chieko and Yagen sound asleep. I chuckled and left towards where Saniwa Maemi would be.

I found her working. Hasebe wasn't there for once. I went over and covered her eyes.
"Kashuu. What are you doing?"
"Just visiting you."
"I'm glad for the visits but Chie is on a spree. I have to do this work."
"Maybe I could help."
"If you want to." I sat down and helped her.

Yagen pov
I woke up to find that I was still outisde. I found Saniwa Chieko was still by me. I had my head in her lap. She was still asleep. I smiled and reached up to touch her cheek. I brushed my fingers against her cheek. She stired and I froze. She didn't wake up though. I mentally sighed with relief. I stayed in that position for a bit before I saw her stir. She opened her eyes and blinked. Then she focused on my eyes. She blushed.
"I fell asleep didn't I?" I nodded my head. She sighed and then stretched. I sat up.
"You know it isn't bad to take a break every once in a while." She smiled.
"I know."

Chieko pov
I stood up and put a hand out to Yagen. He took it with a smile.

After a bit I went to the kitchen. I saw Shokudaikiri in the kitchen already.
"Aruji."
"Good morning Shokudaikiri." I helped him with the cooking. After a bit Gokotai came running in.
"Aruji!" He hugged my waist. I smiled and bent down.
"Hello Gokotai."
"Will you join us for lunch?" I chuckled.
"Sure." He smiled and hugged me. He took off smiling.
"They really enjoy when you eat with everyone."
"I know. I better go get Maemi."
"I'll get everything set up." I nodded and took off.

I went to the room to find Kashuu with Maemi.
"Lunch time you two." They both looked up and then smiled. I chuckled. Then I noticed a note. I went and read it. I smiled.
"Kashuu."
"Yes Aruji?"
"Looks like we'll be getting a certian sword tonight." Kashuu looked excited.
"Really?" I nodded my head.
"Yeah. He's coming." Maemi smiled and hugged Kashuu.
"See. You'll finally have your friend back."
"Alright. Let's go. You know how the other swords get."

After we ate I got ready and began to forge a sword. When it was done I used my powers. It wasn't long before the sword glowed and Yasusada Yamatonokami appeared.
"I am Yasusada Yamatonokami. The sword of Okita Souji." I smiled.
"It is nice to meet you Yasu. Come with me. There's someone who has been waiting for you."

I took him to where Kashuu was.
"Kiyomitsu?"
" Yamatonokami. You came." I smiled and then spoke.
" I'll leave you two be. Catch up a little before you meet the others." They both nodded.

I went to my room and got to work. It wasn't long before I heard a voice.
" General. May I come in?"
" Yagen? Come on in." The door opened and the tantou came in. He shut the door and came over. He sat down next to me.
" You should rest more often." I chuckled and gave the tantou a look.
" I could say the same of you." He looked away blushing. I smiled and drew the tantou close.
" Relax Yagen." He nodded his head.

I had always felt close to the tantou. He was different in a good way.

After a bit Yagen put his arms around my waist.
"Yagen?" He didn't say a word but placed his head on my shoulder. I smiled and let him do it. He chuckled and then kissed my cheek. Yagen began playing with my hair and kissing my neck. I shivered.
" Yagen. Don't distract me." He stopped and then pulled me down.
" Sorry general but you really should rest." I chuckled and brushed my hand against his cheek.
" I have a feeling I won't be getting much rest." He smirked.
" You never know. You could get some rest. After." I smiled and kissed him deeply. I pulled away and took his glasses off. My hand brushed against his cheek and moved some of his hair. He closed his eyes and leaned into my touch. I smiled and gently kissed him. He opened his eyes and then smiled gently. It was a smile that was different than his usual smile. And it was reserved for me. I drew him down and we kissed. I felt him put a hand underneath my skirt. I hummed in pleasure and he smirked. He kissed my neck and continued rubbing me.
" Mmm. Yagen." He withdrew his hand and took my skirt off. My shirt quickly followed. I pulled him close by his tie. It wasn't long before we were both undressed completely. We had fun.

After, we relaxed. Yagen played with my hair.
" I love you Chieko." I smiled.
" I love you Yagen." He kissed my head and then we curled up and fell asleep.
