INDIANA, HAWKINS.      3 WEEKS LATER.

it's been 3 weeks since I've moved to Hawkins and I absolutely love it here. me and will are growing a strong friendship and I guess the group likes me.

I dont know what mikes problem is with me though, every time I'm at school with will and we head off to the group he rolls his eyes and ignores me. max and I are great friends, we're both great players at dig dug ever since i started playing a bit more. I had a sleepover at her house once it it was pretty fun. we didn't do any of that cliche nonsense, we're not them types of girls.

dustin and lucas are cool people, they seem really nice and supportive, dustin speaks to me more however. lucas is kinda like mike, he wants to ignore me but he can relate on topics that I talk about.

I don't know, the group seems really nice it's just everytime I'm around them I have to urge to just scream that I have powers and I could hurt them. espacially mike, he really grinds my gears.

"you okay y/n?" max asked me whilst we sat in the science classroom. we both sat at the back and always chatted about rumours; one time we've been sent out from laughing to hard and disrupting the lesson.

"yeah, just bored," I told her fiddling with my pencil. she leant back in her chair and looked out the window.

"tell me about it," she joked sighing.

"how are you and lucas?" I asked and she turned to me and shrugged.

"we're good but I feel like we need to spend time with each other you know," she told me and grinned leaning in her desk.

"what about you and will?" she smiled I 'pfft'ed and smirked at her.

"what are you talking about?" I asked, knowing I'm being oblivious but thats what you do I guess.

"oh c'mon you two are bound to be together soon," she told me and crossed her arms. I fiddled with my pencil more.

"girls! do you ever stop chatting?" mr.clarke annouced to his class, the classroom looked to us.

"sadly not sir," I told him giggling with max. He huffed and continued with his lesson, only 25 minutes until school finishes.

"you're staying round wills today aren't you?" she whispered I nodded, looking over to her as she wiggled her brows. I leaned over me playfully slapped her and he laughed.

"girls!" mr.clarke yelled again.

"sorry..." we both said and began to focus on the lesson.
