INDIANA, HAWKINS.    BYERS RESIDENCE

I had arrived at their house my feet hurting from slapping my feet against the ground as I ran there. once I saw their house I stopped running and took deep breaths.

I slowly walked up to their home, I walked over to wills bedroom and banged on the window. the lights were off and he was facing the door.  he turned around and rubbed his eyes, realising it me and quickly went to open up the window.

"will, please, I set off another fire," I said and felt myself breakdown, will told me to climb in. I did and he wrapped my hands around me as I silently cried into his shoulder.

"what happened?" He whisper into my neck.

"Jennifer was talking shit about you joyce and johnathan, I got angry and pulled her hair, my dad told me to go upstairs, I punched him and went to hurt jennifer once she called me a freak, I left and heard the fire alarm go off and jennifer screaming," I said and cried into his shoulder. he wasn't wearing a top and he just wore some pyjama bottoms, we didn't care at that minute but I was freezing on the way here and knelt his body heat radiating onto me which felt nice.

"listen, shh, calm down, you're okay," he cooed, stroking my hair, I cried some more and he pulled away. he gently wiped my tears with his thumb. "stop crying, you're okay, listen if jennifer is hurt it's her fault, she made you angry," he told me. I looked down but looked up at his eyes.

"but I've hurt someone again," I told him, my eyes welling up.

"she might not be," he told me shrugging.

"but what if she is will, plus my dad was there what lame excuse could I give him," I told him and a tear fell, he kissed my cheek that a tear fell down.

"stop worrying, come sit down," he said and sat me down on the bed, he say down first and I sat with my legs over him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and held him close and he did the same.

he kept stroking my hair whilst I fiddled with the end of his hair. I snuggled up closer to him and just relaxed.

"can I tell you something?" will whispered into my hair, I looked at him as he smiled. "when I first met you, I thought you was the most beautiful person I've ever met," he told me, I blushed.

"can I tell you something?" I asked and he nodded. "when I first met you, I thought I've found my Prince Charming, and turns out, I was correct," I told him he smiled and we pressed our foreheads against each other.

"I'm so happy I've met you will," I told him quietly.

"me too y/n," he said and kissed me. that's something from him I'll never not be excited from.
