The world was a terrible place at times
Pollution and overpopulation along with global warming
People thought they couldn't control it
But then someone got a bright idea....
It was a 65 year old man who proposed the idea of fixing the world, he proposed to have children who are over  the age of four to be tested. The test was simple and easy and "smart" humans can solve them. The man figured that if they got rid of the dumb or special kids like ones with powers, the world would be a better place......people actually bought it.
