Reluctantly I did as I was told, packing up everything of importance that I just could not leave behind. Everything else was put in storage, my parents weren't selling our home in the hopes they would be back in a year or two. So before they headed to the airport we loaded my things into my little red Colbalt. Hey at least I'd still have my car right?

"Mom, are you sure I can't come with you guys? I could do high school online or something." I had to try, beg in some way. I didn't really want to be left behind.

"Sweetie your father and I discussed this with you. You're going to finish out school with your cousin Blaine. Aunt Pam has your room set up and is expecting you later this evening. So you better get a move on. We'll call you once we're settled in at the flat the university is providing." With that my mom kissed my head and left for the airport.

Great... So off I go, at least I can listen to my iPod while I drive.... And since it's morning I shouldn't be getting in too late.

**4 hours later**

A little after 1pm and I'm finally pulling up to my Aunt's house. I called up Blaine the second I hit the Lima city limits. Boy is he excited too for me to arrive.

As I pull my car up to the curb the front door opens and out flies a familiar curly haired brunette. I brace myself and exit the car clutching my purse and phone in hand. The rest of my belongings can wait.

"Shann!!! You're finally here!!" He screams as he swoops me up into a hug, spinning me around in the front yard. Excitable much?!

"Chill Blainey-bear. I missed you too"
