The next morning I didn't even bother to get out of bed. Komugi was on the floor with a chess board nearly falling asleep. Once I was up I sat next to her and rubbed her side, had she stayed up all night waiting for me to get up and play with her?

Next time I should scold her, she shouldn't be doing that simply till I wake up, and even worse... she wouldn't be able to play correctly! I will not accept her challenge when she is not at her best.

My tail shook her and she woke up, "Come Komugi, it's time to play."
