INDIANA, HAWKINS.    HAWKINS MIDDLE SCHOOL.

me and will got into art and sat together, gathering stares but I just had to ignore it.

"mornin' class, since valentines season is coming up, we're going to do a valentines session," the teacher announced, me and will looked at each other an smiled. "and this could e you chance to make something for your secret admirer!" The teacher told the class.

she continued to give out card, paper, pens, and all that artsy crap. me and will grabbed our things and had ideas in our minds. mine was going to be a card with a heart shape in it and I'm going to ask him to valentines dance.

as I began cutting around my card I looked over at wills who was using red card, and drawing on it.

"hey don't look!" he said underneath all the chattering in the classroom. I giggled and moved back to my card.

I finished the shape and began drawing on the front, little hearts to make it all cute. then I began to write inside.

'to my Prince Charming.
would you be my date to the valentines dance?'

I smiled as I looked to my finished work. the teacher yelled for us to pack away, I turned over my card and write my initials as the class packed up I held into my work and was going to slip it into wills locker later today.

we left the class and headed to English. thankfully, wills locker was in the English corridor and we weren't in the same class together, when I did so I quietly ran to my classroom seeing dustin and mike already in there, I smiled at them as I walked over to my desk.

like every other lesson, I had stares crawling on my back. i felt my leg bob up and down in annoyance, so when I turned around around five kids quickly turned away.

"you alright?" mike asked and dustin turned around. I nodded and gave him a fake smile.

"just got to ignore it right?" I said and they turned back to the teacher.
