Chapter One: 1977

"Emlyn you have to let me come to." Mystic begged, and Emlyn wasn't sure what it would be like bringing a unicorn into the mortal world, but agreed.

Emlyn put the items together in the proper placement and watches as lights began to swirl around them. Emlyn prayed it would be a one stop landing but nevertheless it could never be that easy could it?

The group found themselves standing on a dirt road in an empty what appeared to be ghost town. Emlyn looked around before she turned to see Mystic. Mystic wasn't a unicorn anymore but appeared to have gained a human form.

She had pretty blonde hair and blue eyes. In her hand was what appeared to be a wand. "What is this?" She asked and Emlyn thought for a moment before answering.

"I think it's a wand, maybe it's a replacement for your horn." She suggested and Mystic gave it a whirl and fireworks shot out of the end.

"What dude?? That's cool as fuck!" Bob piped up excitedly.

"Yeah it is, now where are we?" Stella asked and Emlyn shrugged but turned and started walking down the road. The group walked not to very far before seeing a man lying on the ground.

"Oh my is he okay?" Emlyn said as she ran over checking his pulse to see he was alive. Stella and Mystic began healing the man and he sat up after a few moments.

"Who are you?" He asked and Emlyn smiled.

"I'm Emlyn Queen of the Fairytale world, who are you?" The man looked confused but answered anyway.

"I'm Gerald what are you doing here?" He asked and Emlyn sighed.

"Well you see there's a villainous bitch who escaped from my realm and I'm trying to get back to the current time in the human realm. So um where are we and what year is it?" She explained and Gerald was beyond confused but gave her an answer she didn't appear happy to hear.

"You're in Japan, it's 1977. Well soon to be 1978." He responded and Emlyn looked around interested.

"Interesting I wonder why it sent us here to this time specifically. What happened here, and why where you on the brink of death?" She asked and Gerald sighed.

"There's this girl named Candice she's I guess a serial killer I don't even know. She's possessed by the devil and likes to murder innocent people. I had my own team we were trying to stop her, but it didn't go so well. Everyone's dead now...I think" he said looking off into the trees.

A gunshot sounded throughout the quiet empty town and Emlyn was about to rush to aid but Gerald stopped her, "what are you doing we can save them?" Emlyn said and he sighed.

"No you can't, but believe me my mission isn't over yet. I'm gonna follow her to America and put an end to this madness. Just get out of here and don't let her find you." He was about to turn and head off into the trees but Emlyn grabbed his arm.

"Wait do you know anyone who could possibly help us on our journey?" She asked and Gerald nodded.

"We have a goddess here in Japan known as Hiromay, try summoning her. If anyone understands magic it's her." Gerald left and disappeared into the trees.

Emlyn turned to her group and thought for a moment, "I'm sure this place has a library let's try finding something on how to summon this goddess Hiromay." They followed Emlyn as she searched for a library worried for what was to come.
