Quinn was born in the fourth division of Waterfall, a town split into 5 divisions.  Her mother left pretty soon after she was born, leaving her father to take care of her by himself.  Unfortunately for Quinn, her father had been hoping for a boy to continue the legacy of their family, himself being a general of what was referred to as the anti-mafia.  It was created by Quinn's grandfather in an effort to combat with the growing mafia in the area, so when the mafia moved farther off to a small town called Firebutton, Quinn and her father moved with it.  Although her father wanted a son, he had no choice but to teach Quinn as she had no other siblings.  Quinn grew up feeling disappointed, as nothing she seemed to do was good enough for her father.  Before these feelings developed into hatred, he was shot and killed by a mafia member, forcing Quinn to become the general at 17.  Since then she's tried to keep her hopes up in an effort to feel more positive about her achievements.  Not long after, she met plenty of others like Kiryomi, Melodie, Natalia, and Nave, along with reuniting with her old childhood friends, Aphrodite and Tamia.
