A VERY important thing I want to say. This is my first time writing such a large amount and very diverse amount of LGBT characters (yay!). Also being my first time and with a large number of characters, I know it's not an excuse but I will make mistakes with pronouns. I will try my absolute best as, again, it's not an excuse but as my first time I want to write more diverse characters in the future.

If I get your pronouns wrong in the nicest way possible, please tell me so I can correct it!

Also, a reminder to comment and vote! I want my notifications flooded with spam and notifications!

Also if you haven't done your opinions for your character, your character will not make an appearance or the story will not update.

"For someone whose named a Ghost and trained with the League of Shadows and is called after a spirit you're stealth is quite appalling," Batman scolded as he threw a Batarang at an incoming person to his right as behind him a battle cry of a bulky man with a crowbar raising only to he roundhouse kicked by him.

"Sorry oh great demon head if your expectations are too high, you know ever since you left the league things are different," the brunette in costume remarked as she hooked pick then punched a man swinging an axe as the young ex-assassin dexterously kicked the axe up as she created a portal in mid-air for the axe only to let another on appearing next to her as the axe landed in her hand.

The Ghost smirked as she threw the axe at a crate high up, as she upper jaw punched and hooked kicked him making him fall from the impact.

"Don't call me that," Batman chided bitterly as blocked a person and swiftly kicked them without any issues, "I didn't technically leave, just postponed my position," Batman said as he sensed Adria pulling out a card.

"Don't even think about it, we can't afford any evidence," he glared as he adjusted his glove seeing Ghost only glare as she put it away.

"Fine," she muttered as she started to tie up the unconscious cluster of men. "So what's tomorrow? Are you going to make do more of that mediation as punishment?"

"No, I have something much worse," Batman smirked as he ziplined to the roof.

"I hate you, I hate you so so so much," Adria chided arms crossed as she sat in the seat next to window of car clad in Gotham Academy's middle school uniform that consisted of a dark blue navy that weighed like an elephant with golden embodiment and a golden stitched emblem of the school's crest.

Adria's chocolate eyes glanced through the tinted window the large victorian era building stood imidatingly, swamped with the new arriving students. Adrian only glared at the despicable sight. Ew, pre teens.

Damian's emerald eyes only shot a hidden smirk through the mirror of the car as his elbow only leaned against the mirror as his cheek was pressed against his cheek as he grinned in amusement. Now he knew why his father sent him to the academy. Just of few hours of peace.

"I learnt me pre-calculus three years ago," she sassed.

"I hacked into NORMAD when I was six, had a PHD in geography when I was seven, want to keep comparing?"* Damian rolled his eyes. He was starting regret making her ward.

*all true about Damian

Adria only huffed as she glared at the window again.

"Look my father did this to me. I was worse then you and I survived," With her he thought, "If I've... restrained myself for five years-"

Damian dropped out in his last year but attended that one week of exam week in his senior year and got perfect (along with writing an essay at the end on why most the questions were not right) marks.

"- you can too," Damian stated as Adria only scoffed. "Besides I rather attend board meetings then deal with you."

Adria only scoffed, "Fine," she muttered aggressively opening the door as she flanked her bag behind her as she slammed the door as Damian rolled down the window.

"Another thing," he called out.

"What?!" she yelled catching a few other students attention at the sudden scene.

"I went out of my way to book you therapy sessions. I heard the counsellor is new. Since you don't want to socialise you can a new friend with him every week!" He exclaimed, "They're mandatory!" As the car sped out of the drop-zone as Adria's jaw was dropped.

"That son of a-,"

"Kahale?" A voice called out as the woman stopped in her tracks as she turned around to see an aged ex-maths teacher.

"Professor Griggs?" Muriel exclaimed as her heels clicked as she walked up to her old mathematics teacher sporting the same old white buttoned shirt and some knitted cashmere vest.

"Wow, never expected to see you here," the teacher said still discombulated by the appearance of his old and memorable student. By her old companion of course, "What are you doing here?"

"Actually it's my first day. Therapy-, I mean counselling technically sorry. On my way, just memories washing back of the layout," Muriel smiled, "Uh, wow the science labs, they're new. I subbed in for the seniors this morning."

"Yeah, only the latest equipment," Mr Griggs chuckled a little, "Just you no same old donations."

"Right," Muriel nodded. Wayne's contributed a racketing sixty percent as usual along with the rest of the thirty percent a mix of other families and the government.

"So counselling. I thought it was a guy," Mr Griggs furrowed his eyebrows.

"Oh, yeah. There was a stuff up with the system. The guy got a better off so it was a last minute change," Muriel tittered, "Big ramble this morning with the desk. But actually um Janis, recognised me. Cleared it up with her. I didn't she still works there."

"Yeah, she does. So were you that bad you came back here. I already lost too many brain cells with you and that Wayne boy, Damian. Boy, how I could I forget," Mr Griggs shivered at the thought of that boy.

"Yeah, he would always question and stubborn," Muriel trailed. "But um, no, I'm actually finishing up my last year in Gotham U. Ah PhD in psychology."

"Very impressive," Mr Griggs eugolized, "Oh by the way how is Damian now days. I haven't been in touch with him or seen actually."

Muirel's smile faded slowly as she bit the side of her cheek, "Actually uh, we haven't talked since the end of our junior year actually. We parted ways," she explained with faded poigant tone lacing in her words.

Not forgotten her memory, for Muriel those memories of her and Damian as two over devoted hormonal teenagers were still something that made her giddy. Yet some things would turn cold at lack of existence in it.

"Oh," the male was caught off guard by her statement, "My apologies."

"No, it's alright," Muriel said wanting to change the subject, "So still teaching Math?"

"Yes, actually. Can guarantee, no students back talking me on my answers, to my question. Or the textbook,"  he laughed.

"Cause Damain solved all of them. I remember I would kick him if he didn't shut up sometimes so the lesson wouldn't drag on."

"Miss Kahale, I thought my lessons were memorable. Especially since your talking to the new headmaster of the school for six years running."

"Oh-, OH! That's amazing sir. Congrats," she beamed jubilantly, "Well actually I have a lunch session with a kid right now. Apparently she's new, so what do you know."

"Well, I'm sure we'll catch up. I'll let you off now," he said as he walked to the staff building.

"Bye!"

Adria sprawed langorously on the couch as she twirled a blue pen in hand bored. Glancing her eye on the clock in front of her she again looked at the door on her left to see it would open.

No.

Where the heck was this new friend of her's, Mr Mrashall or Montgomery? Her brown eyes looked around the room in digust, it was too... pretty. Too perfect. Sure they had fidgetive pillows and gadgets aligned on the desk next to the tulips and pens but it felt like a white room.

Her stomached growled. She barely had lunch after pick eating through sone fancy food that was smothered in caviar. She rather throw the dead fish eggs back into the ocean where they could grow into proper full grown seafood she could actually eat.

"Ah, sorry for my tardiness of... five minutes," the woman walked in as Adria raised a brow.

To what she searched up in technology class (without the teacher's notice of course) she expected to see a thirty-year old man who was obsessed with his 'famous' ( two hundred followers) cat.

What did walked in the door was what Adria admitted a beauteous woman opted in a black breasted blazer with three golden buttons and matching pants with a simple crisp white shirt underneath with heels.

Who the heck was she?

"Hi there," the woman gave a warm smile as she put her stuff on the desk.

"Apologies I got caught up with an old friend of mine. So you're..." Muriel looked at the file on the desk as her eyes widened at the name.

"Adria Acacia Martinez...Wayne."

"Yep that's me," Adria huffed.

"I didn't know they're would be anymore of those," Muriel gave a sheepish chuckle.

Bruce, you're still adopting more kids?!

"I'm a ward," Adria stated in a matter-of-fact tone.

"Well, I know you were expecting some guy name Mr Marlene-"

Pfff Marlene Adria sniggered

"- but they're was a last minute confusion. I'm Dr Kahale, but if it makes you comfortable just call me Elle if you want," Muriel confirmed.

"Dr? You look young though," Adria interrogated.

"Finishing up a Phd," Muriel clarified, "Jumping off point if you will."

Well this should be easy Adria smirked.

"Stop smirking," Muriel grinned as she read the file as it caught off Adria off guard, "Inside. Just because I'm 'new' doesn't mean I'll let you mess with me," Muriel kept her eyes still glued to the papers.

Adria froze

I've dealt with Damian and the entire Batfamily Muriel hummed in her head. Looking up Muriel assessed the girl in front of her.

"Nice beanie," Muriel smiled looking at the black beanie on her head, "But it's mid August."

"So? It's comfy," Adria snided.

"Uh huh, well I'll let that slide since it's both of our first days," she smiled as she glanced at how Adria quickly glanced at the hidden surveillance camera in the corner of the wall.

"That, doesn't work," Muriel chuckled, "It's just there to scare kids."

How did she know I was looking at it?

"So have you had lunch?" Muriel questioned.

"No," Adria bluntly said, "I rather not have un born baby fish eggs," as Muriel only chortled.

"Oh, that's right. They still have the same dish here, Monday's sucked cause of that. They always chose the strongest caviar. If the dishes are still the same then Wednesday's and Friday's are the best," Muriel said as Adria just raised a brow.

"How do you-,"

"I went here too, so I know it sounds corny but I know what it's like here too," Muriel pulled out a paper bag from Krispy Kreme.

"Here, I got three," Muriel offered, "I'm so sorry I like chocolate."

"I don't mind if I do," Adria latched onto one as she started to eat it.

"Let's see what they have here," Muriel walked to the cabinet as she looked through as she muched on her Kirspu Kreme chocolate iced doughnut. Pulling out a card deck she waved it at Adria.

"Want to play poker?"

"What are going to bet on though?" Adria questioned.

"Last doughnut?"

"Prepare to lose," Adria smirked swing her heat off the couch as Muriel shuffled as she smirked to only see Adria looking at the card shuffling. Smark kid.

---

"Fold?" Muriel said nonchalantly as Adria only smirked as she folded her cards as Muriel looked at it.

"Straight Flush," Adria grinned as Muriel looked at the straight set of spades.

"Huh, looks like..." Muriel folded her cards to reveal a royal flush as she leaned her chin on her hand, "I told you not to wait before."

"How-?"

"I may be a rookie but I saw you looking when I was shuffling," she laughed as she threw her card at her making her laugh.

"Hey-!" Wait why am I laughing too... she's not bad... I guess.

"Here, have the last doughnut," she pushed the paper bag as she got up.

"You sure? I didn't win though."

"It's alright, and besides the bell is going to go soon and you ate that last doughnut quicker," Muriel smirked as Adria only scoffed as they exchanged looks as they burst into laughter.

"If you insist," Adria said as she took out the last doughnut and began eating it. After finishing it the bell rang as Adria got her bag.

"Bye, Elle!" Adria walked to the door as she stopped, "I thought it was supposed to some kind of boring talk, isn't how sessions work?"

"Call this, a little introductory  or sample of who I'm going to be dealing with," Muriel winked, "Get to class, heard the maths professor doesn't take tardiness likely."

---

"You're in my seat," Adria glared at new found father as he only kept his cold looking persona as he raised a brow with his arms crossed.

"It's my car," Damian remarked, "Sit in the other seat,"

"Do you want me to get run over?" Adria snarked.

"Do you really want me to answer that," Damian smized.

"I'm going to yell," Adria stepped back.

"Don't you dare," Damian's eyes glared.

"GEEEETTTTTT OOOOOOUUUUUTTTTTTT OF MY-!" Before she could finish Damian had ran and covered her mouth as she muffled her shout as Damian glared at her then looked around at the students and parents looking away.

"You little-,"

"Come on daddy!" She grinned mocking a five-year-old as she then walked past her father and went into the car only to shut the door tight and stuck up her finger as she rolled up window.

"You little-,"

"Damian?"

"What now-," Damian froze as he turned to see Muriel standing there frozen at the sight of Damian, a grown Damian. Tanned Arabian skin that only brought out his emerald eyes she admired so much in the past. He looked taller than Bruce when he was in his prime, yet not bulky as Bruce was-,

Muriel stop it. Don't get ahead of yourself.

"Hey," Damian could only say.

"Hey," Muriel smiled. Though she couldn't see it she could still make him blush like when they were teenagers. "It's been a while hasn't it."

"I suppose it is, four, five years?"

"Yeah," Muriel awkwardly nodded as she thumbled with her bag.

"How've have you been?" Damian broke the silence.

"Ah, well you know same old same old-. Well you know not really cause I'm university, Gotham U actually. So less gigs for me. Huh huh..." Muriel said nervously as Adria looking throught the window only deadpanned.

Wait... him... seriously? Out of all people? How the heck do they know each other?

"Wow, congrats. What are you degree-, I mean course are you studying?" Damian asked.

"Psychology. PhD, to answer both questions," Muriel chuckled.

This is making me sick Adria glared through the window.

"Impressive. You were always smart. And Beautiful. Well beautifuller. Now-. I mean not fuller, but more, more beautiful." Damian stumbled as he cursed himself inside as Muriel only laughed.

"Thank you-,"

"DAD!" Adria beeped the horn as the chauffeur just sat their and watched. "STOP *BEEP* FLIRTING *BEEP* WITH *BEEP* MY *BEEP* THERAPIST!"

"Brat," Damian muttered as he sighed.

"Dad?" Muriel raised a brow.

"Ah, I, um adopted her. A couple of months ago actually," Damian explained as Muriel only gave an impressed smile.

"Wow, I didn't see that see that one coming," Muriel baffled.

"Same here, but... I just saw her in me. She needed a home, like us," Damian expressed as Muriel smiled looking down as she remembered the group.

"Yeah," Muriel as she spotted Adria in the window holding up a piece of paper from one of her books:

CAN WE GET KRISPY KREME?

"I guess I should be heading off," Muriel said.

"Do you need a ride?"

"My car is in the lot. I'm fine and it seems someone want her own dozen," Muriel gestured to Adria holding up the sign as Damian only gave the signature Batman glare as Adria's head soon went down as Muriel laughed.

"Well I'll leave you to it," Muriel smiled as she gave a little wave.

"Yeah, see you."
