*Janice Pov*

"Looks like they stopped somewhere." Pooja said, looking at her mobile.

"Did they call saying that?" I asked her frowning because I didn't see her attending any call.

"No! But some of them posted a scenery picture on the social site." She replied smiling at me.

"Don't you use it?" another girl asked me.

"Actually, I used to use it very much when I was in college, but later I didn't. Now I guess I don't even remember the password." I replied smiling at them.

"You should use it Janice. I am not saying that it is the most important part of life, but it will get you connect to the people who are far from you." Pooja said.

"You are right! I will after we return home." I said, and they nodded.

"Why don't we go to our rooms and wait for them? They will take so much time to reach as they are stopping at every place they can." Pooja said looking at us.

"They are lucky that they can stop like that, but look at us. We gazed at the beautiful sceneries through the window, and that's it." A girl sitting beside me commented.

"We would have got down if they were with us for sure." Pooja said nodding at her.

"And that will only boost their ego that we need them for even this single thing." I heard another voice from the back of the bus.

"But it is safe if we do it with them around." We heard a small voice saying.

And the discussion started in a high range. There are numerous types of people on this bus with different thoughts.

"Guys! Stop it right now. It's looks like you all are fighting." Parul said with a little raised voice.

"Not a single person on this bus is wrong. Everyone is right in their own place, but there is one simple detail and that's all we need to have in our mind for this discussion." I said lifting my head so that everyone can hear it.

"And what is it?" Pooja asked, looking at me.

"We feel good inside when they wish to protect us. And they feel good when we want them to protect us." I replied, and everyone sat calm for a second thinking to themselves.

"She is right!" Parul said and then looked outside the window.

"Of course you will accept that more than anyone of us as you have a big reason to feel that." Pooja joked with Parul and everyone laughed, but I sat there in confusion.

I shrugged and looked outside to see the surroundings. It is already evening and finally when it is kind of dark, we reached the resorts.

Pooja got down first as she needs to bring the details of our rooms. Kamal and Pooja are the ones who are organizing this and even their profession is kind of this only.

I can see that they both are really dedicated as she just walked inside to take the details, and it would be very confusing if we all walked towards the reception.

I dialed his number and said, "We just reached."

"Ok! It will take some more time for us." He replied and I hung up smiling.

I rubbed my shoulders, feeling really cold as it is nearly night time. Pooja walked outside holding the key cards, and we all walked inside the rooms.

I glanced at the room opposite to mine and saw that it is Parul's. I then remembered that the people from the same city are given the rooms on the same floor.

Feeling a little tired with the journey, I decided to take a small nap, but before that I took out both of our shawls thinking he may need that when he reaches here.

I lay down on the bed and drifted off into sleep covering myself with both the shawls over my shoulders.

*Adithya Pov*

"Ok! It will take some more time for us." I said and then hung up.

When I glanced up, I saw that, all of them are looking at me with a raised eyebrow, and I frowned at them.

"What?" I asked them frowning.

"Dude! Did you ask her to call you like this?" One guy asked.

"No! She just did thinking I may get worried." I replied frowning more.

"Why would we get worried when we know that we will reach there soon and also when we know the bus they all traveled?" Kamal asked looking at me.

"I was so worried until she called me. No matter, what we know about anything worrying is like inevitable." I replied.

"But when we show the worry they just pounce on us saying they can take care of themselves and all." Some guy said.

"They feel like they can do everything on their own, and they don't need us for anything at all." The guy beside me said.

They all really have different views for even this small thing. David stopped them from continuing this discussion by shouting at them.

"Guys! They feel good when we worry about them, and we feel good when they worry thinking that we may get worried. It is a silly thing, but we will not lose anything to feel like that." I explained, and they all fell into silence.

Looks like they all accept that point as they literally fidgeted in their seats until we reach the resorts. Kamal went inside for another pair of key cards as all the girls already got inside their rooms.

I took my luggage and walked towards my room and saw that David's room is opposite to mine. I walked inside and saw that the room is in darkness, and she is sleeping peacefully on the bed.

"Jaan! You are sleeping? Are you tired?" I asked, placing my luggage near the door with the light coming from the corridor as I didn't close the door so that I will not disturb her much by switching on the lights.

I shook her to get up so that we will not get late for the dinner. She turned towards me, and I jumped away in shock watching her face.

"What are you doing here, Parul?" I asked looking at her.

"You call her Jaan?" She asked sitting up.

"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked her again backing away from the bed.

"I was given this room. But do you really call her that?" she asked, getting down from the bed.

I shook my head, frowning and started walking towards the door, but she stopped holding my hand. I shrugged it off and continued my walk, but she suddenly stood before me blocking my way near the door.

"Move!" I said not wanting to make any scene.

"I am sorry, Adithya. I pushed away the happiness I could have got from you, but it is still not late at all." She mumbled hugging me tightly.

I frowned and was about to push her away, but my eyes locked with the person standing near the opposite door in someone's embrace.

We both stared at each other and stopped moving completely.

*Janice Pov*

I heard the door sound and yawned before turning towards the door but didn't open my eyes.

"So you all finally reached?" I asked him smiling.

"Why are you silent, Adi?" I asked him frowning.

"Don't say that you are angry because I am sleeping without you. I just got tired ok." I said smiling again.

"Why are you not saying..." I stopped my words, seeing him in front of me in the light from the corridor.

"What are you doing here, David?" I asked immediately getting off from the bed.

"I... are you both really that close?" He suddenly asked making me just frown at him.

I just ignored him and started walking towards the door, passing him, but he stopped holding my hand. I brushed it off with only one aim to reach the door.

He stopped me in tracks standing before me near the door blocking my way. And the next stupid thing he did is by hugging me tightly.

I started removing his hands around me, but he just hugged me like that saying, "I am feeling nothing but like a stupid losing you, Janice. I am feeling guilty and then remorse feeling inside."

"I wish we can be back together Janice and maybe there is a way." He said, and I want nothing but to push him away, but my movement stopped looking at the couple in front me.

His eyes met mine and I just stood there in stun. Parul is hugging him, and he has his arms on her shoulders.

My heart just stopped at that moment, seeing that...
