"Truth or dare Draco." Hermione smiled innocently. They had started playing truth or dare after Hermione had explained and helped apply face masks.

"Dare." Draco wiggles his eyebrows playfully.

"I dare you to dye the tips of your hair your favourite colour." Hermione snickered imagining him with green hair.

"You're a devil." Draco charmed the tips of his hair pink. "What? Blaise did a prank on me and turned my black robe for death eater pink. That's when I noticed that my arse looked great in pink and my eyes looked better with it. Truth or dare Weaslette."

"Dare."

Draco smirked. "I dare you to kiss the best looking person in this room."

Ginny rolled her eyes and gave Luna a kiss on the cheek. "Did that hurt your ego Draco?" Draco just grumbled. "Truth or dare Pansy."

"Truth."

"Is it true that you've hooked up with the ferret here?"

"Wha- HEY!" Draco crossed his arms.

"Ew. False. I would never hook up with him." Pansy shuddered at the thought. "I really only used him to make Blaise jealous. Anyway, truth or dare lovegood."

Luna thought about it for a bit. "Truth."

Pansy smiled. "Is it true that you paint a lot." Luna nodded. "That's really cool."

"Thank you Pansy. Truth or dare Astoria."

"Truth."

Luna pondered for a bit. "Is it true you went on a date with Draco recently."

Astoria shook her head. "No. He was just giving me advice on Theo. Truth or dare Hermione."

"Dare." Everyone looked at her like she had grown another head.

"I dare you to dance to a muggle song."

Hermione stood up and put the radio on and started dancing for a bit. "Let's do something else."

"Let's talk about boys." Draco said in a high pitch tome clapping his hands together. The girls laughed along with him.

The girls started talking about their boyfriends/ crushes. "Who do you like Malfoy?" Ginny asked. "Who's the unlucky girl?"

Draco chuckled. "Many unlucky girls. All I'm saying is that the person I like is in Gryffindor."

"Can we guess?" Luna asked.

"Go for it." Draco leaned back on the couch.

Ginny and Luna named many girls but Draco always shook his head. "Is it me?" Ginny asked panicked.

"Merlin no." Draco responded.

"I don't get it. We named every Gryffindor girl." Luna said. "Unless..."

"Unless indeed." Pansy chuckled. Draco looked away.

"Wait you're gay?" Ginny asked. Draco turned red and mumbled something. "I knew it! Do you like Harry?"

"Why would you think that?" Draco asked.

"You two always stare at each other. Besides you looked jealous when I went over for his birthday."

"If you tell anyone I'll kill you." Draco threatened.

"Don't worry Draco. What is said and confessed in girl night stays in girl night." Luna said.

"I feel like I infiltrated a pack of wolves." Draco admitted. Pansy and Astoria howled.

"Welcome to the pack Draco." Hermione smiled at him kindly. "Let's head on to sleep. Draco you can transfigure the couch into a bed." They all rinsed off the mask and Draco transfigured the couch. The girls on the other hand combined the beds and slept together.

The next morning Draco woke up before everyone and took a quick shower and changed. One by one the girls showered and got ready. Luna braided everyone's hair and put flowers on them. Draco didn't want to feel left out so he let Luna put some in his hair. He didn't bother changing the colour of his tips and didn't do anything to it except for brushing it. They all walked out laughing at occasional jokes. 'If potter and I end up together and we have our separate parties I want to be with this group.'

"Mate why do you have flowers in your hair?" Blaise asked.

"Did you not do your hair? Why does it look so messy?" Theo asked as the group sat down. "What the hell did you do to your tips?!"

"Theo. Just shut up." Astoria said annoyed.

"Sorry Asty." Theo began eating quietly. He knew Astoria barely got annoyed with him and when she did it's because he had crossed the line.

Harry sat down next to don and in front of Draco. "You're gone for one night and you come back with flowers in your hair and pink tips." Harry noted.

"And my skin is softer thanks to Hermione." Draco added.

"Muggle thing a can be pretty cool, isn't that right Draco?" Hermione smiled when Draco nodded.

"How come he got to crash your girl night and when I ask to go I can't?" Ron asked curiously.

"Well you see Weasley, I asked Pansy and Asty. They are like my sisters and Luna is my cousin so it was easy. Besides I didn't know they were going to be there."

Harry and Ron nodded. Ron went back to eating and wishing Hermione had sat next to him and Harry stole occasional glances at Draco. He couldn't help but notice the structure of his face and how Draco's messy hair look made it looked innocent. The tips brought out his eyes  and the flowers made his hair look special. His jaw line was sharp and his cheekbones well structured. Harry had an urge to pit his hand on Draco's cheek to feel his soft skin. Harry focused on his lips that suddenly formed a small smile thanks to something Pansy said. Harry snapped back to reality. "Mione, what classes do we have today?"

"You and Ron have divination with Ravenclaw then charms with Slytherins , Gin had care of magical creatureswith hufflepuffs  then astronomy with Ravenclaws, I have ancient runes and charms. Both with Slytherins. " Hermione said from the top of her head. Ginny and Luna nodded and walked out.

"You have that memorised?"  Pansy asked surprised.

"Of course I do." Hermione smiled happily. " I don't want to be late now, do I?"

"Then we should go." Pansy stood up from the table at with Hermione causing for the Ron and Blaise to stand up after them.

Hermione smiled awkwardly as Ron guided her out with his hand on her back. Pansy held back laughter after seeing g how awkward Hermione looked. She knew her an Ron weren't official so Hermione didn't know how to act when things like this happened. "I thought that maybe I could walk you to class?" Ron blushed and looked down at his feet. Hermione couldn't help but smile and continued walking with him.

Back on the table Dean and Seamus slammed the paper down in front of Draco. "What the hell is wrong with you two?! That was my breakfast!"

Theo tapped on his shoulder. "Mate look at the news."

Draco grabbed the paper and read the headline. He stood up and faced the two Gryffindors. "Not a word or I'll kill you both without even using magic." Draco pushed past them and stormed off.

Astoria and Theo chased after him leaving a very confused Harry. He looked up at Dean and Seamus, "what made him so upset?"

"Sorry mate but we don't not want to get killed." Dean said.

"You should talk to him though." With that both boys left.

Harry grabbed his bag and walked to class.

Draco didn't speak to anyone during his classes. He completely ignored Harry when he tried talking to him. When he decided to skip dinner Harry knew he had to go talk to him. Harry went up to their dorm and tried to get to their room but the door was locked. "Come on Draco let me in." Harry knocked down n the door gently and waited. About 30 minutes later Draco opened the door. "Talk to me."

Draco sighed and sat on the bed in front of Harry. "My mum attempted suicide." Harry's eyes widened. "She's miserable without my dad and when I had to be taken away from her she got worse. It's all my fault."

"It's not your fault Draco. It's not." Harry opened his arms. "I know you're not very-." He was cut off by the blond boy hugging him. "I won't tell anyone don't worry." Draco let out a shaky breath and sobbed lightly. "Let it all out." Harry knew how hard it was to lose a parent and Draco was there for him so he decided to do the same.

Draco felt a hand rub his back up and down and a muscular arm around him holding him tightly. Harry's muscles could be felt through his shirt as  he was pulled closer to his chest. Draco felt weak but happy at the same time. He let himself relax and slowly felt himself drift off into a quiet sleep.

Harry helped him lay down and curled up next to him too tired to get up and switch beds. Besides Harry was enjoying it. He closed his eyes not noticing a small insect on the nightstand nest to him.
