Winchester Brothers
Your P.O.V
The room came to an abrupt stop. The lights flickering on and off signaling some sort of arrival. (D/N) whimpered and lowered their head onto my lap.
"Doctor?" I said, still holding on to the railing and (D/N). I looked up from my lap and saw the Doctor spinning around the contraption, and running into a hallway.
"I'll be back in a minute, I have to change my suit!" He yells, lone gone from the large room I sat in.
I gently moved (D/N) off of my lap and stood up. They slowly went down the flight of stairs as to not hurt their paw. My hands gripped tighter onto the rail, knuckles turning white as my legs buckled beneath me. One by one, I stepped on each step and finally reached the bottom. I turned my head and saw (D/N) nudging my hand that hung loosely on my right. She licked it at limped towards the "life" of the machine we were in. I walked next to her and saw various buttons, lever, and screens. My eyes darted to a blue screen which showed a location;
"Lawrence, Kansas, USA." My lips spilled out the familiar words, "where have I heard that before?" I turned around as I heard footsteps resonate from the hallway behind me. The sounds clicked on the hard floor until they stopped a few yards from me.
"Are you ready to go?" He spoke up timidly, "I mean if you're feeling okay, that is." He was cleaning his hands on a small polka dotted handkerchief. I looked up to see the Doctor, his face seemed saddened at my condition. His brown eyes trailed from my bandaged head down to bandages on my arms. I smiled weakly and rubbed the bandages on my right arm,
"I think I'll be okay with some pain killers," I say, the Doctor smiles and we walk through another hallway and into a small kitchen. "I've gone through worse anyways," I mumble and the Doctor turns around.
"What was that (Y/N)?" He asks and opens a cabinet, pulling out a small bottle of medicine. I watch him as he pours water into a glass and hands it to me; alongside two pills.
"Oh, nothing," I murmur, swallowing the pills and lean back onto the counter. The Doctor crosses his arms and leans forward, his stomach pressed against the counter.
"You know, I was worried when I found you laying there, in a pool of your own blood." He says, his hand's fidgeting slightly. I noticed how shaky he became and placed my hand over his. He stood there, finally calming down after a few minutes, and fixed his suit.
"Are you okay now?" I asked and stepped closer.
"Yeah, yeah I'm okay now," he patted my head and walked past me, "let's get going. The brothers must be waiting for us." I see him plaster on a small smile and pull me out of the gloomy room.
We walk through the corridor again and entered the main room of the TARDIS. The Doctor walks up to center and opens a door beneath the machine. He struggles to lift up what seems to be a duffel bag. I walked up to him and he dislodges it from where it once was stored. He opens it and takes out a canteen, swishing it around then storing it inside his trenchcoat. I looked at him with a quizzical look and peered into the bag. Containers of salt, herbs, holy water, stakes, blades, and guns. Wait, What?! I look up at the doctor and step back.
"Uh, Doctor, what are you using those for?" I ask, wary of him carrying weapons in a bag. I didn't think of him as the violent type. His stare darts from the blade in his hand then to my frightened body.
"Don't think I'm crazy, but what do you think of the supernatural?" He holds the blade part of the knife in his fingers and points the silver handle towards me, suggesting for me to take it. I gulp and slowly grip the handle and take it from him. My eyes widen and I look at him in disbelief,
"It's an angel blade! W-where did you get this from? How did you get this? Holy shit you have an angel blade..." I said as my speech became a jumbled mess. "I thought they were only in Supernatural, you know, the tv show?" I look up at the Doctor and he flashes a smile.
"Well in the dimension you lived in, Supernatural is a tv show, but..." he says while digging into the duffel bag.
"But what, Doctor?" I say twirling the blade in my hand, my eyes glancing up at him as he steps closer.
"... But now it's the real thing, so you'll have to be safe," he wraps his arms around my neck and clasps something behind me. He pulls my hair to the front and steps back, "that should do it!"
I look down at my chest and see a small pendant. The necklace consisted of a clear crystal and a golden chain. I looked at the Doctor then he pointed at it. I raised an eyebrow and looked back down. In the center of the crystal, small streaks of (f/c) began to appear and branch out to the outside of the crystal. A smile slowly crept onto my face and the Doctor smiled as well.
"It's a protection charm, as long as you wear it you'll be okay. The blade's also yours, it's connected to the necklace anyway," he says pointing to the blade. I look down at it and see the handle sprout a gem the same color as the streaks in the crystal. I smile but then frown and look at him,
"So about before, you said "Supernatural" is the real thing. Does that mean-" I stop when I see him nod his head.
"Angels? Demons? Wendigos? Ghost and Poltergeists? Yeah, they're all real." He closes the duffel bag and tosses it over his shoulder. He turns around to face me, "also if you press the gem, it makes the blade into a pen."
"Cool!" I press the gem, and the blade goes into the handle and immediately turns into a pen. The pen remains a gold color with the (f/c) gem protruding from one of the sides. Doc looks at me and begins walking to the main doors. I whistle for (D/N) and they come running from god knows where. I was stunned at how quickly their paw was healed and the speed they ran in. Their (e/c) eyes full of excitement as we walked towards the open doors. Once my foot stepped outside the TARDIS doors, I was blinded by a bright light and I shielded my eyes with my bandaged arm.
"(Y/N)!" I heard the Doctor yell my name and I lowered my arm as to see where he was. I turned my head to the left and saw him next to two guys; one taller than the other. I walked over, (D/N) by my side. As I got closer, I saw that the two strangers were not strangers at all but-
"(Y/N), I'd like you to meet the Winchester brothers; Sam and Dean" He says pointing to the taller one, Sam, and the shorter brother, Dean.
"Hey, nice to meet you (Y/N)," Sam said taking out his hand for me to shake. I shook his hand and gave a small hello. Dean leaned on the hood of his car and waved, winking at me in the process. I stifled a laugh and rolled my eyes playfully.
"So, what did you say we were hunting down?" The Doctor asked, turning around to face Sam and Dean.
"A shapeshifter."
