Five people from each province, in each Kingdom, from around the world, will be selected to attend four years of college at the most elite college in the world.

The top elite college is where all royals attend college.

All non-royals and royals will have only four years to find a husband or bride.

The only choices the students have are those attending the college.

The non-royals that end up without someone to be married to are shunned and never allowed to marry, ever.

The royals that end up without someone to be married to are disowned from their families and lose their royal title.

They too will be shunned and never allowed to marry, ever.
