Jailene's POV

Beep beep beep beep
I heard my alarm ringing
I just want to smash the thing
Oh someone please give me a hammer
I shook it off and looked at my alarm
6:50
I have time to get ready
I hopped off my bed and wore my slippers
I headed straight towards the closet
So many clothes to pick from!
I could hear myself squeal in delight as I imagined many possible combinations
I saw the one that caught my eye
It was a pastel blue shirt, along with a black skirt and read leggings
I thought I look pretty good
But my smile was replaced with a frown as o remembered about Eugene...
Oh Eugene....
You don't deserve it....

Eugene's POV
I didn't want to wake up
I groaned as my eyes opened
I looked at my alarm
My eyes popped
7:10!?
I panicked and got out of bed
I went quickly to the washroom and took a shower
Then, I wrapped a towel around me and raced to my room
I put on my glasses and shoes
I picked up my speed and went to the living room
I saw mum humming and my dad reading the newspaper
"Morning mum, morning dad"
"Hey sweetie"
"Hey kiddo"
I smiled and sat with them
Then I saw Jailene
She wasn't her usual chipper self
Instead I was greeted with a weak smile
Something must be bothering her
Before I could ask Jailene, I was interrupted when I saw mum putting down our breakfast
I decided to dig in since I was really hungry
But I glanced over to Jailene
She was barely eating
Mum noticed this too
"Sweetie is everything alright?" Jailbreak asked
Jailene shook her head and gave mum a smile
"Everything is alright mum" Jailene said while she began to eat breakfast
I don't know, but I have this gut feeling
But maybe I should just ignore it
